I went to the Citi Trend on Little York and 45 and they save all hope for all of the Citi Trends. I mean they have great customer service skill, it was a pleasant experience and I do recommend everyone to shop there. Mrs. Jessica is so awesome her people skill are perfect….
I purchased some items tonight from City Trends, the sales associate came to ring me up but I wish she would have sent someone else because clearly she was mad upset pissed off from something that happened before she got to the register. She never addressed the fact that I was standing there and starting aggressively grabbing my items that were delicate sheer outfits, getting the hangers caught on something at the counter. This caused all the items to fall on the floor and she proceeded to take the hangers off with so much aggression that I felt the items would be damaged when you finished. She then starting to place my items in the bag that she ask DO YOU WANT A BAG FOR A DIME? First time she opened her mouth during the transaction. I am actually so mad I love City Trends so much but the customer service was just totally disrespectful and when I asked that she did not just ball up my purchases she replied Do You Want To Fold Em? I replied yes, so while I am folding my purchases she starts to throw the remaining items towards me and I was fed up with the nasty attitude and said Quit throwing my items and she responds Who you talking to with your ugly $#*!. Mind you I came back with I know you are not calling NOBODY ugly as ugly as you are acting. Cursing and Lying to the manager about how I was the problem but truly she needs to work in the back doing anything that doesn't required a pleasant, professional encounter with a customer. I really want to return the entire purchase but I Love everything I purchase. Is it the norm for employees to act in a manner as this when ever they feel like it. I will probably shop at City Trends as usual, I will just have to find another one and hopefully the employees have respect for there customers especially the elderly ones as my self. She will piss off the Wrong customer and it will end bad. She had absolutely no boundaries when it came to cussing and using the F bomb as if she has no fear of losing a job. I realize everyone is short handed in most businesses but there is no place for such nasty acting person representing City Trends,
Shopping 3 years the experience has gotten amazing store was so in aray when first starting to shop til now with new management and staff makes shopping so much enjoyable, things are so organized an color coordinated, employees so respectful greeting you from entrance new management handled problem I came into on the spot making customers always right I'm so impressed with the new look and atmosphere in the Lawton Citi trends til I've made it my number one store and being an attorney in the Lawton area I've introduced over 200 clients to the store all agreeing this has blossomed over the last 6 months till I had to find a site to exspess my appreciation
I spent almost $200 in the Ft. Smith. AR store after Christmas. I paid with my debit card and used pin#, so the funds came out of my account immediately. When I had to to return $54 of my purchase, they absolutely refused to give me cash back instead of put it back on debit card that was not with me even though it had been 2 1/2 weeks so there was no question they had already received their money. So after I had to go home to get card so they could put refund on it, I ended up spending $17 in the store but I could not use my refund. They put refund on my card, but of course the funds were not immediately refunded as they are immediately taken out. Here we are 4 days later and I'm still waiting on my refund! I don't see it fair at all that they can take your money in a second, but won't put it back for days and days. Had I paid with a credit card or check I would understand, but this is not fair and not right. They have both the merchandise and my money. Also, I have never received such rude, horrible service.
Covid been over and went to the store and could not try on anything over $300 worth of clothes. Dressing rooms are closed need to reopen them thanks everywhere else is open

They are so freaking rude...I've never seen such bad service in my life, Yesterday evening, I ran into rainbow upon entering no one acknowledged me, then upon checking out the big black girl was really rude, I was standing at the counter for about 5 minutes, then when she finally came to the register, she walked up and said WHAT IS IT WHAT DO YOU WANT and before I Snapped come to find out she was on her phone with the ear phones in her ear. NO APOLOGY OR NOTHING

I shopped at Citi-Trend for back to school clothes for my daughter. Being that the fitting rooms are closed I had to go back and forth exchanging items. I tried to return a pair of jeans that I previously exchanged but the Citi trends sticker wasn't on it. The 1st cashier just switched them because they were the exact same pair. When I presented my receipt for the return this mean ugly cashier didn't want to return them! The cashier who exchange them before told her that the receipt matched the description of the jeans but this ugly micky ficky insisted on giving me a hard time! She also claimed that other items that I was returning wasn't on my receipt and they were! She made me so mad! One thing that I don't understand is why do they have such an ugly mean person from the inside and out working there! This is the short version of a horrible experience! I will never shop in there store again! I prefer to pay more and get good customer service than to deal with such a mean and rude cashier!

On January 26 i was shopping at one of the citi tend location in Indianapolis a couple hours after arriving home i received an alert through my cell phone from chase fraud department asking did i attempt to make purchase for 175.00 i immediately answered no in a panic i call citi tend and ask for the mananger i then stated to her that was an attempt to use my card there did she know anything about it of course she denies it kept putting me on hold stating she was taking care of customers i then stated to her i was on my way back there with the police and i also requested corporate phone number which she never gave saying im taking care of customers so i hung up and proceeded to drive back up to the store as i was looking at my activity log on my chase account it showed not only did she made a purchase for 195.00 but she also visited city gear where she also purchase item's off 2 of my credit cards i have been in contact with corporate which they review the footage showing she cover her tracks in her place of employment by allowing some heavy set women make the purchase for her but she filed up when she went to marathon sock it to me liquor and city gear which she was id as the person using my credit cards she has not been terminated she still is employed with the store so i just want all the consumer's to beaware please be safe with your credit cards because this has bern nothing but in convenience for me and me family i am an loyal and value customer at this store and ididnt deserve this
I love shopping here and it's very convenient for me and my child. Also they are getting more and more namebrand styles. I appreciate the great customer service I receive they are very polite.

I hate going to the local Citi Trends store for many reasons one being the ghetto, unprofessional work team. So I saw they have a site and said, screw it let's dip the toes. I ordered a knock-off Ed Hardy hoodie and sweats set, just under 20$. I ordered on Sunday, they took the money Sunday and sent a receipt Sunday. Come tuesday I STILL had heard nothing. It took a couple emails (must use their 'contact us' page and they have nothing else) and I got a response "it should be sent out later this week" and that was it. So I personally didn't like such a vague, unprofessional response and began asking for a 1-800 number... after several emails on wednesday I got two responses... one from the same person talking to me like an idiot trying to explain to me what 'processing' is. Truth of the matter is I ordered from 3 companies the same day and by wednesday they were both shipped with tracking numbers and I'm still being told its gonna take till Friday to process. The only enjoyable correspondence was from an 'Erin' Who was PROFESSIONAL and at least told me it wouldn't be shipped till thursday or friday cause of the 'holiday rush'... Again I ordered from 3 companies at the SAME time. I wanted to wait till my package was in UPS system before I wrote this, I wasn't comfortable at all with their 'processing'. I never go in the store anymore because of the attitudes, rudeness, and just all around ratchetness of its staff and now I can't shop online with them with confidence... So I won't be a customer of theirs of any kind.

Sharing my experience at the location of market street Citi trends Wilmington I'm going to start off by saying that I usually shop at the one in Jacksonville but I do come to this store on market street from time to time seems like it never changes I decided to come to the Citi trends located on market street Wilmington NC due to me being in town with family. When I first enter the store I was not greeted just looked at with a attitude (a light skinned female with red hair). I then said hello to the female and she just sat there with a very stuck face as if she was high. While shopping within the store your employee (that had a attitude) had a very stuck look on her face majority of the time while I was in the store. I did address one of managers heather I believe that was pleasant and has always been kind when I came (the very few times I Come to that store)I asked her "why does the employees that work there look as if there are high all the time?" And some of your employees are not friendly and they bad customer service to not even get a hello or greeted says a lot! The lady who I spoke with apologized to me and she was very nice as and pleasant. When I went to check out I had about ten things and the light skinned female once again was not kind or friendly she just rang me up told me my total and gave me my change and walked away. She look very stuck on giving me my change back. I can tell she was stoned by her eyes. I event went as far as asking her if she was ok and she didn't even respond she just said "mmm hmm". You really should train your employees better then this! They should not be working while there head is in the clouds. This is very unprofessional. You can't and shouldn't be allowed to work when your in another state of mind.

Where do I start first of all these people have no concept of what it is to treat people with respect because they say to you they're above the law they've been doing it for a long time and then when you have only one person that's white in the store they won't help or give you any criteria of helping you because you're not one of their people they discriminate that if if you're Hispanic watch out they want to help you at all because they cannot stand people from understanding black people want to spend people the only people with disabilities they don't likeThe and have their family work the store and they're underage minors work the store so then they can go ahead and keep the money himself but against the law that is family members and of course associated family members against the rules again if you want a store that you will be happy once you leave the door go across the street Discovery the professional they have five people opening five people were closing and you'll be leaving there with a smile cuz I know how to treat people and respect them cuz that's what their business for don't go to the store unless you want to feel like crap besides you may not be open because management team decided not to show up or something to that effect because they don't want to be at work because they don't want to do their job and want something else to do it for them and get a paycheck get paid for not doing the job to go to another place you don't want to you don't want to shop at this place it's just not worth your time or your money
