I need to update my review on Chloe. She brought my 8 wk old Maltese puppy, Bentley, from Houston to Myrtle Beach, SC. Not only did Chloe take extra precautions regarding his health because he was so young. She also worked on me in the price. I was previously scammed by an unscrupulous (supposedly) breeder who not only took all of my money and didn't deliver the puppy and they also stole my identity. She worked with me on my budget. Not only was she in Houston for another transport, she made sure she picked him up the same day that I booked her. She treated him like he was also her own furkid. She drove straight through dealing with some pretty bad weather. She stayed in touch with me during the whole transport, arrived when promised. Chloe put me and my friend that bought him for me at ease. My friend said, she's an Angel. I didn't worry one bit and neither did my friend. After being scammed out of close to $2000. I would normally be leery of anyone who promised me the Moon but stole from me. I did not have one single doubt about her. There are not enough good things I can say about Chloe!
I was ripped off for $450.00 by a highly rated driver that they recommended to me. They stated that the driver had 50 trips and 5 stars. The driver ghosted me, did not show up on the date promised and kept my 450.00 deposit. When contacted, Citizenshipper took no responsibility and said I was on my own. Be very careful who you select because this company WILL NOT stand behind their drivers. It also became known after this happened that this driver was doing this to other people and Citizenshipper DID NOT notify or warn me.
We had a phenomenal experience with CitizenShipper. I am in the Army and have recently come down on orders to Europe for 3 years. Unfortunately our dog couldn't go with us so we had to ship her to PA to live with family during our time out of the country. Through CitizenShipper we were able to find many qualified transporters and we picked who worked best for us. Our dog was picked up on time, transported with text message updates frequently, and arrived at the destination with no issues. We would definitely recommend this service.
I used citizen shipper to find a transporter for my pet, they have a great platform to receive quotes and speak to all the transporters. I would use this site again if I ever had a need to ship my dog again.
We found Louis through citizenshipper and he made our lives so much easier by transporting our puppy. He kept in touch throughout the day and sent us pictures from each stop. We couldn't have asked for more.
I was trying to get a puppy from Atlanta to Phoenix via Cargo flight but was having difficulty due to high temperatures so I decided to look into animal transport. I loved how easy it was to enter the puppy's location and my location and receive quotes from people all over the country. I was glad to be able to see all of the driver's ratings and their background checks. I thought I'd have to do ground transport (over several days), but a lovely women named Brandi (Pups-on-a-plane.com) gave me a reasonable quote to fly in-cabin with my puppy and receive him in 1 day! Sold!
In search of a way to transport our new addition to the family. I was most concerned for the well being of the puppy, and a better experience then the traditional way. The pet is shipped and maintained in a warehouse as cargo, the fumes the noise and warehouse dust places a huge stress on the little ones. Citizen shipper provide a simpler, stress free, and trusted platform to find a pet nanny that would deliver our new bundle of joy. I would recommend and use it again.
Unexpectedly the need to transport 2 dogs came up. I had no idea how to arrange this so of course I googled it. CitizenShipper popped right up and I'm so pleased it did. It was easy to post my trip and right away I began receiving contacts and estimates (~40). The very last estimate was just what I was wanting. So I booked her. She delivered the dogs today. Things couldn't have gone better or smoother. The dogs were very well-cared for and we were kept informed through texts, pictures and GPS. This was a big help in easing some of our anxiety. In the future if the need arises again I would not hesitate to use CitizenShipper (and hopefully the same driver).
CitizenShipper connected me with a great driver who treated my dog as his own for the two hour ride he spent with him. The booking process was smooth and the driver was great. I felt safe and secure knowing that the driver had completed a background check and hope to use their services in the future!
I have used citizen shipper three times and am absolutely thrilled with their service. I can always did exactly what & who I need for the job. Their platform is easy to navigate and I am always offered many choices. I love citizen shipper!

Hired a shipper to transport 2 dogs to my home.
I used Citizenshipper for delivering a large set of moose antlers that I purchased via an out of state ebay seller. Besides being significantly cheaper than the quotes from the post office, UPS or FedEx, the courier ("Purple Pup") hand delivered the item in her own minivan- no concerns of the goons at some warehouse tossing them around and causing damage. The courier was very responsive, very courteous, and right on time. You can't go wrong with this service for those items that don't easily fit in a box!

I had a transport for my puppy set up. It was the worst experience I've ever had. This is not the first time I've hired a transport company but this is the first time a transport has been cancelled. The drivers were in contact with the breeder and after a phone call they argued with her and made her feel uncomfortable and very unsafe having them come to her home for pick up. I've worked with this breeder before without any issues. After I reached out to citzenshipper they told me they won't refund my money and it would be saved as a credit. Lol like I'm using this website ever again. Go somewhere else it's worth it.

This company made it easy to find a good affordable way to transport my cat almost 500 miles. Pets 4 Miles did an excellent job. Jason called me when he picked up my cat. Then he sent me a GPS link to follow his progress until he got to my house. He was very kind and gentle with my cat.
Could not be happier! Mike offered the best price we could find ANYWHERE to bring our golden retriever pup from Kansas to Florida. He kept us updated throughout the trip with photos of our sweet girl. The best part- we forgot her toy (that has special meaning for us) and he found it and has shipped it back to us! Thanks to C&J Transport and Citizen Shipper I received my dog safely. I received bids on the transport soon after posting. C&J Transport even agreed to pick up Sparkle two days early. She stayed at their house. She was well taken care of, just like their own dog. Sparkle didn't want them to leave. She went to the door and cried after they left.

The process to choose a driver is so easy they have many different profiles for your needs. The lady that i chose delivered my pet via DRIVE from Texas to North Carolina. I loved her services. She offered many pictures and gps tracking along the way. There were some delays along the way and she communicated well but she managed to pick him up EARLY and deliver him ON TIME. Also there is competitive bidding soo you're able to choose the cheapest option. So if you're looking for an alternative to flying your pet this is the way to go.

Easy and safe to use, I received bids very quickly which was great because I wanted my pup to be picked up as soon as possible. Layout of the website made it easy to compare bids, contact drivers and review driver profiles. With uship I received 0 offers, but with citizen shipper I immediately received multiple offers very quickly, so I recommend using citizenshipper.
It was easy to set up my request and immediately got bids from shippers wanting to help get my dog to me all the way in South Dakota. The driver was certified by the site and highly trained to handle my dogs' special needs. 100% recommend this website!

I used this site to find reasonably priced pet transport and was blown away not just by how reasonable the prices were but by the quality of the pet delivery service provided to me. I will tell all my friends about the site and will definitely use it again when the time comes!
My pet transporter told me every step that would happen which assured me of my worries since it was my first time using citizen shipper. I even recieved pictures and texts during stops on transport of my 2 puppies. I had an excellent experience and am ready to do it again.
I had signed up a few months ago to look for a shipping/delivery "independent" job and located this business. I didn't take any of the jobs because they were long distance for services that I were looking more for local deliveries. I realized today that $29.99 was processing through my bank, I immediately found a blog (which no phone number is listed for Citizenshipper email address is their way of communication), which gave details about canceling the account. I am requesting for the $29.99 refund, so this review is for those that try out this business and don't continue with any business from them, to cancel the account or you will be charged $29.99 after their 3 month trial. I am waiting to hear back from their email department response, which replies automatically with a ticket number or response # to your email to the support help, and will be waiting for my refund.

Don't sign up for this business service if you don't plan on using them, a subscription fee of $29.99 will be processed through the bank information you give them, after their 3 month trial.

I can certainly understand your frustration with the situation. According to our Terms and Conditions we do indeed offer a free 3-month trial so you can see if our marketplace works for you. Yes, the monthly subscription fee is automatically taken from the credit card you provide but if you cancel before the end of your 4th month, you can be refunded. If you neglect to cancel your account by the end of the 4th month, that initial month’s subscription fee is forfeit. I hope your refund was able to be processed, as I don’t have your details, but I’d like to announce that we are rolling out a cardless process whereby you can sign up as a driver without inputting a credit card until you decide whether, at the end of the free trial, the marketplace is for you or not. This new process will help drivers evaluate the platform with zero risk. Thank you for helping us to improve our service.
