Citi is a rip off. We are paying 7.6% interest on our mortgage and ask them to lower the interest and they said to send them pay stubs, bank statements, hardship letter. Etc. Etc. We have done all this now twice. Now they say they still need other documents because the ones we sent are now 90 days out. They have just jacked us around and around now for 5 months. They are so hard to deal with and you get a new person every time you try to cal them and then they want you to start all over again. The are harassing, incompentant and non-humane. Please do not take out a mortgage with them. And Tim hare can kiss my $#*!.
