CheapOair.ca

I booked a flight to Germany through Cheapoair.ca, at the offered price online of $491.75, but when the bookijg confirmation was sent to me, I had been charged §1023. I have spent 4 hours on the telephone with agents (most of that on hold, being disconnected and starting over, or being rerouted back to the queue):
I have been promised 3 times that a supervisor has seen the problem and will contact me to rectify it, but this has not happened. Yesterday they sent me an email asking me to telephone them once again... I am now in Germany (having used the ticket that they sold me) and I do not wish to telephone Cheapoair again.
I want a supervisor to email me and resolve this issue. I strongly DO NOT recommend Cheapoair to anyone.

Just to warn you if you ever have to cancel a flight and then rebook. Cheapo will send you an email saying you get credit for most of your flight (minus some small Cheapo admin fee ~$20) and you "agree to pay an airline penalty of $100.00 CAD per person plus fare difference if any". Here's the catch though. In calculating the fare difference Cheapo does NOT use whatever the new fare is on their or the airline's website. They use some other "rebooking" fare rate which only they know. In my case, even though the website showed the new fares were lower than my cancelled fare, I ended up having to paying over $200 instead of the $100. In total for my wife and I cancelling and rebooking a round trip flight, instead of paying $400 in cancellation fees ($100 per person per direction) we had to pay $800 ($400 cancellation + "rebooking" fare difference) for flights that were actually cheaper on the website than the original flight. It's a rip off!

Great service - easy to book on line - user friendly website. Very competitive and the prices are much better than its peers. The customer service representatives are very knowledgeable and quick to resolve the issue

I have used first time CheapOair and I was a bit scared about it. But it was an awesome experience and great service. Easy to find tickets and easy to book. Quick confirmation and awesome trip. I would definitely suggest CheapOair to my friends and family.

We booked flight and hotel package to Las Vegas after much research and chose Cheapo Air. The site was easy to use. The service was excellent. They had a great choice of hotel and flight packages. The price was the lowest we found. The hotel was great, and we had a wonderful time for a very reasonable cost.

I traveled 2 times during my stay in Canada and for both times I bought flight tickets on cheapOair.ca. The process of booking the flights was super easy and did not take more than 5 minutes. I booked a plane ticket on January 29, they sent the ticket on December 29. When I contacted them, they sent me talking everywhere and the last person they hung up on. Now I have to spend money to buy another ticket. Never buy tickets here

I've booked two trips through CheapOair and I like it. The prices are low and the airlines are good. I really enjoy the flying experiences-the meals, the service and the punctuality. The booking service is also accountable and on-time. Wonderful experience!

I have used Cheapoair more them 5 times this year for local and inter nation flights and always find good prices compare to others and one thing i like the most is you pay in Canadian dollars at the time of purchasing the ticket, not like many where they show Canadian but charge in US. Thanks

We travel quite extensively and we always book through Cheap O Air! Our bookings have always been correct and we have never had problems with our connecting flights. We are confident that we get the best price when we book with Cheap O Air!

First experience but a positive one.
Even if I my plans changed and I had to cancel my flights, my experience with CheapOair was a good one. Staff I contacted to cancel my flights were very professional and helpful, pointing me to where and whom I should contact to cancel my flights.

I just had a confirmation for my Citizenship - something that I had waited for over 6 years - I needed a ticket to get from my current province to the province where I originally landed. Funny thing was I booked a ticket a couple of weeks in advance for my vacation, but the day of the citizenship ceremony was during the week while I am needed at work. I thought there was no way I could get a cheaper ticket now but still tried to find a cheap flight. Until I found the best price at Cheapoair.com. I only need 2 days so they gave me the best deal for a fair price. I kinda need to thank CheapOair for their services, without them I couldn't have made it to the most anticipated event in an immigrants life. So thank you CheapOair!

Our flight went very well and any problems that we did occur were the airlines problem and not CheapOair.
One concern was our flights to Cabo were very expensive and more so that other people that we spoke to about this... flights from Phoenix to Cabo. Considering the short distance it was pricy. The booking number is not the Cabo booking but since we have about three with you, you can look in our file and see the Cabo listing.

My friends and I book a flight with CheapOair only to realize that they charged us $150 per person since the actual flight cost through the airline was $1,057. Not only they charged us an extra fee when I call to find out why I had a random $300 charge on my credit card they told me it's because they couldn't do the payment in one transaction but failed to mentioned that the $300 a fee to CheapOair and the actual cost of the ticket was later charge on my credit card by the airline company.

I called them but still waiting to get a call back from the manager to discuss the situation.

I bought airline ticket throught them on oct. 22/2021. Yyz-Mia-Lim-Mvd starting on jan 20/2022. Money was deduct from credit card immediately; seems everything was fine. On dec I started to received notification about flight cancellation. I try several times to contact them by email or phone. Always same answer: "we are working with the airlines"; today jan 21/2022 still waiting an answer from them. I loose my money, and dont know what to do. Tell me please. Thanks. Really bad service and no customer service at all.

Being a foreigner in Canada that hadn't been home in 6 years and It was my first time booking with Cheapoair for a long flight (from Canada to Asia) and everything was handled perfectly from the booking procedure, billing and customer support service. Nevertheless, Cheapoair made my dream come true.
The only downside was the delay of my Westjet flight from Vancouver to Calgary (which took almost 5 hours), but i understand that it was the airline's fault and not the booking agency.
