I was happy with the customer service, shipping was very fast and wrapped well. The only thing I would like to see different is, it did not say it was sold by 19inch pieces, I thought it was sold by the yard. Otherwise I was happy with the fabric.
Had to wait for order longer than expected, which was okay, due to the pandemic. I was disappointed in the quality of the broadcloth. It was polyester cotton, very thin as you can see through it. The color was good. Would not order fabric on line again
I love that I can message Christina and ask for her expert opinion when choosing fabric. It makes shopping at a distance stress free as she is always willing to help. Christina's personalized service makes the difference for online shopping. She still is able to treat customers with that small touch courtesy that we are all missing at this time. Highly recommend. The fabrics are beautiful!

I purchased denim knit fabric, to make a flamenco style skirt for my wife. It arrived promptly, neatly folded in a vacuum sealed package. The fabric is a lovely colour, quite accurate to the picture. Maybe a shade darker. Maybe. Very soft, with excellent drape. A pleasure to work with. Definitely will purchase from here again!

Impressed with how quickly my order was processed and the customer service. An item was unfortunately not available and they explained the options available to resolve this very well. Prices were very reasonable and fabrics were all high quality. I will definitely shop from them again.

Very quick receipt of my fabric, even emailed me re shipping as I had not checked off shipping but pick up. Due to my location she actually reached out to ensure I wanted it picked up or shipped. I live 6 hours away so very happy she did as I required it to be shipped. Fabric is a good quality and I will order again. Thank you

Much sought ofter fabric for my son's quilt found on your site! Fabric was delivered within three days of ordering. Extremely pleased with the quality.

There was a problem with my order and I emailed them on a Sunday (hoping to hear back the next day) and they got back to me right away. They went above an beyond to fix the mistake. Thank you for your wonderful fabric and for being prompt and reliable with your customer service (and fast shipping). I highly recommend Christina's Fabrics and will shop with them again.

You never know what the quality or service will be like when you order from someone new online. I was very much pleased with both. I made a mistake to pick up and was contacted by Christina to confirm order. She was kind to fix it for me and I received my order quickly. The quality of the fabric is excellent. I will order from her again. Bonus is she is in Canada.

The website was easy to navigate and buy from. There was a glitch (on my end) with a new postal code but that was handled so fast and efficiently and the fabric arrived quickly, compact and without a ton of extra packaging. I will order a lot more from here.

Because of Covid, I prefer to shop online. I have placed several orders with Christinas Fabrics. My orders comes within days of being ordered... AMAZING! Any communications regarding colours and fabric type are answered quickly. Would definately recommend this business.

I am from Nova Scotia. While searching for fabric stores in Canada, I came across Christina's Fabrics. What amused me is you are located somewhat up behind Oshawa, where I went to school at Kingsway College some 36 years ago for 2 years. The fabric arrived very quickly after a slight mixup about shipping as opposed to pickup. This was my mistake and Christine straightened the issue out for me. Very helpful and friendly. Lovely fabric!

A great experience. In the midst of the current pandemic I was frantic when I realized I didn't have all the fabric I needed to complete a baby quilt. I never thought I would find what I need and I was starting to panic. I was pleased with the selection and the ease of ordering and more importantly I am pleasantly surprised at how great the fabric feels. I will Definitely be placing another order soon

I am very pleased with the quality of the fabric I purchased. It was a better quality then I was expecting for the price. My order was filled very quickly and I received it 3 days after I put my order in. I was very surprised to receive that kind of service at this busy time of the year.

I am so impressed with the quality of the fabric I ordered, the speed of delivery and the personal note which was included with my order with one of the fabrics. Christina's Fabrics had attached a note to a washed swatch of the fabric to show me how nice it felt. I ordered online on Wednesday and it was delivered the following Monday. 18.00 a meter plus shipping! Ouch
I did not see the half a meter notice... I can buy my fabric at fabric land allot cheaper and no charge for delivery... who the heck uses a half a meter for anything... very disappointed
Hi Carol, sorry to hear you had such a negative experience, (In all fairness it is great quality fabric and is much cheaper than $18.00 meter, as you are well aware!), nonetheless I invite you to return the merchandise if you are not happy for a refund.
I want to thank Christina's fabric for their excellent service. Placed an order and there was not enough of one of the fabrics. I was contacted and suggestions were made. Order was filled and sent quickly! The packaging was great! I will definitely order from Christina's again.

I contacted Chritine for fabric info. I was very pleased with her reply speed and ways to make me find what I need and understand measures. I have knot received the fabric yet as I'm far and wen I do I should send a new review. Can't wait for fabric.

I have ordered from christinas fabrics a few time, always super helpful with questions, and respond quickly. If they don't have it they tell me where I can get it. Fabric is great quality, and turn around time has always been fast. It is my go to for fabric now.
