I had been subscribed and had been booking on line with CheapOair.com and CheapOair.ca for many years and so far never had a problem.
On my last booking for May 2015 to Asia travel, I experienced a computer issue but your staff phoned me right away in seconds and was able to resolved it.
That was a good peace of mind and now had been telling my family and friends about my positive experiences with your company.

Its about time for the Canadian Mounties to investigate the business of these suspicious companies In Canada. They are thieves and twist people's words and situation to take money un lawfully from Canadian consumers. I am not able to get a refund for a ticket I paid even I paid insurance for the ticket in case of cancellation.

Royal Canadian police, Canadian consumers are hurting and there is no way to fight these thieves. These companies is another scam that Canadians face every day.

When the original airline changed their flights and those were no longer suitable for our needs we had no success in dealing with that airline's staff so we phoned CheapOair again and a most courteous person made all the necessary changes for us, got us a refund and flights on another airline.

I foolishly booked airline tickets with cheapoair, assuming they bought blocks of tickets early and sold them at a discount. I just checked flight prices for my flight - directly with United airlines and it is $170 cheaper for each of us just for the flight. The company added an additional $80 fee for booking the flight for us. Do not use this company! Book your flights directly with the airline. I am not looking for a refund. I foolishly approved this without doing my own research. I just wanted to warn others of this scam business. I have included copies of my cheapoair booking below and screenshots taken from United Airlies booking site today.

It's been very good in helping me find the lowest and best fares. Being a college student especially I can't afford to do anything too expensive. Also in a time of family emergency, I was able to change my ticket date to a time period where I was able to be with my sick family member before they passed away. A heart felt review and a heart felt thank you, will be sure to use Cheapoair in the future.

This company is a scam! They hide their fees in the price so you do not notice that they charge you 80$ per transaction. There is no cheaper price for the air ticket... you can get the same ticket at the same price or cheaper from the airline web page or any other honest site.
They do not send you an invoice specifically so you do not notice the hidden 80$ charge (it is included in "taxes and fees")
Of course, customer service is in India... enough said...

Its been years that my husband and I are purchasing our tickets for domestics and international flights from CheapOair. We are always happy with the tickets we get never had issue, the only thing is when we get our visa bill there is always a separate charge which i have to call and get the agent to refund back! In 2014 we purchased 7 or 8 tickets and 2015 2 tickets already!

CheapOair when contacted were sensitive to our needs as seniors and went that further step to accommodate our comfort needs on a very long flight from Toronto to Bangkok return.
To top it all, they had a very competitive price. We hope that our family will have the same experience; best price and sensitivity to a travelers needs. This time Toronto to Saigon; later in the year.

Being an inexperienced traveller, I found it great to be able to search for the right flight details and that we could book it with a live agent by telephone. It was all well done. The flights all connected well without a hitch and the staff were really positive and friendly on the planes, etc. Great.

I used Cheapoair to book a flight within Europe. I was using another website with whom I had had good results booking flights from the UK. Cheapoair's name came up and their price and flight flexibility results were the best I found. Their webpages are uncluttered and streamlined as are the confirmations. Seat selection and printing my confirmation were easily performed and printing the confirmation did not drain my printer of it's ink supply, just 1-1/2 pages and no big coloured banners. I appreciate that. The price quoted included all taxes and airport fees and there were no extras charged on my credit card. Keep up the good work.

I was somewhat skeptical at first of the significantly cheaper price offered by CheapOair for my Cathay Pacific flight. I proceeded with the transaction and was very pleased with the customer service offered.
I received a call from CheapOair ensuring that my credit card transaction was authorized. I received a second call upon my arrival home to make sure everything was satisfactory. I will definitely use their services in the future!

I have planed to book an oversee flight 6 month in advance. At first, prices with the airline website where the same as Cheapoair. But 3 months before travels, the airline changed prices upwards. Cheapoair was unchanged for some more days and I failed to lock in on time. When eventually Cheapoair also raised their prices I phoned Cheapoair in a panic. I had asked the agent. If he was willing to price match the posting of an other discount website. He was asking me, to return to the competitor's website and clarify the price, while he was patiently waiting on hold. My search was not successful. Clearly nobody was able to give me the price I had seen 6 month ago but the agent was able to meet me halfway between the new and expired postings. What surprised me most, was the professional attitude of the agent and the amount of patients he had showed.
Cheapo air will always be my first choice of shopping for my travels.

The entire journey was wonderful. The airlines kept me informed, the res center, Avianca flight crew were the best. My experience in Ecuador... I can only say this is the country to visit. The people were hospitable and helpful. The food, the sites, mountains and jungle treks wonderful! I can hardly wait to return and am planning for September 2015.

I book online when I called to add an infant they misspelled my name twice and added my baby as a floating baby so not assigned to any adult! They hung up on me so I called the airline companie who was kind enough to reassigned the floating baby to his mother! Will never use that site again. I will stick to redtag whom in 10 years of traveling never made a mistake or corrected it properly

Booking our flight with CheapOair was efficient, quick and everything we needed for our flight.
We received exactly what we had seen on the Web site so their were no surprises when we arrived at the airport. Very glad we used CheapOair to start and finish out flights.

A highly deceptive operator. As I purchased a ticket on Cheapoair I was suddenly transferred to www.flighthub.com which displayed the receipt. The receipt displayed a charge of $19.99 for "Purch. Guarantee:" What? I enter into a contract with Cheapoair and flighthub.com appears out of nowhere to guarantee the purchase for $19.99. Flighthub is in Ontario, Canada -- outside out country -- beyond our legal authorities. Very deceptive! Scam artists! I asked for a refund. They declined but offered credit for further services. Outrageous.

Don't waste your time in booking with these people deal directly with airlines. After waiting 60 days for my refund I still had to deal with the carrier to get my money back. Horrible service. They wasted over 2 months of my time for nothing.

I have used CheapOair ever since I was first told about them, and when booking flights, it is easy and dependable.On line booking is easy and even speaking with the customer service is pleasureable. I had the experience of the agent making my first trip outside Canada easier on us. With not only the cost but some good advice on airports... putting us at ease. Thank you CheapOair... also I recommended you to two other travellers on our trip and happy to say they used your company also.

When I booked Through Cheapoair for Ryan Air flights credit card details were passed on directly to Ryan Air. Cheapoair's booking software made me buy two tickets for the same trip. After conversations with Cheapoair and Ryanair no refund has been forthcoming after 4 months. What frustrated me most was that theyasked me to talk to Ryanair direct as they are the ones who charged me. But it was Cheapoair's booking software that made it happen. Till today no response.

I have been using this website for a while now. I can surely say it has the best flights available according to a customers requirements like pricing, dates choice of flights etc. It is also very easy to access. I have referred this website to many friends so that they get the best service. I will be using this website in the near future. Thanks

Booked with them for the second time in the last 4 months. No problem the first time as the service and billing was correct. Second time, well let's just say if I operated my own business like this I would be out of business. Was quoted a rate in Canadian dollars and quickly purchased the 4 seats as this was the best rate available on any website. Found out after my credit card statement came in they billed us in US dollars instead as quoted Canadian funds. Cheapoair also decided to add a service charge of $252 Canadian dollars to this transaction. Spent close to 30 minutes on the phone talking to 3 agents up the line. Finally got the service charge refunded but they could not do anything about the US dollars billed versus Canadian dollar quote. The agent said time and time again we booked with the US website and not the Canadian site. We booked on the Canadian site. Last time I use Cheapoair for travel, hotel and car rental. Stay away from this discount travel web site.

Nobody ever recommended CheapOair to me. I found a cheap ticket on this site the first time ever and have saved it as my first reference point when i need to buy a ticket. I have bought tickets on this site on several occasions and i guess it is because i always felt on something cheaper than what i got on other sites for the same flight. Of course if i am not lucky to fall on a cheap ticket, i will not buy it here.
