On Sunday May 15th, 2016 I was traveling from Frankfurt,( flight#478) to Montreal to reach my connecting flight (#6692) to Ottawa.

Upon arrival in Montreal I cleared customs, picked up my suitcase and approached Air Canada connecting flight desk, only to find out that boarding pass for Ottawa flight can not be issued, since I wasnt on a passenger list for any flight for that afternoon.

I was directed to Lufthansa ticket sale desk to clear the problem. Upon talking to Lufthansa officer I was practically moving back and forth for an hour and a half between Air Canada desk and Lufthansa desk pulling every single time heavy suitcase, a back pack and a violin case.

Considering I had a printed ticket, indicating my flight # to Ottawa and the fact that reservation was practically nonexistent for that flight I must assume there was some sort of mistake committed. As a result reservation was made, but no place has been offered for me for any flight that evening.

I had no choice, but to travel to Ottawa by a bus.

This search engine looks for alternatives to get where you want to go, that other sites do not offer... cheap!

Booking was easy, change of flight times had to be changed after booking orginal, no problem at all, service great.
