Choies sent me the incorrect dress and now wants to charge me $20 to return it. Then I will get a $10 credit.
The dress was $35.
So a $35 charge + $20 shipping return then I get a $10 credit, for their mistake! Crooks! It's disgusting

There always surprises me positively. The clothes are very good quality. Service always help me and advise. All explained and good. I get the freebies and the clothes are cheap. Everything is in order. I would recommend.

I bought a shirt that was many sizes too small. They told me to return the shirt to a sketchy address somewhere in China. Months later, I am still struggling to get my full refund back. I exchange daily emails with the customer service department, and in broken English they keep trying to scam me. I am determined to get my money back and they are slowly giving me credit 5 dollars at a time. Dont give up! Keep annoying them and they will give you the money you deserve. Better yet, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I imagine the positive reviews on this site are fabricated by the company, don't be fooled.

I ordered my dress on the 15/11/16 and was told 20 working days. I waited patiently. The dress never arrived. The tracking never worked. I kept getting told to wait patiently, would i mind waiting another 2 weeks. It is now the 16/1/17 and still no dress only to be told to wait patiently 8 weeks of waiting. I have on numerous occassions told this and my request for a refund was denied. I have only now been told i can have a refund but it will take 15 days for my money to arrive back into my account. I know i won't be seeing this money again.

Really fast shipping, clothes with an amazing quality, people always helping you with your questions (about size, material, shipping, payment - all you need), and they answer your email REALLY fast! And the best thing: the price! Where you can get clothes with fast shipping, amazing price and wonderful quality? Choies, of course.

I love this online store because has alot of products, from clothes to accessories and what i like the most is the fact that has beautiful shoes at very good prices! Also the quality of clothes is better than i expected! I totally recommend this store!

I did not purchase anything... i was reading reviews before making the decision... i see many people were scammed.!

All you have to do is contact your credit card company... and tell to them the situation. Tell them you want to do a CHARGE BACK... if you used paypal... contact them and... explain to them as well... and they will give to you your money back...

If enough people complain about these people... paypal hopefully will take the accion and shut their accounts down!... be blessed

I still havent received my package After 35 days. It isnt even in My country. They write the same false e-mails all the time " the package is in your country". I try to get a refound but they wont give me.

I have received a few orders and I was never disappointed. The quality of the produtcs for the affordable prices are great and for the sizes, we can find the measurements so we can't make a mistake! I will order again for sure.

I have really good experience with this shop, I recommend it, clothes with different style, everybody can find something for yourself, good quality, proffesional shop and shipping is OK, too. I love this shop!

I ordered several choies clothes on and I can only add that it is a wonderful site for quality and price. The clothes cost the right but the quality is wonderful. If I had much money I fionderei on the site and would purchase everything. They are madly in love with this site, as it is organized and the clothes that we offer.

I bought a dress from this site and it's fantastic! It arrives in only 20 working days! As I know the sizes are different from the europeans I just check the size guide and it is all right!
Luckely I haven't pay any taxes or duties.
The prices of the clothes are very low and I am ever satisfield when I bought from this site!

This site has everything you want. It's low priced, updates EVERYDAY and it has clothes from different styles which means you can always find something for YOU. The only negative is that it takes quite a long time for it to ship, but that's usually the case when you live in Sweden.

Ordered a bralette on the 20th November and its now the the 5th December, which is over two weeks ago I placed my order. Ive sent THREE emails and had not one reply from any of them! Absolutely ridiculous, terrible company and if my order does eventually turn up I will most definitely NOT be ordering from there again. Rude company, dont waste your money and time on it.

Very very bad services! They reply very lat and when they reply, they send you standard texts that mostly have nothing to do with your concerne! Have to send lot of emails and still not a serious reply! Paid 100$ for a dress that I have to send back! I was expecting a better service for this price!

Scammers who advertise products that uou purchase with hard earned money, only to send you completely different items and claim that is what was advertised even when you have proof. Firstly offer you a 30% refund and "keep the item" completely unwearable hideous piece of clothing, demand your money back and return the item. Which costs you HALF of what the item is worth. $100 coat, $50 return of the item. Do the math. They needed to see proof of the item I received to back up my story. They are genuine scammers, and their customer service is ridiculous. Stated that their policy wasn't to cover return costs. Does there policy state that they advertise what they don't sell? And then try and persuade you to keep an item you absolutely hate. They you an item that is somewhat similar. Brown coat/ brown lining = orange coat/ white lining. The worst online shopping experience ever. This site needs to be shut down! They've got twats running the show. Absolutely mind blown.

I've shopped at A LOT of online stores and none have come close to Choies in terms of good customer service, variety and quality of the clothing. I've already ordered around like 20 items from Choies and I've only had one problem with a shirt and it was my own fault for thinking that I could squeeze into an extra small haha.
I have never once lost a package and always end up receiving what I order from Choies with no problems. It is NOT A SCAM guaranteed. (You can check the photos below, they are all items I bought from Choies.)
In terms of selection they have PLENTY of high fashion clothing for great prices, and there will ALWAYS be something on sale. I love their shoes, accessories and clothes.
Obviously if you are not smart about shopping online then you can encounter problems, but if you check the sizing charts, read reviews before purchasing a specific product and make sure you like the design then I guarantee you will not be disappointed with Choies.

Obviously, all the positive 5 start reviews are fake. But people, believe the bad reviews! I ordered from Choies initially, about 6 months ago. I ordered two items and one item I received - three months later. Three. The second item i still haven't received. And was never refunded for my money. So I'm pretty sure they're a scam. Also the first item wasn't like the picture and was the cheapest thing I've ever seen. I paid $45 for it. I placed an order yesterday and immediately remembered my first experience with Choies and all the bad reviews (totally my fault) and sent an email canceling it. I received an email this morning saying it was shipped. I talked with someone over chat and they gave me the run around and didn't refund me or offer to do anything. They complained to me that it was midnight where they were and they were the only one in the office... very professional. Don't use Choies. DONT USE CHOIES. The 5 star reviews are fake. It's not worth it to use them.
