I had never bought a dog out of my area before so this is my first experience. I found a puppy for my family that was in Florida, we live in California. I found citizen shipper online and booked a transport. The puppy I bought was 9 weeks old and 2 pounds. She was cleared for health with a vet certificate and a healthy weight when she left. When she arrived she was soiled and very thin, so thin her hip bones were showing. I took her in and washed her and fed her. She was very hungry. She died about 8 hours after arriving right in front of my 3 young children. Citizen shipper had me send pictures and communications just to deny me any reimbursement because I didn't get a postmortem report. I was left with 3 broken hearted boys, out $1,200 and no puppy. I couldn't believe they didn't even offer half in good faith.

Jesse had great rapport with my cats who are shy and very afraid. They did well and the service was prompt and thoughtful. She stayed in touch when there was signal, and I felt confident in her abilities. They arrived safely and I was happy.

I had my cat Antonius shipped from Massachusetts to Los Angeles. The man who transported him here, got him here safely and happily. He picked him up early morning on the east coast and had him here mid morning. You simply post what or who you are shipping and different transporters offer you quotes.

Excellent, This company was first class from the start. They were very informative from the first time we contacted them. We moved from Texas to Florida and they out our minds at ease throughout the process. They arrived on time and made sure to give the dogs time to get to know the driver. They asked several questions prior to shipment in order to give the dogs the best care. We received text updates, picture messages, and were even able to track the van on an app the entire time! The driver was kind and affectionate to the dogs. He even walked them around the block before he loaded them in the van. We could not be more pleased with this service. We will definitely use them again.

Very bad experience, do not trust the reviews. Company allows dishonest and dangerous people to work for them as drivers. Our driver lied constantly, never updated us about the progress of the transport, put our cats with dogs in a tiny van even after i specifically asked if there would be other pets. Worst of all, our cats weren't fed or watered properly over the course of 4 days and both have lost a few pounds. After contacting Citizenshipper about this, nothing was done, the driver is still allowed to work for them. I want to warn other pet owners, do not fall for reviews and please try to find a different way to ship your pets. The drivers name is Donald Wells with TCE Xpress

CitizenShipper was a great web site for shipping my dog. I had several offers within a short time and Kristen did a great job transporting my dog! She even stopped and bought her a bed! Super nice! I would highly recommend her in the future for anyone.

I used citizenshipper.com to have my two puppies delivered to me and the experience was great. My driver was awesome with the updates and even arrived a whole day early. I would highly recommend them if you're looking to ship/transport a pet.

I really enjoy working for this company. I am on other load boards, but most of my deliveries I make through Citizenshipper. The reason is they give the driver control over their fees and charge the shipper less than other boards making the trips more profitable for the delivery and less costly for the shipper. Their website is easier to use, and still has all the important information.

The people on the service are great and it is easy to make a new shipment. The website doesn't flow great and the fee for using it isn't very up front but I used the service and it worked as expected. Well worth the time and seeing all of the reviews quickly made it easy to use in that regard.

I didnt realize you could basically pay people to ship things. I needed to get my 12 year old pup to Maryland from Oklahoma, but I was about to move to the complete other side, California. Flying her only gave me nightmares. The site is well constructed and you put in your details, and drivers bid on the shipment. You can then review the shippers profiles and pick the one that best fits you. My driver and I had a miscommunication at first, but he quickly fixed it and gave me some of my money back for the mistake. Overall, a great service.

The cost for using the platform is VERY VERY high and runs just shy of 15%. My personal opinion is: paying a brokerage of 15% on multiple hundred dollar contract is very irksome. The person who actually did the contract was very very nice. I have no complaint about the actual shipment and would hire the same person again.

Easy to navigate and plenty of options. I was given multiple bids for transportation of my puppy from the breeder in Arkansas to me here in Washington state. I had a requested pick up date and bids just started to pile in. The people that I chose set up the pick up and the delivery time. Pick up was a week later and we ended up meeting with them on day 5 to pick up our puppy. She had taken her to the vet because of a change in her general condition. It ended up just being stress related from the number of days that she had been in the crate. The did call the next day to check in on how the puppy was doing. Which was nice. All in all I believe that they did a good job. I would definitely use citizenshipper for my future puppy shipping needs
