After another company canceled last minute we were pressed to find a transport for our baby in a rush. We relocated from NY to Florida. Citizen shipper helped us find a bunch of companies willing to do it at a great price! I am so thankful we found all paws! They gave us a very fair price and a window of time that worked perfectly for us. All delays (because of traffic and what not) were clearly communicated. During the trip they provided a tracker so I could see where they were and texts daily and at my request. She sent pics with every text so I could see her. Our dog arrived safely and on the day discussed. She was very well taken care of and happy! We would highly recommend their services and will def use them again if needed! Citizen shipper makes it so easy to complete these transactions and for us to feel secure in our choice! I will def use them for all my needs!

ADL Logistics was simply awesome. Rod did a fabulous job communicating price options & pickup/ delivery times. He was very responsive when I had questions, even responding while off for the weekend. He was always professional while being personal enough to understand the needs of me and the seller. The driver was also very professional and communicated well, providing sufficient notice on pickup and delivery times. ADL Logistics will be my go to for shipping vehicles. Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention the price quote. It seemed to good to be true, but the service provided far exceeded my expectations based off the price. TRY ADL!

I used citizen shipper to find the best puppy shipper ever. I found Golden Voyages and he took 3 puppies from Missouri to Florida. It was easy to find a good person to do this on there because citizen shipper lists all their reviews along with the number of shipments made and how many incomplete shipments they had. I found a 5 star shipper and he didn't disappoint.

Peter, with Bentley's Pet transport, was so loving and kind to the senior dog I transported. He communicated often of how she was doing, that they were taking a break and how long, where he was, and othet important information. She hot walked frequently and gage us his time of arrival when he was about 24 hours away. He was also very friendly. I will use him again for any of my transport needs. I felt very comfortable and at ease having my rescue dog in his care while she was going to her new home.

I posted for a driver to do a pickup in Florida and bring it to Rhode Island. Got lots of competitive bids and picked one that worked best for me. The driver had an accident before my pickup and couldn't do the job. I contacted CitizenShipper, explained what happened and customer service immediately helped me post another ad which resulted in finding the perfect driver who did the job exactly as promised. Customer Service then refunded my initial fee right away and everything turned out perfect. I would recommend this company 100%!

These guys are very good with communicating and getting my motorcycle from Florida to Illinois. The guys communicated well keep me posted on the time frame they would make it and the whole process. I was nervous because I've never used a company to ship their item for me before but they made me feel very comfortable. He wasn't bothered by me calling to check on where he was and how long he would be. Citizenshipper is a great company and I will definitely use them again as well as tell my other friends about them

If I could give CitizenShipper 50 stars I would. I moved across the country and was able to find an incredible business to move our 5 cats. We were nervous to have anyone look after our kitties, but Basil and Jack were so kind, and accommodating and most importantly they kept the cats safe and comfortable for the long journey. Because of CitizenShipper a huge weight was lived off our shoulders! We will use this website if we ever need anything transported again!

The platform is a great concept. It's so useful to be able to post your transport need and to do some comparison shopping to find someone whose dates and prices match your expectations. I had some technical issues with the platform that didn't allow me to see everything from the dashboard view.

Tommy is professional, caring, and friendly. My German shepherd and chocolate lab were well taken care of on their four-day trip to me. I am greatly appreciative of Tommy, his wife, Deborah, and their grandson, for bringing them to me safely and soundly. I would definitely use Tommy's service again. Thanks Tommy!

Citizen shipper let my dog get stolen by chase miller with m&m family transportation. I have emailed them 6 times and have no response from any customer service. I Payed a deposit of $150 and they picked up my dog June 5th and today is the 16th and I don't have my dog and I don't think I will have him any time soon. My driver has disconnected all there phone numbers, CitizenShipper has blocked me on Facebook and Instagram for messaging them asking where my dog was. They are all a bunch of scam artist. I have no clue how people are able to run a business based of stealing people's money. They need to be shut down ASAP!

We were really stressed about moving our dog across the country until we found CitizenShipper. The site makes it easy to find the right carrier for your cargo!
It's easy to use, and it felt like they had the largest selection of 'transports' of any site like this.
After posting our needs no the site, we received numerous bids. We choose the transporter based off reviews, cost, and responsiveness. Communication was great the entire time. I want to stress the CitizenShipper is only allowing you to choose the best person for your job, so if it didn't go as planned, your review for that driver should reflect that and deter others from using their services in the future.
We couldn't be happier with the service we got and will definitely use it again!

Good price and excellent service. Stays in constant contact with you during the shipping process regarding how your pup is doing and where they are at. Picked up our pup in Dayton Ohio Friday morning and was in Houston Texas Sunday morning. Puppy was in excellent condition. 5 STARS!

Dave was great! He updated me constantly and was very friendly and professional. He let me ask how my dog Tinkerbell was as many times as I needed and responded with pictures of their route. After trying several ways of trying to get our dogs across the country to our new home, and not wanting to drive myself due to the weather, we came across CitizenShipper! Although nervous at first using this site, we were able to find a great driver who transported our dogs for us! Very happy!

It was so easy to get bids from drivers who have been backround checked. Then you see the drivers profile and pick the one that you want. Melissa did a great job bringing my to me on a 10 hour trip. She kept in contact and sent pictures along the way. Pricing was fair and reasonable.

Citizen Shipper. Maria delivered our new puppy to us in Vermont from Kentucky. She was absolutely wonderful. She kept in communication with me. Always responded right away. Sent lots of pics of the puppy and told what he was up to. I felt very comfortable with her taking care of him and was very happy with her services. I would use her again.

My driver was great! I was so pleased with the shipping of one of my puppies from New Mexico to New Jersey. But the citizen ship fees get you. All in all it's a good service! I would use it again if needed.
