I purchased the Omega Speedmaster 007 from the website. The watch was listed in the $300 - $400 range. After which, I was contacted via email by Chrono24 support and advised in full transparency that the watch grade I purchased (not as described on the website by the way) was a 7 and if I wanted the grade 12 as described on the website I would need to pay an additional $700 - $800. The process made me nervous and canceled the order before product shipping. Excellent communication - fully transparent - watch wasn't for me - and I thought maybe I misunderstood the website description. Chrono24 agreed to the cancellation and advised me to stand by for refund. That has been almost two months ago. Weekly emails have been sent to Chrono24 asking, respectfully requesting, demanding refund. Always prompt and always polite the response is apologies we are working on it. The company deserves 5 stars based on customer service, except I don't have a watch and they have nearly $400 of my money. On one hand to be so responsive and professional and on the other to seem so misleading and distrusting is gross, but honestly what did I expect dealing with knockoff watch manufacturing. If they were willing to steal the design of another company than why wouldn't they steal from me. I allowed myself to play the fool for a cheap trick - don't be me in this scenario!
