I had to chase my order, to be told there was a delay with my delivery,,, when I placed the order it stated 7-10 days. My order took over 3 weeks to arrive. No compensation for the delay which I'd bought for a gift, hence too late!

This particular shirt runs small. I typically wear a medium, but because I was purchasing it online I ordered size up to large and it is too small. The return policy is ridiculous so I would not buy or purchase anything from this company again

Tried to return my items from the day I received them & have been getting put off by been asked to keep items for 10% off which have no use for so why would I want to keep items which are no good to me

I have checked two dresses of different sizes. In the end I did not like the design of the dress and when I wanted to return it, I had to speak to 4 different people via chat. There was no full refund of the value of the two products, otherwise I had to accept only 10%. Terrible service

Terrible. Answer every 24 hours I had to be behind the advisors all the time to get answers

If the clothes is not fit me, I'm very dissatisfied with the handcraft material, all the product, it should not take me a week to get to what I am asking for. A full refund and a return was needed, and was never accomplished due to your poor customer service. Offering and give me a partial refund it's not Acceptable. I will never be buying from you guys again and I will spread the word about this very unpleasant experience.

I have been receiving a mass of emails since placing my order. I have unsubscribed countless times as well as contacted the non existent customer service with no resolution at all. I would have never ordered from this company if i knew this was the service i would receive. I had to file a report to attempt to get the emails to stop, yet here i am receiving a survey.

No one got back to me regarding my contact attempts.

Got to admit I was a little miffed when my packaged don't show up in time for my trip… but I got over it when the dress arrived! Fit perfectly! Very happy with the quality as well feel of the material

Tried returning the dress and was given options of less than $10 dollars off another item NO RETURN allowed. I will NEVER spend another dime with CHICME ever again. Enjoy the $45 because it will be the last you get from ME.

I have ordered several items from Chic Me and never returned any. Reviews r really helpful and sizing is spot on. Luv the current fashions and the sales.

I absolutely love the dress I ordered! It came in a reasonable timeframe and the quality was amazing. I wore it to my sons, rehearsal dinner and got so many compliments!

When I opened my package I saw that they are all too small for me to fit I didn't get tot try anything on and am not able to make a return or exchange for the clothing.

I was told I would receive an email and I have not

Shipping was as indicated and description was fairly accurate. It was a graphic print on polyester and would to have liked to have seen that detail in the description as well as fabric weight/ thin.

The delivery was extremely slow. I ended up having to contact customer service and inquire about my order. They stated there was a delay and one of the items I ordered wasn't available and that it would be sent out at a later time. The item descriptions were correct, the quality is decent but I'm not sure I will place another order due to the long wait for the package to arrive. Also the prices could be lower, I found they are a little pricey compared to other online retailers

They responded fairly quickly but said they would look into it and asked me to constant them again in a few days for an update.

Dress was lovely once it came but took 4 weeks and after 2 weeks I had to chase up where my order was and was told out of stock and had to wait to restock took 4 weeks in totally apart from awful customer service dress is great

Bad after over 2 weeks heard nothing about my order when I emailed was told out of stock and didn’t no would be back in could have refund but was so unhappy no one had let me no this how can you take a order knowing product out of stock

It was easy but not happy with return system as I was going to return the item instead they had given me 3 options I. Took the third one now that I know you don't accept returns I will not be using your site again

First time user on this website, was pleasantly surprised to receive package in a timely fashion and I love the purchased items.

Shipping was slow but not bad. The color of the product was not as described or pictured it was not pink but rather flesh colored so looks bad when I wear it

All good …. Took along time to come but kindly the communication with chic me was fantastic …… one item was abit big but they refunded some of price so I could get it mended …. I've ordered again so have no problems good quality clothes and the chic me staff are fantastic great customer service

The dress came just as pictured and is beautiful. I love it. I got an XL I'm usually a 12 US and it fit perfectly. The material is nice and don't feel cheap. Not thin or see-through. I can't wait to wear it on my Vacay.

Top is cute and fits perfectly, the bra part is huge and not snug. Not sure why the inner part seems to be 2 sizes bigger that the actual top. I bought both green and black, both fit the same.

I wanted to return an item and all you wanted to do was knock discount off rather than be sending it back. The dress is no good for me and I won't be using this website again

After one wash on cold settings, my ribbed tank tops are already pilling and unraveling around the collar and sleeves.
