Don't buy any of their products! My straightener exploded while using it and will never buy another chi product again! Terrible quality and poor customer service
I very much like the chi hair product i must say the conditioners and flat iron balms work great for curly or frizzy hair
I've used the CHI silk infusion in the past as a heat protector and it made my hair smooth after straightening it!
Their hairspray has very good hold and you don't need too much of it. I do feel my hair gets a but of a hard feel from the spray, but that can be helped by a quick comb (which does mean the hold is a bit less, but I prefer the natural look).
I love chi for one reason. It makes my hair increasing smooth. Ise use other brands like kenra and nexxus but chi is honestly the b***ch that never falls flat lol
