Chestnut Five

Ordered my items over 4 months ago still have not received anything. They have sent me 2 different confirmation emails and 2 different tracking numbers which go nowhere... Will not answer emails and will not refund money

I ordered 3 bra's. They completed the order sent me a tracking number that have record with. So basically I'm tracking nothing. Can't reach support on website no phone to call.

I place an order with chestnutfive on April 11th. Today is May 16th. I used the tracking number they provided and as of May 5th it is not been received by USPS. It says it is in transit with a foreign company. I am working on reversing credit card charges after getting Robo responses via email from this company.

I ordered 2 packages of 3 different colored bra's in January and still have not got them. Clarissa T. Never got back to me, very disgusted with this company.

Stay away from this company. Ordered pants from them 2 months ago and still haven't gotten them in the mail and they won't reply to any of my emails.

My review on Chestnut Five is to Never and I mean Never order from this company! I made an order in March 2020 and it is now July and I still don't have my order, even after many attempts to contact them I got nothing but a run around! So safe yourself some grief and bypass this company!

Never recieved the product. I orderd jeans in may and were now in July, am still waiting. Should have read the reviews before purchase

Do not buy from this company, very poor quality at a premium price. Won't refund my purchase, they don't even reply to emails.

I have been waiting for my items for 6 weeks.
I have sent numerous emails and had a response from Rozelle P who said they couldn't even find the order.
I show proof that the item has allegedly been shipped and also proof of transaction.
DO NOT USE THIS SHONKY COMPANY
