I ordered a dress here for my rehearsal dinner before my wedding. A week and a half goes by and I don't receive any information about it, though they definitely took money out of my account. I asked about when it would ship or when I would receive any information whatsoever. They told me the following Tuesday it would ship and I would receive confirmation. I never received that, so I asked for a refund. I was offered a $5 voucher. I declined, saying I just wanted a refund. They refused, and offered a $15 voucher. I declined, and they said that they emailed me. They didn't, but then they stopped communication with me. I will be going through the PayPal dispute process. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I foolsihly bought clothing online - it arrived without any information such as how to return it and was of such poor quality that naturally I did want to return it. They did not send me an email confirming my purchase and as it arrived a few weeks later I couldn't remember who I had bought it from as there was nothing in the package to reveal which company I'd used to purchase it. Finally trawelled through my history and found the website. Had to research the email address to request a refund and saw that there was a return form you had to complete which required an order number. I had not been given an order number having never recived any official correspondence by email or post. Sent the return form by email - no response. Chased it up and the email bounced back saying the address was not in use. Found alternative emails to use and same thing. Don't know what to do as can see they are registered in Hong Kong so not sure a complaint to consumer watchdog will do anything.

Placed simple order of one item. Two weeks later received wrong item in wrong size and wrong color. Nothing was corrext. Emailed to give eopportunity to fix and was told I could place another order for the corrext item and return wrong item and pay for my own shipping. They suggested I keep the incorrrect time and sell on my own as it would be easier for me. Avoid this site. Total scam.

I love this shop. Clothes are best quality and they're for everyone. You can find many solid, pretty clothes, jewellery, bags or shoes. I'm very satisfied.

This has been by far the worst online shopping experience ever. I ordered around 10 or 11 items from here and altogether i can wear 3 of them (only just) the sizing is terrible, the clothes smell of petrol, the clothes are in TERRIBLE condition AND they sent me the wrong dress... NEVER EVER BUY FROM HERE TRUST ME! I read these reviews after i bought my clothes and it was a huge mistake. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I PLACED AN ORDER BACK IN OCTOBER AND IT IS NOW THE END OF FEBRUARY AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ITEMS I EVEN PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM A NUMBER OF TIMES AND I HAVE YET TO SEE AN ITEM OR A REFUND ON MY MONEY. MY SISTER ALSO PLACED AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY AND HER CLOTHES WERE ALL DIFFERENT THAN THE ACTUAL PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE. I NEVER EVER WRITE REVIEWS I JUST WANT TO SAVE PEOPLE TIME, MONEY, AND 100 HEADACHES FROM DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Love how they're able to give me an awesome look for less $. The prices are pretty affordable and they're usually on trend with what's currently the "must have" items of the season.

Ordered a dress months ago it was only 35 bux said it shipped never came they have fake auto responses they never actually respond beyond the same two auto replies and you never get what u order or your money back website looks pretty official but again it's fake save your money and time ladies DONT ORDER they are a scam site

I placed an order with them, two weeks later it is still in PROCESSING STATUS. I contacted them on SEVERAL OCCASIONS and they STILL cannot tell me when it is going to be shipped. I ordered, what appeared to be, a navy blue off the shoulder chiffon dress. I got a blue sack that didn't fit, was not as it appeared and very poorly made.

I ordered 2 white playsuits and a "kimono" in suede. The "kimono" wasn't a kimono, but a scarf, it didn't have sleeves. The material was also the worst fake-suede you can imagine, it was PLASTIC. The playsuits were both completely see through and poor fitting. It didn't look at all like the pictures on the site. I also found out that Choies steals pictures from other companies, so they just make expensive fake clothing.
I contacted customer services. They didn't help at all, told lies and refunded me a little 9 dollars (I paid over 70 dollars for unwearable clothing?). They told me that they will refund more, but they never did and ignored my e-mails. They also lied that they refunded on my creditcard (impossible, since i payed with Paypal) and THEN they told me that they refunded on my Paypal, but they didn't.

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Choies is one of my favorite online shops. It always follows the newest fashion trends and have good quality clothes. I never had any problem with delivery and people there are very kind when talking to you. I definitely recommend this website!

I ordered a white Dress and a pair of sunglasses, and guess what? My order came to my local store THREE MONTHS After i had ordered it. I will never shop at This website ever again and i will not recommend it to any of my friends.

Completely unacceptable service:

1. Two months and a half of waiting for the products to finally arrive after I made the purchase.
2. Bad smell and awful quality-prize relation of the products once finally arrived.
3. They won't even answer my emails asking for how to make the return of the products as you need to write to them for instructions on where to send them.

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND 'CHOIES' TO MY WORST ENEMY!
