Outstanding service! My cat was transported from Atlanta Georgia to Rapid City SD. Great communication. Frequent updates with pictures. My cat was cared for as if she were their own. I had to transport a boat from Florida to Texas. I had never shipped an item larger than a standard box. I did a Google search of shipping companies. I ran across citizenshipper in the search as one of the top web sites. I looked at U Ship also and did not feel it had the verification and background check as citizenshipper. I receive several bids immediately on Citizenshipper and none for 4 days on U Ship. I like having the ability to read all the reviews and how many times the person has transported items. The posting was easy to set up and the bids came in immediately- as I was notified someone bid on my boat to transport. It was a very easy process. I would definitely recommend this website and company when searching for your shipping needs.

This company is a scam! They have a $170 booking fee, on top of the drivers fee. Plus, after paying the drivers fee the driver cancels. Keeps the money. The company doesn't care if you leave a bad review for the driver. They will delete the bad reviews. That's why the drivers have good reviews only. They don't have a phone number to call. Only email. That's a red flag already. Don't fall for this company. Trust me, save yourself the time and money.

I am so glad I was told about Citizen Shippers. It has saved me a lot of worrying. D & K did a wonderful delivering our little miniature Australian shepherd to her forever home. Picked up on time, delivered on time. Kept communications between Crystal and I and also Crystal and the new owner. Can't say enough good about this alternative to flying. I was frantically searching for a shipper to take an item to a client across the country for a decent price. It was a super easy process! You submit your request and you receive quotes from multiple drivers! This is a very convenient and useful platform.

Found this website by accident looking for a way to ship my dogs for a move. It was an easy process. My first bid the driver backed out after I had already paid the deposit. I contacted CitizenShipper customer service, they apologized profusely and refunded me immediately. After putting out for a second bid, I again had an offer right away and scheduled my three pups for pick up and delivery. It went through flawlessly and the shipper (PJ's) did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend CitizenShipper and would use them again should the need arise.

They seemed to work hard to acquire a delivery driver for me. It was over an 800 mile delivery and my delivery arrived in just over 24 hours. I had a motorcycle delivered and I don't know how any other transport service could've done any better.

A reliable service that gives you a number of options when it comes to providers to choose from. The background check and/or way that the company profiles these providers is incredible as it allowed me to feel totally confident in moving forward with their service. I was very skeptical to trust a stranger to deliver my dog safely to me. If you find the right transport group, you will not be disappointed. Platinum Pet Transport was absolutely great. They were in great communication and sent me pictures during the entire trip. I highly recommend you do your research before selecting a bid though. Some of them are too good to be true!

I hired Brian and Jennifer because of my mobility challenges, and because we caravanned on the trip I got to know them both and how they care for animals. The first thing i want to say is that they are not "hillbillies." Brian is the night manager at a local grocery store, and Jennifer, an experienced rescue volunteer, drives professionally around the KC metropolitan area making various deliveries. They are both lovely and caring people to work with. My shy boy and my bird made right up with them. Jennifer had a sixth sense about animal handling, and Brian was a master at packing in addition to being protective of his charges and thoroughly capable of handling any unexpected problems that arose on our long trip. They were the nicest, most accommodating people on earth. Because of them, the trip was fun and worry free. I recommend
Them unreservedly.

Citizenshipper was very easy to use.
After the posting went live I received a number of transporters bidding on my cargo. I continued to receive notifications until I settled on a transporter.
I was able to review each driver's rating/reviews from previous clients and choose the one that was best suited for my needs.
It was great to see the effort they put into screening their drivers before they are able to transport for them.
My cargo was picked up on time and delivered before the scheduled drop off, the driver kept me up to date on his trip.
I did try and book with other shippers on Facebook but found the vetting process to be more secure on citizenshipper.

First i want to say that Melinda is the nicest person you'll ever meet. I was so nervous about using this service but once I met Melinda, my worries went away. You can tell she is very experienced as soon as she meets your pets. Melinda was very thorough throughout the transportation process. She had a tough job taking my 3 dogs across the US but she was excited for the adventure. She sent many pictures and updates daily. You can call her anytime as well which is nice. She takes her job very seriously and LOVES on your pets so much. My dogs missed her when she left so I knew they had a great time. It was like a mini vacation for them as they traveled with her. If you want a safe, loving, wonderful experience-book with Melinda :).

They have fast, friendly customer service. My own qualm is that their website is designed very poorly. Once you submit a shipping request you enter into chat windows with people who submit quotes. You can't see other parts of their website - it is just terrible design. But, don't let the design deter you. This is a good company and I found a reliable pet transport co. On their website.
