Allen who lives in MN was hired to bring my new mini poodle - 8 wks -home to me in Philadelphia. The 18 1/2 hr ride was a success. Allen was dependable and kept me informed of his progress during his travels. A gentleman 100%, kind and soft spoken. I would use Citizen shipper again.

Deck delivered our Tibetan Spaniel to us from Texas he was able to be flexible as far as transportation and meeting location. He was very professional and reliable he kept in contact throughout transportation. I would recommend him without a second guess:-)

Bryan gave me an excellent experience transporting my dog and cat across the country. Bryan was fairly priced and most importantly, Bryan cared deeply about the pets he transported. Bryan sent me twice daily texts and pictures of how my guys were doing on the trip and where he was. Bryan treated each pet as an individual and listened to the needs of each pet. It meant so much to me that he let my little dog ride with him and his son instead of in a crate and he also had great patience with my difficult cat. I would highly recommend Bryan and trust him to take care of my pets again!

From the get go he was easy to work with, informative, sent videos of our pupper on the road and delivered Rebel a day ahead of schedule. The fact that he requires payment at the time of delivery was a tip off. A confident, dog loving transport I'd recommend to anyone.

The whole experience was seamless. I specified my interest, was matched with transport, offered several pricing from $250-$700. My cousin picked the transport based on reviews and we were set to go. The dog went to her new home and was delivered safely. We were informed throughout the whole trip. The driver was punctual and on time. There was a delay because of traffic however she was home the same day she left.

I had a very positive experience. They had my puppy's interest at heart and communicated very often. I knew exactly where he was at all times, and so I knew when to expect the delivery. I will definitely use this service again. Timely, website easy to navigate, transparent. Kind shippers and very responsive when I needed to make adjustments.

We posted our ad and immediately received multiple, reasonable bids for our transport needs. The transporter we selected was very reasonable, professional, and efficient. She kept us up to date from the beginning of her journey to the pickup location until delivery. She provided estimated arrival times and multiple pictures along the way. We needed to ship our doggy to Lousiana from San Diego. Once I posted on citizenshipper I received at least 10 quotes and was able to view those quotes and email back and forth with the perspective shippers. I wish the message board was a little more user friendly, but in the end we found someone within 24 hours.

I must say, at first I was a bit skeptical about the idea of shipping my fur baby, however, this was such an easy process! I appreciated all of the open communication, the care that the driver took with my baby, and the fact that I had real time tracking from the beginning to the end of his trip. I've used citizenshipper twice with absolutely wonderful results both times, the first time was to transport two cats, and the second just now to transport a very frightened, fearful dog to me in Ohio. Both transports began in Kansas and ended in Ohio and the ease of how it is to use the site is amazing, I found a transporter within 2 days each times!

I planned to use this service to transport a puppy. However, less than 24 hours after paying $150 to this service; I realized the puppy was a scam so had to cancel my card and deal with that. Then when I contacted them, they only offered a $150 credit and not any sort of refund! They provided absolutely no service and I cancelled within less than 24 hours. STAY AWAY!

I have been a driver for Citizen Shipper for over 6 months. I have been to every state continentaly and love transporting animals for their owners or new owners. To have someone say I am the only one that will ever transport their family member is uplifting and rewarding. So many memories in just a short time and more to come all because of CS allowing drivers and customers to connect.

We used Citizen Shipper to find a transport service for our cats. We had lots of options from lots of trusted and highly reviewed shippers! We do wish the fees were a little lower or at least that we knew about them before we booked our shipper.

Citizen shipper was a great platform for me because it connected me to a bunch of different service providers and allowed me to do my research on which one to pick. Without the help of citizen shipper i would have been very stressed out in finding a way to transport my pet. I really appreciate that citizen shipper was easy to use and the fee was affordable. I would recommend anyone to use it who needs to!

The in-house messaging platform on CitizenShipper allowed me to contact and vet the appropriate driver without having to call people individually, which saved a lot of time and effort. In fact, drivers initiated contact with me first and quoted me based on the route I posted. I was able to connect with a driver and safely transport my pet to the final destination. I recommend this application.

Be very weary of this site. I booked a load, paid the deposit citizenship or charges a fee for their service and your protection. According to them the person never picked up the load kept the money, and that was the end. Citizen shipper said they cannot do anything for the lost money other than the fee that I paid to them they will give me a code when I used to rebook and I should not have to pay, of course the code didn't work and I had to pay again. Be very careful you are basically putting your trust in a stranger as the company will do absolutely nothing for you to protect you.
