The sweater is not what was described in the picture and is not free flowing as advertised. The neck does not fall off shoulder it is more a fitted v neck style. The sweater is overly thick and bulky. I would not purchase this if given the opportunity again! Plus it took like over 3 weeks to come — a waited disappointment!

Item was ordered and not delivered, when contacted chic me tried to blame me, said check with neighbour, then provided a tracking number, when checked it had been returned to sender, I asked for a refund for the whole amount and they refused, wouldn't refund postage and another amount, would only refund for item bought, in the end I agreed to delivery because I was out of options, will never use again

Ordered three dresses too small and too big tried to return and it was a horrible experience. Impossible to get your money back. Will never ever shop with ChicMe again.
Absolutely terrible experience. All they wanted to do is continue to try to get me to keep the items that were not suitable.
Recommended to me, but I definitely would never recommend ChicMe to anybody.

I haven't ordered from chicken for a while. I moved to Gennessee. I noticed that I needed to change my address. I changed it in the order form twice before it took. I checked again to make sure in my order review. It went to the old address. I contacted Customer Servoce and they said,Sorry, you asked us to send it to the old address. No help, no offer of assistance, I emailed back hoping for a better outcome. Same email. Basically, sorry about your luck." No help no assistance. So I'm out the merchandise. I won't order from you again.
I did in my review. Nothing. Even sarcastic and no offer to work with me or try to help. A who cares or sorry about your luck attitude. Sounded like it was written by a sarcastic teenager.
I like their clothes. But not anymore. You have no support whatsoever.

Outfit was apserluty beautiful just as you see it on the site perfect fit and the service was great. Had a little problem with delivery but that was my owne mistake and the customer service team felt with it straight away and sorted it for me straight away
