This was my first stint on Chrono 24 platform. My search experience was very pleasant. The description / details were very helpful. The site informed about its policies very clearly to end users. Amidst all the good experience I still have one beef with the transaction process. I don't understand why they charge sales tax to US consumers when the transaction happened overseas and the import was subjected to customs duty and import tax. Adding sales tax over that seems like double taxing the consumer.
Overall experience was good, some phases were a bit confusing but with a little patience all worked out.
Chrono24 is a great way to buy watches. Haven't bought from a private seller yet, but working with the ADs on the site was great.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience on Chrono 24 purchasing a new 2024 Rolex and circumventing the registration and waiting process with the authorized dealer. Make sure you read the reviews of the dealer and do your homework before making your purchase. If you are looking for a new unworn Rolex you may pay a premium based on the model but I would highly recommend this site if you don't want to wait a year or more for your watch with the authorized dealer. I will be purchasing my next Rolex on this site.
