This is the second device i have tried to get an order. It hasn't been the easiest one.
I finally placed an order, and received a notification a week ago that it was coming and to wait 24 hours before replying to the email. Well, I've tried two times to inform this business I still have not received it. I can't give a review of my order, but I'll be surprised at this point if anything will make me happy. I will not order again from here, and i will give them until Monday and will be canceling my order.

I ordered a dress & received it...very cheap quality fabric. I immediately told them I wanted to send it back. Now they keep haggling. Would I take $10 off and keep it, would I take half the money back, etc.
This company is a JOKE! If they don't pay, I've lost $50+. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

This is my first time buying on line except for Amazon. Hoping for a good result. Great so far. Just received my dresses and I am thrilled. They look exactly like the pictures and are cut generously. The colours are lovely.

Ordered 2 dresses. Paid nearly $30 for expedited shipping to arrive in time for a special event. Never received ANY confirmation of shipping or expected delivery Never received merchandise nor ANY communication about my order & the special event has passed. I'm requesting a $93 credit to my credit card. I don't need or want this merchandise.

I was looking for a dress for a special occasion. Social feed sent lots of suggestions. I did my homework and looked up reviews. Cherie Day looked like a reputable company and was reportedly an American company. Wrong. Comes from China. And guess what, after placing a nice big order, the dress that originally led me to them is now out of stock. What a shock. Bait and switch.

Ordered a dress at price of $49. It arrived, poor dime store quality. Doesn't fit. Wrote to them asking for full refund and for instructions on how to return the dress. They offered me $12 and keep the dress. Or a $39 gift card but to their store! Then they offered me $20. Then $23! They play games and I know I will never get my full refund. Scam company.

My dress was too big and you can only communicate through emails. I paid $37.68 for my dress. I wanted to return and receive credit on my credit card. 1st email from CherieDay - wanted to refund $10 to my CC and offer me a $38 gift card and keep the item. I refused. 2nd email - they would issue $23. Refund to my CC in 5-15 business days and I could keep the item. It's been 15 business days and no credit refund. Return policy: We currently are unable to offer free returns service, so the return shipping must be made at your own cost.
Remember to give us a tracking number within 7 days after you receive the return address we provided. Otherwise, we are afraid that we will not accept returns and no refunds.
3. We are happy to refund the price of the item/s you returned (not including the original shipping fee as we had shipped it) after receiving the parcel and checking.
So, to ensure a successful return, please return via a standard shipping service that provides tracking number/ service. I decided returning the item and with me having pay for the return and the hassle of the return was to just take the $23. Don't buy from this company. Very poor quality and too much time to spend on a $38 dress that wasn't worth $5.00.

Sent 4 emails to customer support regarding that I never received my order. No return e-mail response. No phone number available. Tracking number was deleted by you and could not traced. You billed my account regardless. No longer able to sign into my account. Do not shop on this site.
