I had to file a fraud claim with my Visa card in order to get my money back. I will be filing a report with reportfraud.ftc.gov. This is a fly by night, scammer company that just packed up and left their location at 630 New County Rd, Suite 3, Secaucus NJ *******. Cherieday gave me this address on a Friday for my return and by Monday when my package arrived they had packed up and left according to the FedEx representative that called me. FedEx told me they have 100s of boxes of items that are now undeliverable. Everyone has to pay to have their boxes shipped back or you have the choice to have FedEx discard them. I think FedEx also said they gave me a bogus phone number. So, buyer beware! You won't be able to mail back items and get a refund. I was not even able to get a refund for the out of stock items they did not mail to me.

Denim dress was not denim. Second dress very cheap looking. Size runs small. Can't get my money back. Spent $75 and after several emails they are supposed to refund to me $41 and keep dresses I can't wear. It has been weeks and I don't think I am even going to see the $41.

Don't waste your money. I received a top that was torn along one side and the quality in general was awful.
Item did not look at all like what was shown. I wouldn't suggest that anybody buy from cheriday!

Tight in bust and I'm not busty! I live in Texas and thought it was cotton. Polyester doesn't work in hot humid climates!

I bought a dress and it looked nothing in person like it did on the ad. The material was cheap and the colors were not the same. The company offered me an $11 refund for a $49 dress! This company will be out of business soon!

The dress I bought was poorly designed and did not fit. When I tried to return it, instead of getting return instructions, I got a slew of messages suggesting ways NOT to return it. I felt they were just trying to wear me down. The return policies are abysmal and unlike any I have encountered in buying from companies on the internet. It has been a dreadful experience.

Only one picture of dress. But 2 weeks after ordering no dress. Tracking number doesn't work. Contacted them twice says be patient

NEVER use this company. This company is a scam. After charging my credit card they informed me, only because I asked about the status of my order, that the item is not available, no longer in stock and won't be replaced. Yet, you still have it for sale on your site.

Same dress shown throughout shopping pages, with a max of only two color/print options per page. So I needed to peruse entire store to find color/print option I wanted. PayPal listed as a purchase option on site page, but not available when I checked out. Item now out of stock, yet shown continually in my feed on Facebook as available. This is exactly why I don't trust businesses unknown to me and would rather purchase through Amazaon.
