I was happy with the customer service, shipping was very fast and wrapped well. The only thing I would like to see different is, it did not say it was sold by 19inch pieces, I thought it was sold by the yard. Otherwise I was happy with the fabric.
Had to wait for order longer than expected, which was okay, due to the pandemic. I was disappointed in the quality of the broadcloth. It was polyester cotton, very thin as you can see through it. The color was good. Would not order fabric on line again

I am so very pleased with the ordering process, the quality of the fabric that I ordered and the timely nature of the shipping and delivery process itself. However, to be perfectly honest I would have much rather have been charged a eg: $5.00 fee for shipping and handling than to be expected to leave a percentage tip based on a service that I had yet to receive.
I have no idea how other customers feel about the whole "tipping" process, I can only give an opinion of my experience. Simply put, it's just food for thought and would not prevent me from ordering again in the future.

Regarding tip issue you are not expected to leave a tip, you can if you want, but you certainly do not have to. That is something that my website provider has added to the checkout. I will request that it be removed. Thank you for choosing to shop with us!
Nice selection of fabric and amazing service. I needed the fabric to complete an order. Had it in four days from ordering! Fair prices too.

Ordered for the first time from this company, was th only place on line that I could find the colour of fabric that I needed to recover sofa cushions. The price was awesome, the fabric arrived way ahead of scheduled delivery. The ONLY thing that I would like yo see somewhere on the site is that your order is shipped by Canada Post... We live in a small town and Canada Post is not delivered to the door, so we need to ensure that our Post Office Box is and can be noted in the delivery address... Our post office does get a tad upset when the street address only is the only address on packages received there...

We are sorry to hear that Canada Post experienced some diffiulty, but if you click on the shipping icon on the home page at the top it tells you that shipping is via Canada Post. We had a shipping address for you and a billing address so it was sent to the shipping address,, which did not have a PO Box. It's always hard to buy fabric online as you can't really feel what you are buying but as a first-time buyer of Christina's Fabrics, I was quite impressed with what I received. The jersey fabric I ordered was top-notch and so were the cottons. Very high-quality and reasonably priced to boot. The items were shipped out the next day, and well-packaged as well. Will definitely order again :)

Everytime I order, it's ready to be picked up within a couple days. Everything is so wonderfully packaged. So much care is shown in her cuts, folding and airtight packaging. Top quality fabrics as well! Truly a pleasure buying from Christina!

Beautiful, unique batik fabric, just what I was looking for to make bed accessories for my Caribbean-themed holiday apartment. Prompt, efficient online service, with the material delivered quickly and robustly packaged in heavy sealed plastic. I'm delighted in every way (other than I'd have liked more of the fabric than was available, it's so nice).

Recently ordered a few last minute pieces of material to make winter dog bandanas for a fund raiser. Order was filled quickly and when some material was short the company reached out to offer substitutions before shipping which saved a lot of time. Definitely will order again.

I purchased solid coloured flannel. The quality of the flannel is what I would rate as poor. It's stiff and rough to the touch and it's so thin that it's almost see threw. I am considering not even using it on my granddaughters quilts.
I did like Christina's Fabrics website and service. I was delighted on how quickly I received my order. I simply wish it was a better quality fabric!
Hi there, I am so sorry to hear about your disappointment. I know that you had purchased the snuggle flannel, which is soft to the touch, but a little thin, the burgundy NJ Flannel which was not as soft but a little thicker. It is important that our customers be happy with their purchases and if not then we will make it right. I wish you had sent me an email or called the store prior to this so that we could have discussed this first! I will be in contact to get this rectified. I am just as disappointed in reading your review as you were in your expectations of receiving your flannel.

Good morning Elsie I have sent you an email to try to rectify this.
Order was fine although one of my fabrics turned out to be a flannel and what store advertised as a medium print to me would be large. My issue is with how it was mailed out. I was ill at the time so couldn't make it to the post office and the item was to only be held 2 days before being returned. 2 days is not adequate time for todays world. Both of these issues have made it so I won't order again

Found some sweet fabric at this online store and ordered some Christmas fabric for a special order project. Unfortunately it didn't arrive in time due to error in addressing parcel.
I have since order more fabric and it arrived quickly.
I will continue to shop with Christina's Fabric.

Didn't know she was in Uxbridge until I placed the order. I immediately sent an email cancelling my order as there is no way I'm spending money on gas. I said I would pickup but didn't know where she wasn't far out of Toronto. She sent a message my parcel was ready for pickup and completely ignored my cancellation request. Now I'm out my money and didn't get any fabric.
Hi Janet, unfortunately, I never received your email. I had sent you an email but I got no response, perhaps you didn't get it either? I have no problem cancelling your order, but I was waiting for you to respond, which never happened. I actually have your order sitting on the counter I will most certainly cancel your order. You did choose pick up in store at checkout so we assumed you were picking up at the store. I think perhaps this was all a misunderstanding nothing deliberate on my part. I will definitely cancel your order.

Purchased premium Colorworks cotton, advertised as "soft as silk" not soft as advertised. I was excited to receive but was disappointed.
Delay in delivery but realize delivery was not under their control.

This is premium quality cotton and most people do know the Colorworks line by Northcott, especially the quilters. This is their Motto "COTTONS That Feel Like Silk". We did send your order expedited you paid flat rate shipping. Unfortunately, we have no control over Canada Post. Sending you a private message!
I cannot rate what I have not received yet. We have not been given an eta and we have not received our order. Somewhat unhappy at the moment
Hi Matthew, we have sent you a private email. Unfortunately, we have no control over the postal service. We did receive your order on Jan 3rd and we shipped it on January 5th. You were sent an email when it was shipped with the tracking code. After doing an investigation it appears that your package is supposed to arrive tomorrow by end of day. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
I purchased some fabric for my quilt backing which without physically seeing or touching turned out wonderful. The fabric that I ordered blends in so nicely with the quilt top. Looking forward to completing my project. The site is very user friendly and the prices are comparable to other sites. The fabric is exactly as described online. I will definitely be ordering from Christina's Fabrics again.

Regarding the issue with the half yard (we actually sell per half meter, which is 19.5") - every piece of fabric that is sold on a bolt states that it is priced per half meter!
