The 20th June, i have ordered 2 tickets for the Euro (Switzerland-Poland) in Saint-Etienne (25th June, at 3 pm). The 21th, CheckFootballTickets has asked me my adress in Saint-Etienne. I have reserved a room with AirBnB and sent this adress the 22th to CheckFootballTickets. The 23th, CheckFoootballTickets has sent to me this message: "We will send you the collection point information tomorrow. Our Representative is arranging a pick up point for you to collect your tickets on the day of the game near the stadium". No information. The 24th before midnight, i have asked CheckFootballTickets to send me this urgent information. No answer. The 25th June, the day of the match, i have sent another urgent request. So we drive to Saint-Etienne without have any specific information. During the journey, we have called CheckFootballTickets in Barcelone to have information. We received the number to call the representative named Joe. After several calls, we joined the representative. He says that he will phone again. At the end, he says to go to the station in Saint-Etienne. We were at that moment by our Arbnb host. Fortunately, this man drive us to the station. The quarter was closed for security reason. Few minutes before 1 pm, we meet the reprensentative. He give us 2 tickets almost without a word. We have understood that he was under stress. He have to distribute many other tickets... Finally we drive with our host until the stadion. What a relief! Without our helpful host we would not arrive in time to take place. Coronation of this poor service: the places we had were not the places we have ordered. They were the most misplaced... Thank you CheckFootballTickets..

Absolute no go area. Ordered Arsenal FA Cup Tickets. Got a call to say that we would have the 4 tickets. As Arsenal fans and son's 18 th birthday it was a wonderful call. Paid the ridiculous amount of money.The tickets had not arrived by the Thursday and following some stressful phone calls I was assured we would get the tickets which eventually arrived by Royal Mail at 3 pm on the Friday, the afternoon before the match. My husband was out on business meeting so We opened the envelope in the morning and saw 4 tickets and set off on route. When we arrived we looked at the numbers if the tickets and went to the entrance then realised that they were Hull tickets ( minute writing bottom left corner) but only after we were denied access and had the tickets confiscated under the terms and conditions. The FA wrote us a letter to send to the ticket company. They said that they had had to do it several times that day. We wrote to them with a copy of the letter from the FA. Oh surprise surprise. NO REPLY. THEY HAVE LOTS OF OUR MONEY AND THEY DID NOT SELL US WHAT THEY PROMISED. Do not touch them. Legal advice currently being sought!

We only sold General Category for this game without any promise to any team fans side.
We done investigation about your tickets and they bought by one of our suppliers direct from the Hull City Club so they was legal to use also many other clients that receive the same zone tickets never have any problem to go inside the game and we received many great response from them.
