I always use Cheapo air when searching for flights. They have the best rates and always have discounts/promos which helps to further reduce cost. The system is easy to use and customer service is always excellent in addressing any concerns.

I just read the "thieves" review by Chris L. He experienced the same "rip off" that I had from cheapoair.ca. However, he was lucky that he received some compensation and a response to his review from cheapoair. I received neither! Just a further update cheapoair: my father passed away.

I have used cheapoair website for many years for booking international and local flights. I have had only a good experience. The customer service is always helpful, polite and respectful. The website is easy to search, understand and navigate. Booking is easy, prices are competitive. Would recommend to everyone!

This is our first booking with cheapoair and it was a good experience. They offered the best price of all the airlines we looked at. The web site was easy to use. We had the ability to changes seats if some seats were still availablel. The communication from them during the whole process was excellent. This is our first trip where we had no flight problems. We will use them again.

Relatively easy, and less time consuming. CheapOair was recommended by friends, and I was pretty satisfied with the results. I booked a flight for one of our employees for business and it was easy, it took me about 20 minutes to find the flights, book the flight and print the confirmation.

Please don't buy a flight ticket from this company: I saw a $500 ticket after I put my credit card they charged me $789. This is a Fraud
When I call to complain they act like the phone was not working and the cut the line…. My first and last transaction with them. I will contact my credit card about this issue. This is a Fraud

All airlines are cancelling/changing ticket dates free of cost due to COVID-19. But Cheapoair still charges their customers with a change fee ( at least CAD 35) to make these changes. What a shame! The whole world is hit by COVID-19, and cant they wave off these change fees? Interesting!

Cheapoair was the best deal I could find after searching many other sites. Plus their website was easy to navigate. I would recommend Cheapoair to my friends and family and I will use them in the future.

I had booked my flight on my credit card only to find out that my payment had not gone through. So my card was declined. They called me automatically to let me know that this had happened and offered to put my flight on hold. Which was quite amazing. The service was impeccable. They helped me get to where I needed to go.

With Cheapoair I enjoyed huge savings on my plane ticket... but more importantly, I was very pleased with the response of the customer service agent who assisted me over the phone, Very professional! It felt as if I was dealing with my travel agent...

Finding and booking a ticket with Cheapo Air was very easy. Plenty to choose from for the dates and destinations I was looking for.
The communications from the company were Goldilocks- not too many, not too few, just right.And they were clear, to the point, and easy to understand.
I would do it again.

I've been using CheapOair.ca for many years for my family and myself. They've been providing cheap flights for us to and from the Caribbean. I've told countless people it's the best way to get a great deal on flights.

Bought tickets from here, now they keep taking money from our bank account, when we called they have lots of excuses and say that the money taking is for this and that! What a horrible experience everything is a nightmare. If this keeps happening we will have to sue them. Or we will contact the media, they need to stop scaming people. Enough is enough they should be reported. STop taking people money with your ridiculous hidden fees.We will make this viral!

I booked 4 flights to Bangkok with this company. Although I made a mistake with one of the passengers names and had to pay a charge they sorted it out for me and gave me a little discount to compensate me.

I recommended my Sister in Law to this site for her trip to the States. The cost of her flights for the times and dates she wanted were the best compared to other Travel Websites. She is now recommending Cheapo to her friends.

It's a money saver. I receive the optimal quote which is the cheapest, lowest layover time and stopovers, and flight duration.
It's just so quick in booking and confirmation that I could not even imagine. It's my choice and the best choice for domestic and international flights. Cannot think of anyone else than cheapoair when on vacation and business travel.
