I searched almost 10 different sites for my round trip flight booking Toronto- Mumbai- Toronto last winter. After closely analyzing every itinerary and its price, I found the best deal on CheapOair.ca. It offered me shortest travel and layover time, with suitable departure time at lowest price among all online travel agencies.

Cheapo Air were the best prices for 9 family members plus one 6 month infant. We went from

I have been using Cheapoair for the past two years and the quality of service has been fantastic! My daughter is attending university in the USA and we book all her flights through Cheapoair! The other day we had a change in flight schedule which we were not pleased about and a Cheapoair representative took care of the issue and within 10 minutes everything was taken care of... great costumer service!

Please do not buy tickets through this page, they are not responsible for changes due to Covid. We bought some tickets going and back for our vacations from Canada to Italy; before traveling we called to confirm the requirements and they told us that there was no problem, however, when we returned they did not let us take the flight because we had transit in the US and they did not allow entry of people who came from Europe, so we had to buy other super expensive tickets for an airline that traveled directly to Canada. After two months of complaints, Cheapoair's response is that they are responsible to us for these changes.

Worst service ever. I booked a flight with them and have the so called"price match promise " When I called to match the price the rep told me would you be paying extra if the price goes up. Is that the price match promise is?! Not getting tickets from them anymore

We booked a flight from London to Canada for our daughter so she could come home for a visit. She had a trouble free exsperience from the time of booking which was fast and easy until she arrived at our door step. We chose Air Canada and her exsperience with the flight crews on all flights was very pleasant. Will use cheapoair again, we have already booked our flights with them to visit London in the new year.

I compare couples of website for booking and find cheapoair.ca has the best price. Also it is very convenient when u search multi destination, and it suggest u cheaper price when there is flexible date :)

I booked ticket during second wave of covid from canada to india (round trip), dates were changing due to travel ban, and those rip offs were charging 250$ to change date of canceled flight - that service was provided free by airlines, they eat all money from my canceled return flight as well.

I was all the way in Guyana, South America, and i decided to changed my flight the last moment and i called the int. Toll free and immediately got help... i phone call drop and they were able to call me back right away... Thanks CheapOair.ca.

Excellent. Had no problem for the past 5 years that I have been buying tickets from chepoair. I have recommended the site to so many people as lot of them still are scared to purchase online tickets..

Cheapoair does not respond, communicate or provide service
My flight # ******* was April 1st and canceled with air transat due to COVID. No communication from cheapoair since. I call in all the numbers he posts. I send emails, I have no response. I use the chat service with the robot which me in an indefinite wait, without result. In addition, when I wanted to fill out the online form, it says that my flight has expired. He finally sends me a link that does not work to speak to an agent. For air transat, the cheapoair agency must either reimburse me or change the date of the flight. I don't know which saint to speak to. It is a scam or what. If you are also a victim, think about a collective complaint

Everything went well from the online booking to the flight experience. Flights were available as specified and there were good savings versus other offers for the flight costs. I used Cheap-o-Air to fly from Hong Kong to Sri Lanka and back.

I was able to purchase my ticket at a great price. The process was very easy and hassle free. Representative answered my questions over the phone after the reservation. I am extremely satisfied with the service. I will definitely use it again and recommend it to my friends.

We have used cheapoair many times, in fact we call ourselves the el cheapofamily. Unlike other sites such as flight hub, it gives the price and our booking continues with that price. Other sites give a good price, then midway thru the booking, the price changes, always an increase, saying the seats are available but at a higher price. This is not the case with cheapoair, so we will continue to use your site. Thank you for hasselfree bookings.

My family and I travel a lot. I compare various sites to get a good fare. I always find myself going back to CheapOair. They somehow have good deals. I have booked tickets online as well as over the phone. The staff, when I used the phone, were very friendly and helpful.

I got a good deal on my ticket. The best experience was when i could not catch my connecting flight due to delay in my first flight. 2nd airline was different from first and said I have to pay 650$ for next day flight. I got on phone with cheapoair and the officer guided me through patiently, and also kept on talking internally with the airline office also - end result was i saved 650$ additional charge.

Hi, just call me KC. Today is my flight and I am still in the airport. We came early to check in and the lady in the front desk in Canada jetlines said that the flight was 1040am instead of 130pm that cheapOair keeps on insisting. I called them and chatted with them. And still giving me the same flight information. They havent send me an email regarding the chnages in booking/flight. They are very slow in attending the issues. I already booked everything and I asked them to refund as this is their fault. Very poor customer service. Instead of having a good vacation, it ruined our holidays. This is very frustrating and stressful. I would rather pay a little more than experience this kind of stress.

I booked with Cheapo to Greece- it was a very comfortable flight going and returning home to Canada- food was good - hostesses were very nice and helpful - pleasant. I will fly with Cheapo whenever possible- price also great

Aware that i will be leaving 3 weeks for my vacation. So they can make the change before i leave. I was ensure that the change will be made closer to my brother trip. They never made any change he had to buy new ticket. They give me the run around the whole time. I was so sad, so heart broken i lost $1800 from my pocket. I was on maternity. All my money i save to go see my family lost. I hope Cheapoair feel the lost like i did. I will never use there service ever again. I had recommended so many people over the last 9 years i was a customer with CheapOair. Such a wast of my money.

Had flights cancelled due to Covid, where I was declined a refund and eventually offered a credit. It took 17 months for this to come through, after being told I would receive a refund initially by them. Went to rebook flights which were showing on their website as approximately $200 less than the credit I finally got, then got told it would cost me extra and after me questioning the price they kept lowering it, eventually leaving me to pay $160 on top of my credit for some reason (Not sure why it's 360 more), and they promised seats at the front of the plane which got assigned at the time of booking. Checked my flights today and the seats are unassigned all together.
Be very very cautious using this company, they are scam artists and are out to charge you for anything and everything they can. Customer service is horrible at best and you're better off booking with the Airline directly so you won't runaround.
