I shop around: priceline, expedia, whatever, but Cheapoair always seems to have the cheapest prices. And their service is great. They've always helped me out when circumstances have required a change to my booking. Would definitely recommend.

Cheap o air was indeed cheaper than most of the other fares online. The online booking is easy and direct. And you also get notification emails promptly. I had a few questions and I called their customer service which was super efficient, no long waiting queues, plus they were extremely helpful!

If you really want to keep your vacation in budgets, spend less and enjoy more or at least average service, cheapoair is my choice. Compare with other sources, price is the key. Cheapoair really made it!

I am 70 years of age and had to make a quick trip we had a 3 hour delay and the staff were awesome they made sure everyone knew what was happening and booked all of us on other flights. Very pleasant. I would definitely fly with them again.

My experience in booking with CheapOair is very positive. I did not have a problem filling up the online form and had received confirmation of my booking immediately. The cost of the return ticket from Toronto to Los Angeles was also reasonable. It gave me different options on the flight.

I think the website is great and has lots of options. Offered really great deals and great prices. However, emailing the call centre as requested in your emails to confirm a car rental, became a hassle. Website says an agent will respond within a few hours, NO one ever responded to the email or called me back, as to why the credit card wasnt confirmed. I ended up calling 2 days later... that was quite frustrating, especially since it was your site telling me to confirm and contact someone to call me back.

I was searching a competitor's website for flights to Cancun and CheapOair price comparison window popped up showing me I could get a direct non-stop flight on a major airline for $50 less than anywhere else. Of course I took the offer. Booking was a snap, even though it was my first time, and CheapOair kept me fully up to date on my reservation right up until flight time, and beyond.

Absolutely no complaints at all but how on earth do they make any money?!

I had made a booking error Re: flights for my spouse and myself. Your agent corrected this concern, accessed flights that would save us travel time, and our prices were very comparable with other companies online. The only concern we had was that my husband and myself were not seated together on most flights, therefore a little stress was added as we had to request new seating arrangements pre flight.

When the original airline changed the flights to a combination that was going to be tiring, staff at CheapOair were very good about finding an even better option at the same low price they had originally quoted.

I booked my flight and hotel stay with cheapoair, during my recent domestic trip from Toronto to Montreal. I had no issues or hassles. The site provides a lot of good options and easy to use. Also when I called the telephone rep was helpful too. Overall very satisfied with the service.

Realizing that I made an error while making our reservations, I talked to customer service at Cheapoair and they worked hard to get my refund although it was a non-refundable ticket. I needed to make a name change on one of the tickets and they told me it may not work as I would have to cancel the original ticket and purchase a new one. They were in constant contact with the airline and just prior to our departure date they came through. Awesome work!

Cheapoair was very prompt with their flight confirmations. When a conflict with the itinerary was noticed, they gave us options to choose from for alternate flights, instead of just giving us the most convenient. This was greatly appreciated. I would certainly consider booking future flights with them.

This was the first time we had booked with cheap o air. It was recommended by a friend.
The only problem... I had difficulty booking on line & when I called & talked to an agent the price kept going up. At the end I don't know if I got a deal or not.
That being said everything went smoothly & we didn't have any problems.
I was impressed that they followed up after we got home to see how our vacation was. That was a first!
