I last used CheapoAir to book a flight from Edmonton, Canada to Sydney, Australia. They had the best prices, and a very nice flight path through Vancouver and Auckland with Air New Zealand that didn't have any very long layovers. There were a good number of flight options to choose from. Booking was pretty seamless, and allowed a booking number with Air NZ that allowed me to go on and change seat bookings (with 3rd-party booking sites, you're not *always* able to change details like that directly through the airline).

All in all, I had a good experience with this site and would use them again.

I made a mistake in booking for my return flight.
But in the process, as I tried to change my flight, I felt really frustrated because it was not a win-win situation but totally lose-lose for both of you and me.
I checked the AirCanada price for my return flight and checked your fixing price which include service charge and difference between old ticket and new one. The result was your fixing price was more expensive for $100 than the new ticket price from Air Canada even though it was about $200 dollars expensive than ususal price as this was a last minute purachase. (If my memory serves right, your price was $570+ and Air Canada one was $430.) So, I gave up the return ticket I had bought from you and made new reservation from Air Canada. You may have a decent price policy for the ticket change which provides at least the same price as Air Canada's last minute ticket purchase price. This will guarantee us win-win solution.

My experience with everyone at CheapOair that I have had contact with has been excellent. If United would not create such problems, I wouldn't need help from CheaoOair as often. United is not happy until their custommer is unhappy

The times of the flights were changes twice but I loved that Cheapoair actually sent you an email to let you know and to see if it's ok with you. And wasn't expecting to receive a survey call which I was glad to answer, their customer service rep Zeida was really nice asking quick questions about my trip. Thanks Cheapoair I will book again with you soon!

This website is not the one you should ever be visiting. You can see many reviews here itself. They sell you tickets and don't even mention if tickets are refundable/changeable. Not just that they book your tickets through places where you need visa and they don't inform you.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. You might end up paying much more as I did.

They can't help any way they did not try to solve my problem they did not try to help me to do a price match for my booking
Financing option did not work after you made payment with the financing option with them and affirm it will not work they will not send you the booking number and you need to wait to tell them to send you the booking confirmation if you try to call CheapOair to know when you will receive it they do not anything and they cannot keep the price for you if the price change tell they made the booking number and to cancel the payment you need to affirm

I bought a flight ticket on CheapOair side.
According to the new COVID restrictions, I have to cancel it 10 days before the flight.
I contacted Baltic Air, they were agreed to provide a refund, but I have to it through CheapOair, because I got the ticket there. ChreapOair representative said, that no refund for the booking. I never will use this site in the future and let know about all my friends.

Booked a flight from Toronto to London. While I was booking, the price had gone up 300% of what it it should have been. Website says you can get a Price match refund for the difference if you call within 4h of booking. I called within 1h. Person I talked to would not give me the price match. They would only cancel and refund, minus $400 of the ticket cost. I have since rebooked with another agent, who said they would refund the additional $400, but I have my doubts as they would not give me any sort of written confirmation.

Update - I now have written confirmation that they will give me a full refund. Only time will tell if this will be reflected on my credit card statements.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE... I have never felt so belittled by a customer service agent. I had call in to add two tickets to a ticket that I had already purchased. While trying to get a good deal the agent, I felt was constantly attacking me with "I am the best. That is why you come to me... and so on' Like I needed him and that I dont know what i am talking about. So after with much frustration at the tone of voice he was using against me I finally decided to pay for my ticket. Second Part of this horrid experience was that I accidentally gave them ONE wrong letter to the persons last name that i was buying the ticket for and they charged me $50 dollars. Moral of the story is that its not called CHEAP O AIR for nothing.

It was a very good deal we got from CheapOair during the Christmas Break when the prices were up and beyond our budget... Without this we would not have celebrated Christmas and the New Year with our rest of the Family... After booking the tickets through CheapOair. We jumped and flied to our Home Country...
So I call it FeetOair,,,!

I've used Cheapoair several times. The good thing about the site is that it has a solid customer service. Even they match price if you call in. No complaints so far. Would recommend to a friend.

Even tho my booking process did not go as smoothly as I had hoped, CheapOair still made it all work out. They helped me book the flights I needed at a reasonable price.

Never ever book from this website. I have wasted my hard earned money on them. They are not at all socially responsible.
Neither me nor I will let others buy tickets from these scammers.

Have used cheapoair a few times there prices are good booking is easy only fall back is the seats must be done by going to the carrier when you receive your conformation.

Cheapo-air usually provides the cheapest prices for airline tickets, but you need to be careful when trying to change it... you must do ti before 24 hours are over... or else

I have been trying to cancel a flight for TWO days. ON hold for hours, dropped calls, switching from one department to another. Most frustrating experience with any company ever!

Customer service was upto mark. They were suppose to refund me after 2 months. I got continuous email about refund. Overall good experience, wont hesitate to book flights with cheapoair.

I like using Cheapoair because its very easy to find the cheapest flights available. Staff are supper helpful too as I've had to call them on occasion. They are my go to site for airline bookings.

I received an email said that they had notification from the airline that there has been a schedule change with my flight. I already emailed them back and tried to call them but no one answer.

Worse customer service ever! Impolite Indian agents will answer your calls. Different answers on the same inquiry. Make simple things complicated. Will never ever buy tickets from this company!
