I bought return air flight from Yellowknife to Bangkok, no hassle, very easy, and the best price I could find. I recommend this website to anyone interested to travel.

I regret so much I didnt purchase my tickets directly from Air Canada because my trip was cancelled due to COVID and cheapoair offered only a credit with one year expiration date, and I can use it only for the same people who were in the booking etc limitations.

It is $2328. 97…

I called Air Canada and they told me they normally offer fully transferable gift card for 100% of the cancellation amount and with no expiration date but since I booked their flight on cheponair - Air Canada can't issue the gift card to me directly and I have to deal with cheapoair.
Now look what I got from cheapoair:
- I payed a fee to buy tickets
- I payed a fee to cancel
- this credit is non-transferable and non-refundable, and may only be used by the person(s) named on the original ticket for which it is being issued, regardless of who purchased the ticket(s).
- I have to call them to buy tickets to use my credit, no online purchase option (why?)

They made it complicated and overpriced and you got no value in return.

I mistakenly thought that buying from them gave me an extra protection but it turns out it made my situation even worse!

Never again!

I'm happy that I found CHAPOAIR on line and now the booking is easy for me. When I something not understand I call and professional help is on the other line. A big thank you, to CHEAPOAIR and there staff.

It was easy for me to make reservation on the web site and I found a good price with my favourite compagny. It was my first time with CheapOair and I hope have a better services next time.

A few days after booking 4 passengers multi-flight international round trip, received a return flight schedule change notification e-mail. I contacted cheapoair customer services via chat portal to review the change before accepting it however there was a cancellation/full refund option in case not agree.
It's an hour delay and nothing else " the customer services Rep. Said to me and I accepted the change based on this. A few minutes after our chat, received a new notification e-mail. I noticed one of the return flights is missing when I reviewed the new e-mail. I went back to check with cheapoair chat to check, "the flight is canceled, the customer services Rep. Said. But i never been told that otherwise I would have cancel it and get a refund. It's canceled by the airlines and just wait 24-48 hours for the flight to be
re-instated by the airlines " customer services Rep. Said.
It's over than a week now. I checked again yesterday with customers services to get any update or cancel it and get a refund to plan a head ( inform my kids schools and employer). After getting transferred back and forth between the departments and chatting for around 1-2 hour to explain to them what happened "You just need to wait until we hear back from airlines, it's a non-refundable ticket, it will be consider a voluntarily cancellation and fare rules will apply if you wish to cancel " customer services Rep. Said
I just give a star for the price. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

My wife and I used CheapOair to fly to St. Maarten in the Carribean. There were no hicups all the way there and then safely back home. I would use them again without a doubt.

I was booking the flight it gave me the price all the was till credit card info
After payment they took a different amount I canceled the trip and called
Them there manager said that is normal
I told him the info as I entered the credit card was different then when it took the payment
This is normal
So be aware from getting robbed when it is normal

Booking was good, I got a good price for a round trip. However I was delayed by West jet for a full 24hrs and given little information about what was going on. Which was frustrating

My recent trip to Toronto from Caglary went without a hitch! I received notification of my flights and everything went smoothly. I would use Cheap0air anytime!

CheapOAir is a scam! I booked a flight for my brother from the Philippines to Canada. The firsr few searches I made showed lower prices. But as soon as I confirm, the price jumps $1000+ higher. When I finally found one that didn't jump up, the flight to Canada and back to the Philippines had layovers in the US. There was no travel advisory that since it has a layover to the US for 2 hours, they would need to acquire C type transit visa. Needless to say my brother and sister in law were told by the airlines that they will not be allowed to board without the transit visas. Our mother paid $2980+. And as a gesture of their sincere apology, they were giving us $50 to use for next booking. They don't want to cancel the flight or change the flight. My sister on law talked to the airlines and were told to talk to CheapOAir to help us get the flight changed so they didn't need to have layovers to the US. But they can only offer us $50. Lots of videos and complaints on Facebook about people being scammed by this company!

The worst service I have ever received anywhere. They insist that they cant give refund and that I need to contact airline. When I do contact airline they re-direct me back to cheapoair Canada. Each time I call I have to validate and then get transferred to 6 different department only to be told I need to contact the airline again. JUST GIOVE ME MY MONEY YOUTHIEVING WANKERS! I am currently on the phone with them and have been for the past hour. I am going to keep posting this on as many sites as i can find till I get a resolution

Oh Boy! I've been wrong before so I checked this airfare against Southwest. I used same dates and picked randomly 4 places to see if they are less. And NO they weren't. Why don't people go directly through airline cut out middle man and some airlines like Southwest gives you points to use in airfare or hotel.
My last of 4 price checking I put leaving from Baltimore to Milwaukee for 2 adults round trip. Date I picked to go had only 2 time options and no direct flights one layover and I had to fly out of Washington DC airport. But I save $7.50 for using different airport. Coming back I had 3 choices of time on that date and they had a direct flight. My husband and I 85% of the time take two carry on bags each. Southwest gave me 3 choices of time and it was direct out of airport I wanted. Coming back also 3 times to pick and also direct.

Southwest cost $480.00 plus points banked.
CheapOair cost $661.40

You do the math but I see no cheap price.

I guess if you don't check on any bags as southwest has 2 free check ons a person and they charge $25 per person for 1st bag and $35 for 2nd. So even if I didn't take luggage which costs $120 for the 4 bags, Southwest was still aprox $80 cheaper and both ways were non stop.

Just to mention that I really enjoyed booking ticket with your agency. However, experience with AIR CHINA was not great as they lost by baggage and nothing has bee done so far to trace it.

BOOKED my CX tickets for late April flight with Cheapoair, the flight was CANCELLED due to COVID-19... Supervisor (Irwin) AGREED to GIVE me FUTURE CREDIT. I BOOKED for UPCOMING Oct flight, my CREDIT CAN'T be USED for that flight & I've to PAY the FULL FARE for this trip... what's the PURPOSE of the FUTURE CREDIT?... IF I PURCHASED the April ticket DIRECTLY with Cathay, I'll be REFUNDED IN FULL with NO PROBLEMS... Cheapoair is a one BIG FRAUD & SCAM online travel agency with MAJORITY of their agents SPEAKING with south Asian ACCENT as the OWNER (Jain Shaileshkumar aka San Jain) of this company is also from that PART of the world... TAKE one to KNOW one... such an UNSCRUPULOUS company... NEVER ORDER Your tickets from this travel agency as it's SAFER to PURCHASE DIRECTLY from the airline itself

I bought 4 tickets for almost $ 4000 a week ago, my flight is schedule in the nexts 3 days and the reservation is not confirmed no issued tickets nothing…. I call air transat to verify and I was tell that there is something wrong whit my booking ( that a cheapoair agent didn't do a correct bookimg)and We are-not ready to flight, this issss so frustrating I have everything readyyyy resevations hotel car rentalssss and the flight is not done? I was spending hours on the line nobody give me an answer. I explained to cheapoair what air transat told me buttt keep telling to call back …or wait. So frustrating that they can not fix this. I been calling for 4 days and noooo solutionnn. What I'm supposed to do lose my money? My flight is in 3 days and nothingg yet, so I'm going to fly or not? This agency are scams. And ruin our vacation. Worst agency ever
