Buy protection is non sense. I got frauded and accused of stealing links when I certainly did not. Mediation didn't do proper due diligence. Filing an investigation and will take them to court. This is just the beginning. Trust eBays authentication process. Not this third party insecure marketplace. I will make every attempt to spread my story to everyone in the tech community (my industry). Do not buy from them

Purchased a new Tudor Pelagos black dial, very happy. Was made aware of potential delays upfront because of CV19 situation which was fine. Watch arrived within the timescales mentioned, and I was given the option to receive the watch early before the papers/warranty card which I agreed too. Papers follow about a week later. Excellent, highly recommended!

I always use Chrono24 to compare and buy watches. This recent purchase eventually even got delivered in the worst of Covid-19 peak lockdown. Although very worried at first, the shipment finally made it and the communication with the seller was always easy. Will definitely keep using the app and hopefully the same seller again.
All and all buying a high end watch it's a big decision.
Once you find it you want to get the best price and make sure that in the same time is a genuine item and not a top notch knockoff...
With this platform and the process they have in place of giving piece of mind to buyer as well as seller in terms of the payment is amazing.
Still be smart. Do your own due diligence and ideally buy via a credit card... that way you get more protection... at least in UK as the credit card provider holds same responsibility as the seller, to make sure they fight your cause as they charge you money to make sure you get what you paid for! A genuine product!
