CA allows a max of $255 amount to loan, I got it fast and easy. And only a $45 fee, less than the overdraft fee at my bank! No sending documents or any hassle. 24 hours later had the funds needed to get out of a jam, as I was sick for a couple of weeks. The company I work for only gives a max of 24 hour sick pay! Thank you Check Into Cash, I could not have done it without you. I will come to you again when in need of help.
Check into cash is a total joke! My husband and I went to one of the locations the other day and the lady checked over all of our paperwork when we first went in to make sure we had all the required proper paperwork to apply for a payday loan, we completed the application and returned it to her and while we were patiently waiting for her to get all of our info put into the computer all we kept hearing from her is "I'm sorry it's taking so long, we have a new system that I'm not used to yet" finally she got right there at the end & said oh you don't have all of the required paperwork for me to complete the process, I'll also be needing copies of your tax returns from the last 2 yrs! She completely wasted over 2 hours of our time just to end up giving us the run around! By that time we were mad and irritated and just told her to forget about it we're leaving! If I could give it a ZERO rating I would!
Applied for a $200 payday loan that would be deducted out of my checking account the next pay period. Received notification that I was approved along with an email from Credit Karma stating someone new checked my credit. Called Check into Cash and the representative stated when it is a new application, you receive a hard hit. I was LIVID! I did not read this in their fine print nor could the representative tell me where it was listed. This is not worth the headache or the points that were knocked off my credit. I cancelled the paperwork and you should to if you have applied. Better yet, DON'T APPLY AT ALL! Just tough it out!
San Dimas, Ca... Terrible Customer Service! If anyone needs a advance Go to Money Tree! They have no issues about extending your Loan to a later date! This Check into cash is my last advance Ever Here!
Would not cash a check for me because my ID had Debby and the check issued had Debbie. What is the difference, really! Now had I gone in with a business suit, dressed up instead of looking like I was about to run errands and do chores, you think the outcome would have been different? FYI, you check name and ID must match, even if the name is the same and spelled slightly different. Of course, Debbie and is completely different from Debby.
Ignorant! I will never go back...
Beware of check into cash title loans. They don't tell you up front that the full amount borrowed is due on the payment date. Their title loans include a $50 loan origination fee and a $20 documentation fee. At the payment date, if not paid in full, they write another loan and charge you another $50 origination fee and $20 documentation fee. The title loan is not a loan paid back by monthly payments. The interest rate may be low, but the $70 in fees is not.
I went to the store on 8th street on Colorado springs Colorado to refill a prepaid visa card. Which I've done at that stupor before. They made every excuse not to do it because it would take a bit of time. First they straight up told me they don't do that there. When I told the guy I've been helped there before, the excuse came flying. Never will I return. Hour people that don't take group smoke breaks in front of the store. All of the employees were outside when I showed up. Horrible service
Well, after you you pass the thumbprint id and retinal scanner, theres a top secret background code clearance check. Next, you urinate in a cup, and have to pass a short quiz about russian ballet. If you complete the gauntlet and defeat the sorcrer you can obtain the magic sword. Unfortunately they still wont take your gift cards. Even if you have the giftcard they say they take, the system will go down magically! Good thing you have the magic sword. But to get the system back up you have to have the diamond magic sword! Unfortunately that managers off today. Yeah no matter what you do, they wont pay you for your giftcards.
I sent them 4 money orders for 400 each and somehow they lost my money. How the $#*! do you lose 1600 dollars. I literally just got off of the the phone cursing them out.
I HAD GOTTEN A LOAN OF COURSE. THEY APPROVED ME BUT WAY BEFORE MY PAYMENT WAS EVEN DUE. I GOT TONS OF PHONE CALLS, TEXT MESSAGE AND EMAILS ABOUT! I HATE BEING HARASSED. I WAS GOING TO HAVE THE MONEY BUT GEEZ IT WAS ANNOYING! NEVER WILL I EVER GET A LOAN FROM THEM AGAIN.
If you enjoy being harassed prior to your payment date do go to Check into Cash! No matter your payment due date & history of timely payments they will not only telephone you to remind you but PRESS you as to what time of day you will be in to make it as if they are making special arrangements to be open beyond their posted hours (which do not always reflect their door being locked & and a "Will be back sign") They are relentless regarding these unnecessary & unwarranted calls & if you have answering machine as I do that blares if I don't reach it in time & blasts their reminders & demands of "what time will you be here!" to any and everyone in a hundred foot radius...& watch who draws up the agreement as new people are shaking in their boots & often screw up amounts & appropriate interest. Borrowing this kind of $$$ is a sad experience as it is but does not have to be a demeaning one in addition, & expect the same lack of discretion & privacy as well as respect for the customers in their offices... for a good dose of humiliation to go with the cash you must need desperately to go there Check into Cash for a fulfilling experience!
I can't give check into cash any stars. Husband got harassing phone calls the day the payment was due. They wrote in his file that he would not answer his phone when they called. The problem is they would call while he was at work. The company that my husband works for does not allow cellphone in the plant if caught with a cellphone your fired on the spot, its in the contract that you sign to work for the company. The guy that did the application for the loan put down the date that direct deposit comes in not the date that paper checks are given out. My husbands direct deposit didn't start until today. Because my husband didn't answer the phone call from check into cash they deposited the check at 2 pm. My husband always let them know that he would be in around 5 pm to come in to make payments. Today husband goes in to make the payment and was told that because of not having his phone on and his payments where always late they took the check and deposited it and that my husband was under review and it would be August 23,2015 before we would know if there was going to be any more charges. Remember my husband was getting a paper check the following Mondays not on the Thursdays the date on the check stub. Because the guy put down the date of the direct deposit which is on Thursdays not Mondays. Thats why the payments where always late. He would not change it no matter what we or anyone that worked for the same company my husband workes for told him. If you can help it DO NOT GO TO CHECK INTO CASH. They will stab you in the back.
I have a BAD REPORT about CHECK INTO CASH.COM... I received a letter, recently, stating the CHANGES in their Account Terms... BUT I DON'T AND HAVE NEVER had an account with them! But yet they had my name & mailing address correct in the letter. SO, i suspected someone else may have opened an account with them, using my name, SO I CALLED THEM TO INQUIRE about my "ACCOUNT"... And i was told that the ONLY way for them to look up my "ACCOUNT" was by my providing my FULL social security number! I told them i would be reporting them; as it appears to be a SCAM to me, for them to send these BOGUS letters out to people, just to obtain FULL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS from people... Most companies I have delt with in the past, are able to look up your ACCOUNT by either an ACCOUNT NUMBER, YOUR NAME, YOUR ADDRESS OR EVEN THE LAST 4 OF YOUR SOCIAL... And i think IT SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW FOR COMPANIES TO ASK FOR YOUR FULL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER
I borrowed $125.00 from check into cash from a London Ky store, remind you I have never borrowed money from them before, when I walked the lady acted like it was her money I was borrowing and really rude, I got my money and paid it the every next week and borrowed it again... My payment was due today... I was going to go pay it until I was informed that the lady had gave every bit right down to my phone number, the place I worked, my address and the day my payment was due to another customer... So needless to say my payment didn't get paid and I will be talking to a lawyer first thing Monday morning... If I'm thinking right isn't she braking the Privacy Act I signed when I got the loan... She goes on to tell this man that she was going to call me from her cell phone and give me a piece of her mind because I had not come into pay my loan yet... I have done called the main headquarters on her and I hope how soon she looses her job, she even told this man that she wasn't allowed to be giving him this information that she would loose her job and she's couldn't afford to loose her job because she has kids. News flash Mrs. Ashley should've thought about that before you give my information to someone I know... Maybe next time you will think before you give out others personal information...
They were bought out by a new company and increased fees, won't refinance and customer service was very rude.

The very kind and patient lady's saved the day was very nice and felt like family very nice love this place heros of the day.
I went to Check Into Cash to cash a money order that was made out to me. The signs posted on the wall said their fee would be 5% for a cashier's check and was the maximum fee allowed for all other type of checks cashed. After I cashed the money order, the manager, Nikki Barnes, took out 8% instead of 5% and handed me the difference.
I told her this was too much as the sign said 5% was the amount for cashier's checks and was the most for any type of checks cashed. She came over and looked at the sign and said it does not say specifically money orders so they can charge whatever they want to.
I told her this was a bait-and-switch and wanted my money order back and I would give her back the money. She refused to do this. I told her I was going to complain to the corporate office.
As I was leaving and walked outside, another employee came out the door and said they forgot to have me sign the back of the money order and asked me to do this. I refused as they had just ripped me off. Nikki came out and asked me to come back inside. I walked back in and she told me I had to sign the money order. Again I refused.
Nikki Barnes called her manager at Check Into Cash and her manager told her to give me my money order back if I would return the money she had just shorted me. I did this and walked out with my money order. Nikki just reversed the transaction after telling me she could not do this.
I took the money order to Wells Fargo and they cashed it for free with no hassle. I would advise everyone against cashing your checks at Check Into Cash as I am sure they are breaking the law by posting one fee and then charging a higher fee. They are violating the federal law of the Deceptive Trade Practice Act. A rip-off operation for sure!
Kerri today at your Waterloo, Iowa University Avenue location gave me supreme customer service. I will return. Thank you

1721 S 20th Street, Suite 107 Ozark, MO 65721 don't go to this one ' store'' its not cool'.
This place has the rudest people I have ever encountered. The store we went to is in Greeneville, TN I wouldn't even give it a 1-star rating. They deserve a negative zero. I called these people 2 days earlier to see if my daughter could cash her tax return check and I told them the amount of her check. I was told to come in that Monday morning the check shouldn't even be a problem to cash. I even told them her age and that she will be 18 in a few days. Once again I was told it was no problem as long as she had a valid ID. So, we show up Monday morning and we were told to come back an hour later. So, we come back an hour later and was greeted by the same clerk that saw us an hour earlier with, "Oh, gawd!" Then this snarky moron calls someone who tells her to go ahead and cash the check it is no problem. Then some hateful woman comes out from a back door. Clerks are fussing over the amount of the check and that my daughter is young. 18 in a few days. What the hell does that matter? My daughter busts her $#*! off and works an honest job and not working for merchants of scam! They declined her check AFTER finding out it was a legit check! The amount of money that would have been taken out of her check was BS and on top of that an extra 5%. What a ripoff! Thank you, Cash Into Check for treating my daughter like a thief. When in fact, it's your company and your nasty clerks. I took my daughter to a bank and had her open an account where she was treated like a productive member of society and treated with respect and not only that they didn't steal from her in surcharges and made up fees! They gave her $150 extra for opening an account!
