It's not very often that I purchase anything from Chin me but each time that I have it has been uncomplicated /easy to order which comes with the bonus of not having to wait weeks for delivery. The product I bought fitted very well as I never thought about buying a jumpsuit (l don't normally wear any trousers) but thought I would take a leap and ordered one and was surprised how well it fitted/looked on me. Will be ordering another one.

I was a little apprehensive buying clothes online. When you are not sure of quality, sizing and honestly fearing that I may not even get my order. I was really happy to receive my order within a few weeks. I was pleasantly surprised that each item was a good quality, (mostly) looked like their picture and the best part, they all fit.
I emailed to see how to leave a review and I received a response.
Some of your clothes are more unique looking. I don't want to wear the same thing everyone else is, only in a different colour.
These shoes are cute and very lightweight, so they seem like they'll be really comfy. I think they run slightly small, though. I typically wear size 8 and my heel was slightly over the end of the shoe. So my teenage daughter gladly took the shoes (she typically wears size 7.5) and I ordered myself another pair in size 8.5. Fingers crossed that this pair fits well since this seems like a great summer shoe! Oh, and I ordered another pair of summer shoes for my daughter and two more pairs for me. :)
Girl has not tried on the clothing yet, but delivery took way too long (over a month) to receive. Advertised with shipping and receiving in much shorter times than actual. Had trip planned for last week that she was going to wear these specific outfits but could not due to shipping taking longer than advertised or expected. The quality if okay for a coverup, it is extremely long and hangs off the shoulders more than expected. I had no hassle receiving my package and it was delivered on time. The color was not as vibrant as the picture depicted it to be. I'm glad I paid the discounted prices as the full price was too expensive for the level of quality. Overall I would purchase from chic me again. I'm very satisfied with the process.
I am a frequent shopper on ChicMe and love their products. If ever there is a problem with an order they will notify you that the order will be delayed or is no longer in stock and provide options for a discount on another item or refund towards a future order. I have only had one bad shipping experience where it took much longer than expected. But overall I have had a positive experience and the quality of the clothing is worth the price paid.
The picture was nicer than any other sites I frequent. Normally the quality matches, but this time not so much. Overall its okay for a cover up at the pool.
Ordered a pair of shoes which were absolutely terrible quality and missing shoelaces cracks on side of the sole as well as the bottom looked super cheap. Nothing like the pictures so I emailed customer service and all they could offer was a 5$ coupon expiring in a week that is absolutely laughable! I will never order from the site again. Total scam!
I wish it could get zero stars absolutely horrible customer service instead of apologizing for the quality of shoe and no shoe laces and offering a refund or exchange. All they could do was give me a five dollar coupon which expired in a week for a future purchase definitely never buying from this website ever again you can keep the five dollars I will throw the shoes away.

I placed two orders. All the clothes were too big so I asked to get an exchange for a smaller size. I was denied. Not realizing i missed the return request time by 4 days. They were unwilling to make a one time exception to keep a customer. The second order I made the deadline but they refused to make an exchange or a refund instead they offered me a 10% refund and I could keep the items. This is unacceptable! Now I'm stuck with $150 worth of clothes that I cannot wear. Don't order from them.

I like the clothes and the quality is ok however delivery time is long and the sizing is a stab in the dark. The worst part for me is trying to send my returns. I have asked for a return address to confirm I am sending to the correct place and have heard not know g. Returns need to be made more obvious. Unfortunately at this rate I don't think I'll be ordering again which is a shame. This is difficult!
I am still waiting to hear back regarding a return I am trying to make. If anyone receives this please email me for the return address as soon as possible.

I will never purchase from this company again. Clothing is VERY cheaply made and ill fitting. Even a small is huge. Returns are virtually impossible due to shipping costs. I received a 10% refund on one item, but they don't want their product back. That lets me know that they acknowledge their clothing is crap.
If I want to return, I have to pay more than what I actually paid for the item. No thank you. It’s going in the garbage. It’s not even worth giving to a second hand shop.
Thought I’d try something new. I’ll stick with what I know now.
The models wore them well, but now I know those shown in the photos are not what is actually shipped out.

We're do I start!?!? The parcel was apparently delivered at first 06:17am then secondly at 22:10. I never received the parcel the courier accepted responsibility for it saying they left it insecurely. Yet Chic me are adamant it's been delivered and offered me a £10 voucher as compensation when the order value was £38! Terrible customer service please don't use this company they will take your money and leave you out of pocket

Glad I didn't listen to all the bad reviews. Wanted this dress for my graduation and it arrived about 2 weeks of ordering. It was a little see through but that's most material these days. The fit and the look was perfect. Exactly how pictured on the model.
Saw the dress and fell in love instantly. Searched other sites but no one else had this dress.

Ordered a coat/jacket after seeing it on Facebook, when it arrived it is different to images advertised, coat very much sorter on me than the model and I'm average size in height so model must be very petite. The other issue is the hood does not stay up on its own, could do with tiers or a fastening to keep up and secure. Other than that I guess you get what you pay for.

I love what I saw and it is different I like different.
Some of these items are already damaged before opening the package, or are so thin and cheap they tear when you put them on. THey are not always what they advertise. In this last shipment I was missing 2 items. Shipping takes a little too long, but it's a gamble and you'll lose some money

Ordered several items costing me over £100 back in early March and although I have a good response from my questions chasing my order it's still not here nearly 6 weeks later. I ordered the items for a holiday in May thinking I had plenty of time but we are getting closer and still no goods. Have given me a refund on two items now not available, I guess as it's been so long waiting for them and now want to offer me a discount on my next order, Haven't had this one yet! So that definitely won't be happening.

Overall, it was pleasant dealing with ChicMe.The purchases were good quality, the website is very easy to navigate. I was notified when the package was shipped. It did take a pretty long time to arrive

Sure, the styles look cute but watch out for sizing and quality. It depends on how well their return policy is. I ordered like 5 things and two of them were solid keepers and cute. This is my first time ordering, if they don't have a good policy, with those kinds of odds i won't be ordering Again. If they do, I'll just take my chances and continue to order with them.
