Cheap o air is just here to rip you off they did me so dirty. I was on their app I have a profile set up and was booking a flight and it says in cad currency which is right when I looked at my bill they charged me in usd. I don't live in the states I set my profile up for a reason so that I can book flights easily they also said there's nothing they can do about then I called there toll free number and it's not free I got charged for calling them to fix this matter I will be deleting my app I will never bring using this company again it's fraud be safe guys! I didn't even want to give them 1 star

Recently booked WestJet airline thru them and purchased trip cancellation insurance.
I had to change my travel dates & found they wanted $30 to cancel the trip and wanted another $100 to change my ticket. The person I talked to at cheapoair was difficult to understand and did not explain the cancellation policy. The trip was booked to see a close relative before he passed away. We had to move up the travel date to go immediately and had to cancel the booking to get an earlier flight. We booked an earlier flight directly with Swoop airlines. LESSON LEARNED IS DON'T BOOK WTH CHEAPOAIR -BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINE.

The experience i had with this agency was horrible. I made a booking from Vancouver to seattle to NBO and after paying i got a different itinerary from seatle to Vancouver. Their customer service is horrible and i evne stayed a wake a whole night to keep holmd on them. They won't even change for me with out paying double the amount. I even agreed to pay up to $300 but they keep on sending me to Air Canada and Air Canada refused to help because i haven't made the booking with them. I wouldn't recomment anyone yo book with them.
I never need to check any other site, I get the best price with Cheapo air first!

Traveled from Toronto (YYZ) to Minneapolis (MSP) direct on WestJet, flight booked on CheapoAir. Everything was smooth and effective - emailing of the itinerary/e-ticket after booking, etc. When WestJet changed the flight time, CheapoAir informed me of the change by email, and the Accept/Reject changed flight time was essentially 1-click process (at least for me, as I accepted the time change). In sum, I'll continue to use CheapoAir when they offer me the best ticket prices.
The way cheapo air assist is good and the cheapest flights we get only here as it is named as cheapo air... fly all over the world with cheapest prices... thank u cheapoair...

Don't book flights from Cheapoair, the worst agency,in the world! I booked two flight tickets to China for $1,985.98 Cnd each for my wife and I from Cheapoair online one week ago. After received the booking details, I found I made mistakes about our first names and called Cheaporair right away to correct them. A lady in their office told me they could do nothing but gave me the phone number of Carrier, Air Canada. Air Canada explained to me, to solve this problem, Cheapoair should cancel the booking first and re-book with the right information. I called Cheapoair again. They told me I had to pay again with $200 more to make a new booking with same travel schedule, then they would try to cancel the old booking and give me the credit, for which they could not guarantee, and I need to pay $150 for each ticket. (They even refused to send me an email with this arrangement.) I had no choice but agreed to pay for another booking. Then a guy asked me to pay $200 more for each new one. He tried three times for the new booking but didn't get it through. I told them, the Carrier's system already had my information, such as last name, date of birth, credit card information, and travel schedule, so to avoid repeat booking the computer would reject the new booking unless the old one is cancelled, as Air Canda explained. They refused to do it and asked me repeatedly to pay for a new booking! I lost more than $4000 Cnd for booking flight tickets from them! From my experience you can see what kind of company Cheapoair is. I will never book flight from them again. Be careful when deal with them!
I had to find the best deal to go to a wedding across the country and CheapOair made it really easy to compare prices and find the best deal! I will for sure use them again.
Very good. Exception need to have a very big font for best rate date in red. I didn't notice that I chose the best rate but in different date but I didn't notice it until I booked my rental car.

I booked a flight for Philippines and I happened to misspell my friend's name. I called their customer support and they helped me resolve the issue in a timely manner.
THEY WILL CLAIM TO HAVE THE BEST PRICES BUT THEY WILL MAKE YOUR DREAM BECOME A NIGHTMARE. THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU. PLEASE DON'T GET SURPRISE IF THEY MESS UP YOUR TRIP. BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN BOOKING FLIGHTS WITH THEM AND THEY DO A TERRIBE JOB!
Easy to use site which give lots of options for booking flights including combining airlines. Travel was seamless; we were treated like every other passenger
I booked flight and hotel to Europe for my husband and I Later I read the review on the hotel and as they were not to my satisfaction, I called to cancel the hotel.
Some time later I went to print out the confirmation for our flight and it came up "cancelled".
I immediately re-booked it as we were getting close to our departure.
The day before our flight, we found out that we had TWO bookings, both for the same time. I called CheapOAir to cancel one of the bookings.
Please NOTE: I have bought and paid for Cancellation Insurance for BOTH bookings.
CheapOAir was not very co-operative and I asked to speak to a supervisor. The agent came back and said not to worry, everything will be taken care of and I will receive my refund in full.
We went to Europe and when we returned, there was a credit for $2.95 to our account. I kept calling. No answer, put on hold only to be disconnected, agents unco-operative or making empty promises. Finally I had enough as three months have gone by and filed for a reversal with my credit card company.
Two and half months later CheapOAir called me. Their attitude has not changed, they are still ignoring the fact that I had Cancellation Insurance (not to mention that their system showed my first flight was cancelled).
I got no answer as to what the so called "cancellation insurance" covered. (was several hundreds of dollars).
I will NEVER deal with these people again.

I contacted my credit card company with details and they have reversed my payment. Cheap-O-Air never refunded, even though I bought Fight Cancellation Insurance.
A month after I received my refund from my Credit card company, Cheap-O-Air called and asked me to repay them. After that the calls got very rude and threatening. Then the letters started to come from a collection agency. I was threatened that I would be charged with FRAUD and my credit rating would be ruined.

Customer booked a reservation online Apr 3 for her vacation, along with flights. April 9, she went online and booked another flight reservation, therefore having two non refundable reservations. She called to cancel one of the bookings demanding a refund, on a non refundable ticket which she was advised is not applicable, and flight cancellation insurance, is trip cancellation, and does not cover errors, dupe bookings, or change of plans. The 2.95 refund was for a product she purchased for flight updates, which we refunded. Customer has since been refunded her money for the second set of airline tickets that she booked in error on Sept 30.
The rebooking fees are mandated by the airline whenever you make changes whether you booked with them directly or with us or any travel site. Very sorry for your loss!
