This company is a joke. I purchased a Rolex watch for $2100 on June 10th. The seller did not have it in stock yet chrono24 took my money and I have been begging them since then to issue me a full refund. It is now June 30th and they have begun to ignore my request and I have still not received any refund. Avoid this company at all costs! They must being going broke because they can't refund there buyers and are slow paying there sellers.

Purchased watch priced in € from European source. Chrono24 would only allow payment in $ since it was being shipped to me in the USA. Exchange rate was not good and there was no option to pay in €. There should be the option to at least pay in the currency of the listing.

The seller will then ship the package fully insured with signature required. Once the buyer receives the package, they have 7 days to report an issue. As long as no issues are reported, Chrono24 will automatically payout the seller after the 7 days (it typically takes a few business days for the bank to recognize the payout).
