I odered from Choies thinking I would be receiving quality merchandise based on youtube reviews *sighs*. After doing further research I stumbled upon this website (Trust Pilot) and decided to cancel my order before it was sent out. I was told my money would be in my paypal account in 2 days, 7days later NOTHING! I spoke with Sam on live chat and was told my money will be back in my account "soon" huh? He also told me I should request my refund from paypal! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! CHOIES IS A SCAM!

I spent 70$ with them at the end of February and I still have not received any of the items but the money was taken out of my account. Please do not shop with them

This is the worse shopping experience I've had in my 10+ years shopping online. I bought a few items and they arrived a litle after 45 days. Yes 45 DAYS after numerous emails about this issue and no help, I got my items. I thought this was going to be the end this this super late shipment horror but it just got started. The items I received were so poorly made. The fabric can break in just one wash. The pictures shown is nothing like the atrial items. So a professed to once again try emailing. Nothing again, so then I went to Instagram and to my surprise they did answer. They asked for a picture of the items wich I immediately sent, it took them a week before responding back. So I decided to write them again on Instagram. Turns out they blocked me. I am still emailing and trying to get this problem solved so I would suggest all of you not to bother with this store. You're better of buying from eBay. Same cheap price and items but eBay in the middle would make things a lot more easier if things go wrong. Good luck!

Well, no problem for me, I choose always a size bigger to be sure, and everything is perfect.
The quality isn't that bad, I bought a waterfall trench which I just LOVE!

A bonus is definitely their free shipping WORLDWIDE, and they deliver a lot faster than most stores on the web and offcourse they have beautiful and original clothes with affordable prices. That's what makes CHOIES original and different from other fashion sites because all these values is today really hard to find in one place.

In their store, they are always keeping up to date with the latest trends and knows exactly what people want which is amazing. They almost have everything you can imagine and Choies is not just for women but they also have a mens section. YES men, you read it well in CHOIES you can find everything that comes to your mind because as I already said, this is not just another fashion site for girls.

Their site is very user friendly and everything is organised into categories, so you can tell the site is well maintained and there is nothing out of place.

Overall, I really like the website. It's well designed and easy to navigate, so I would definitely recommended Choies to anyone who is online shopping and looking for cheap prices and great quality items. And for the end I really hope that I will soon start cooperating with them.

Do not order from this company! They are a complete fraud. From the get go, they mixed up my tracking number with the wrong order. I never received the correct order hence I purchase the shipping insurance and stated it said delivered. Another customer service rep told me that the package was returned and they would resend it. The customer service then sent me an email and told me to ask the USPS if they had the package. The customer service reps could not give me a definite answer to where my order was. I asked for a refund or for them to resend my package since I had shipping insurance and the customer service said that the shipping insurance does not cover that. What does the shipping insurance cover for clothing then? I could not get an answer. The customer service stated "Hope you find your package", it's not my responsibility to find my package when I paid for shipping insurance. I am a paying customer and they should be doing the research. I am being told that since I paid for my merchandise, I will not be receiving my dress and they are keeping the funds. How fraud is that?! I had read previous reviews but never believed that it would happen to me. DONT NOT BECOME THE NEXT VICTIM!

I received order after only 15 days and I LOVE it!
Items are just like on the picture, size fits perfectly, I can wait to order something more!

Ordered a shirt and a bodysuit and they BOTH looked nothing like the picture will NEVER be buying from this cheap company! Believe the bad reviews on here! Save your time and MONEY.

Claim they refunded it but credit card says No. Plus out $20 shipping. They are in China so you have No recourse. Shop american!

There probably will never be enough words for how happy I am with the customer service and products of Choies. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful whenever there have been issues with an order and they certainly go out of their way to fix it. All of the products I have received in the past have been to the highest quality and I still have them after such a long time which really expressed the full extend to the quality of the make of their apparel. I'm extremely looking forward to receiving my next few pieces from their website as I really can't get enough of the abundance of amazing and really alternative articles of clothing and accessories they offer and I'm always completely blown away by their stock in all honesty. Not only do they stock for female fashion, but also unisex and males which is not always very common with online stores, which is a fact I'm extremely grateful for. Communicating with the company is always a complete and utter dream and, in all honesty, I spend time everyday checking out the new stock to add to my wishlist to purchase as soon as humanely possible. I have had no issues with the site at all and their shipping is relatively quick considering the distance some packages have to travel, and it's a relief that time can be altered by the various shipping options they have available. While the pricing for some pieces is quite questionable, it's understandable with most since there are a lot of things offered that are not found on other sites; I do really enjoy the products immensely regardless and the sizing for their clothing is quite accurate from my personal experience so I can't really complain!
