I can't spend my days in chat rooms because I'm a doctor. I accepted that I would lose the $40,000 I had invested in the membership, but every month I receive a call from Chronovalor asking me to reinvest.
After causing me to lose a significant amount of money, S I M O N C H *C O M assisted me in recovering it.
Money van be transferred from any bank to any account. But not when you deal with Chronovalor. They MUST access your screen for 'security reasons'...yeah right.
Were talking about a small sum of less than $1500,00 and they NEED Anydesk to Okay that transfer.
No way I'll give them access. The scammers think I'm stupid. Stupid enough to put money on that platform in the first place, but not stupid enoug to trust these pushy phone calls.
But I must say they are patient and keep the phone calls going.
Don't trust them...is all I can say and keep well clear of them.
You read an article on trading and the expectations of the YuanBitcoin and think. "Why not give it a go". Fill in a form to get you in contact with the broker. (Not knowing it's Chronovalor, at the time).
Soon you get a phonacall from a lovely lady; Anna, promising you all sort of things and pushing you to 'invest' more money. I already felt uneasy about it and although it sounded tempting I refused the deal. She keeps phoning for weeks but I stick to my guns.
Next another con-artist phones. No speaking my native language, because I may not have understood the English well enough to realise what a great offer it was and how good the opportunities are with Chronovalor. He tried twice and than; Nate comes online. Weeks on end he phones and mails, with offer upon offer. We even transfer some money to Kraken, just to show it works and to assure me I can withdraw funds if I want to.
Still I decline to put more money on the platfor.
In the end I initiatate a withdraw of about $900 to transfer my 'winnings' to Kraken.
And now things go quiet. Instead of two working days for the transfer after a few weeks I get a phonecall from a 'manager'(as he calls himselve) to see if all went okay. He assured me the transfer was approved, but 'something' did hold up the procedings, he would check and ring me back a fwe days later.
This still has to happen, two weeks later and a month after the money should hed been transferred it still has not arrived.
So yes DO 'invest' with this organisation IF you wan to be sure to LOSE it al.
I was scammed by this company a few weeks ago. After my agent (apparently) increased my profit to over $8000 she advised that she was leaving and that it would be best for me to withdraw my profit.
I was advised that I would need to pay a fee to withdraw my money which I would have to pay to them first which I did and then they advised that there was a 3rd party needed to be involved so that I could transfer my money to my bank account but first I would need to convert my money to Etherium. There was another fee involved for this to activate my 'coinbase' account of £2500, which I used a loan to pay as they said that unless I did that within in 72 hours I would loose all of my money.
I paid it in after converting it (with the help of my agent) and as it wasn't exactly 1 Etherium I was told that I needed to pay the exact amount (another £2500).
I had no money left at this point and they started to bully me into try to use my credit card and ask family members for the money.
In the end I lost over £5000 (£3500) on the day of trying to withdraw it. They have absolutely no intention of ever giving you your money back.
I am currently contacting the national press to try and get the site taken down as it is fake.
It was a truly horrible experience dealing with them.

They refuse to give my capital back until I pay for the CGT. Since when does anyone have pay CGT before receiving the capital back? I am unlikely to give them more money(the CGT) because I don't believe I will see it again. They refuse to explain why I have to pay the CGT to them before releasing my capital.

One of the best brokers I have dealt with. The spread and commission charges are incredibly low, and I loved the execution speed which was vital for my trading strategy. They offer a large array of trader tools and different trading platforms to choose from. Withdrawal processing time was maximum 4 hours, and deposits were almost instant.

This was a good company until last month when it was time for me to withdraw my money, and they showed me what a scam company they are. I sent emails, called customer service, but never got a response. I lost so much. It was a very horrible experience.
