This was one of the easiest experiences that I have had in booking a trip. There were no surprises and the actual booking was as easy as 1, 2, 3! We were able to book flights, parking, a hotel, and rental car all from this one site. I would absolutely use this site again for any travelling that we will do. The best part was that there were no negative surprises and everything was as we expected it to be, truly a great experience.

I travel on business frequently and do my own arrangements, often last minute. I have used many other travel sites, but have found CheapOair to be the easiest and cheapest. On my last booking, I made an error involving flex fare dates and the customer service department was very efficient and helpful in getting it corrected without penalty. I will continue to use CheapOair for my future travel needs.

Both my husband and I have found that when we travel, and we do a lot of this as our kids are both studying overseas, that Cheapoair always provides the best options to meet our needs. They give a vision of flights that are available at different price points and then they are able to connect with hotels and car rentals. I will continue to tell all my friends and family about the service provide by Cheapoair

I wrote a review on here about three weeks ago that CheapoAir was not responding to my requests for help in cancelling several flights I booked with them earlier this year when I cancelled my Asia tour and flew back to the US. They just kept sending me emails about flight being cancelled and changed and did nothing. After they saw the reviews I wrote here and Trust Pilot their management team called me! I almost dropped the phone! After that they were extremely helpful and I have since been getting refunds for the flights. On a side note, I also booked a Europe tour and US and European based airlines have not been offering refunds, just credits on future flights... so beware! So... in the end, I must give CheapAir a compliment on resolving my issues and getting me refunds on some expensive flights!

CheapOair is now my go to website, due to deals and kindness of the company. Anytime I have a question or miss something like picking my seats on a flight, a real kind human calls me and helps me out. I find that quite nice.

On Dec. 7,2014, we returned home on a flight booked thru CheapOair. This was our third booking thru CheapOair and again every thing was as it should be. I am not very computer savvy but I was able to follow the steps and complete our check-in, pay a lower rate for our luggage, pick our seats and print our boarding pass! If I can do this, everyone can!

First they called at a respected time of business. She made me feel special and offered me an extra coupon. The fact her vioce was so calm and Peaceful was a bonus. I will be using Cheap o air in the future. Hopefully back to France where my son is living. Thankyou Christine Garner

Booked my ticket on a Fri, received the confirmation screens and emails.
They proceeded to spam me with emails offering hotels and car rentals over that weekend. So naturally, I ignored their emails. Then Monday they emailed saying that my booking wasn't secure, that they needed to talk. I noticed this email 2.5 hours before my flight departure when trying to log into their site to check-in. Turns out they had cancelled my ticket! To add insult to injury, I had to put up with their Indian customer disservice, where their 'supervisor' wasn't much better than his staff. I travel for a living and have used the same card with tens of other flight websites and companies over the years - never once an issue. So there's no valid reason for their not processing my payment, or for them contacting my bank directly.

I ended up having to spend my day on a bus. Is your flight worth risking not flying?

When I booked flight to Toronto my friend happened to accompany me, so we booked seats simulteniusly. It appeared that I payed $17 more than him for no reason. Later on I saw on reddit that booking companies might increase ticket price if you are using an apple device because their marketing department think that apple owners wealthy people and they can charge more from them. Be aware!

Since lasat more than 03 months i am waiting for my refund, but everytime i call and send email, i m told it will take 05 to 07 business days. I am very disappointed with customer service. During this hard financial situation, my ticket money is blocked there and no effort from Cheapoair Canada, to get it back.

My flight to Quito was on time, the connection in Panama efficient, and Copa Air served food and checked up to two pieces of luggage free. CheapOair found me a great price, and the trip was smooth. Excellent in all ways!

I have been dealing with CheapOAir for a number of years to book flights to the Philippines for myself and my family. They give me good service and resolves my issues and answers my inquiries in a timely manner. It has given me relevant and current status on my flight schedule i. E. changes in departures and arrival times. I do not hesitate to recommend this site to friends and family.

I started using CheapoAir when I came to university. I use it now to book all my flights which is approximately 4 a year. I have never had a problem with this agency and always get the best deal on flights!

It is not recommended to use CheapoAir. Cheating people. I got a direct ticket, but in the airport while checking in, I learned it had a stop. I paid extra for free cancellation, but the system didn't allow me to do so. It's just wasting money and time. I called Cheapopair, but I got no assistance and/or solution.

We had decided to take an extended vacation after an emotionally exhausting year. In an effort to cut cost we hit the internet to find reasonable airfare rate from Saskatchewan, which can be difficult. After spending a lot of time on the different televised search engines, I had decided to just surf around. There on a local home page was a link for CheapOair! It was all very easy from there. After booking we would get notifications and about 3 wks before our departure date we were notified that there was a more direct flight home. Change our return flight with a phone call and we were set to go!

I've been using Cheapoair for years and it's easy, friendly and I love the reminders about my trip. Prices are as shown including taxes and their costumer service is fantastic. I accidently confirmed two flights to Rome in a different currently and called a few hours after I noticed and they didn't hesitate to refund the payment. Thank you - Lisa

I have used CheapOair to book flights to Perth Australia and find the web sight easy to use and staff are always available to answer my questions. I am given a good selection of flights, prices and options of travel which I appreciate as travel to Perth can be onerous. I enjoy having the option of different flight paths in case I wish to stop over in different countries. I also found the insurance company would sell me cancellation coverage that covered my blind husband if I got ill. That is a very big bonus that paid off the last time we travelled. The insurance company was fantastic to deal with. We are very happy with CheapOair.

Versus priceline and hotwire - they have the option for CAD dollars which saves me from exchange fees - and also their website features easy to use methods to change options between varried departure and arrival flights

Booked a flight from Ottawa Canada to Hawaii via Cheapoair.ca and was extremely satisfied. The price (by far) was fantastic. Everything went as per the schedule with all flights on time with absolutely no surprises. We will certainly use Cheopoair again to book flights.
