I would like to take this opportunity to thank cheapoair travel agency for the excellent service that they have offered me. To be honest, flying to Asia is one of the most expensive flight, I have to fly to Philippines for emergency reason and booking for last minute is the worst thing to happen. First, it's very hard to look for cheap/good/affordable fare and I have to travel January 1,2014(peak season). Secondly, even with discount and sale airfare from different airlines, is still too expensive for me and not to mention there are hidden fees too. A friend of mine refered me to check in your site and sure goodness I have found the best deal I could get. Costumer service was excellent, straightforward and no hidden or surprise fees. I have been purchasing tickets with CheapOair for the past 5 years, and I have always been satisfied with their service. Had to call customers service few times, and the team was very professional and helpful! And of couse, prices and options offered for flights are great!

I am scheduled to fly to Hong Kong from Sydney next week. But there is a huge coronavirus scare and the city is practically shut down. I want to cancel my tickets... but the first time I was cut off after 40 minutes of holD. Next time it was 1.5 hours AND i WAS CUT OFF AGAIN. I am right now on my 3rd attempt. And it has been 2 hours plus. And holding...
Never again... Once they have got your money. It is upto you to deal with whatever comes next.

My flight was cancelled by Westjet Jan 06 2021 which I booked through Cheapoair.
I was told in October 2021 that I had 2 years to claim my credit but was not told that I had to book by Dec. 31st 2021. I tried to book today, in February 2022, and was advised that my credit was no longer valid. All this money was lost because of very poor communication!

I had a wonderful time in Minneapolis meeting new friends and spending quality time with old ones. The flights to and from the city were great, stress free and smooth. This was the first time I used CheapOair and I have to say that I am very happy and will definitely use them again to book future flights (perhaps Knoxville, TN in March).

I had a problem with an original booking. When I contacted the customer service center I did not have much success. I asked to speak to a supervisor who resolved the problem to my complete satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Cheapoair again.

After I arrived Toronto, I opened my luggage to check if my stuffs are still there cos I didn't lock it but I paid for check in and they took it in. I lost my two eye glasses and my hair curl iron. Smh.

I wanted to book two air tickets to Las Vegas and return, to spend ten days including New Year Eve with our friends living there. It was October so I feared it might be very expensive so close to such high demand dates. CheapOair offered me reasonable pricse for very convenient and direct flights, I got what I wanted in a very short time, with minimum efforts.

If you have more time than money, Cheapo O air is for you. The wait times between flights were not particularly long. In most cases there was substantial time to stand in long lines waiting for documents to be stamped and bags to be checked. The return flight had a 9 hour layover which meant getting a room for the night; and even with that additional cost, it was still cheaper than any other flight deals.

CheapOair has try their best to contacted me by e-mailing flight information But, a bit too later time. I found out of the flight cancellation many hours after my check in -- checked baggage( paying $ 25.-us for it)---gone through security and waited at the gate.

"The United Air Lines"cancelled the flight which I was supposed to get on and I was unable to travel to my destination at all (I was very disappointed for missing out of my vacation. I waited for later flight but, was none for me to get on. I was at Buffalo air port for 10hrs. On that day). But, It might not be CheapOair's error - I suppose. I was suggested by one of agents of the CheapOair to contact with "Travel Guard insurance co." They had no name of mine on their list... I am not pleased for not having any refunds.

I have used CheapOAir for the past several years in domestic and international flight and to date, I have had excellent service. Each time I called to inquire about scheduling issues I was greeted warmly by the person on the phone and they were able to resolve all my issues.

It really easy to compare flights fare as well as the total time of journey... unlike others they shows the exact duration of flight including the layover time which gives people exact knowledge of thier flights

I had been using cheapOair to purchase a travel ticket 4x in last 2 years and I didn't experienced any trouble at all. My friend wanted to travel in the Philippines and I did recommend cheapoair to purchase her ticket.

Horrible experience with CheapOair
Horrible experience. Kept me on hold from 1015pm to 2am transferring from one operator to another and supervisor to supervisor. I have a $2300 credit from an earlier cancellation that they will not honour. And it's within the credit expiration date. Citing stupid reasons to refuse. Please never book with them. I remember having to cancel with Expedia during Covid and it was such a smooth experience when I rebooked

I always buy my tickets online and always check every website and airlines but always I ended to back to cheapoair.ca and book my tickets through them it's cheaper and more trustable.

Not good people to deal with, we used them twice and had issues after we had paid, they were not helpful in any way at all, their customer service was based in Asia or the Philippines and were awful to deal with, I will not use them again.
