I'd like to start by saying I've never used a dog shipping company before, nor was I aware such a thing existed. I found this website through a google search because I reallllllly didn't want to put an older dog on an airplane. Or any dog for that matter. That said, Brenda is fantastic! We needed to ship my dad's dog from Tulsa, OK to my home in Seattle, WA, quickly. Brenda worked with us to get it done affordably and without having to fly the pup. Brenda and her husband picked up our pup and all of her stuff on a Monday evening and drove her straight to us, arriving Wednesday morning. Brenda communicated wonderfully the entire time, with ETA and pup updates and pictures. Our dog arrived healthy and happy, with all of her items. I'm so glad such a website exists, and people like Brenda and her husband who are willing to safely drive precious cargo across the country! Many thanks to them! I gave 4 out of 5 stars because the fee the website charges is a bit steep...

You can add me to the growing a list of unsatisfied people. I can't get a hold of them for anything. Now the driver won't return any messages either. So now I have to find another way to get my dog across the country

Thanks to citizen shipper and copper dog transport I was reunited with my dog Louie! They were quick to respond to me and the prices were very fair. He was transported from Florida to Pennsylvania and they delivered him a lot earlier then expected!

This site saved me from having to get rid of my dog and connected me to many people willing to help. I definitely advise to research a person thoroughly before accepting of course. It was easy to post exactly what I needed to get done, when I needed to get it done, and how much you are able to spend. The only downside is choose very carefully on what people say, how they say it, and what they offer. Citizen Shipper is great but they can't stop the horrible people from surfacing, and that would be my advice. Otherwise, it's a great way to save money and get the help you need.

In a time of uncertainty, especially when it comes to work and money, citizenshipper came through to save the day! I signed up to be a driver less than a month ago and already I've earned over 2,000 dollars transporting pets across the country! It's been an incredible way to see the country AND get paid for it! Not to mention, I've been able to hang out with the most awesome, sweetest, and cutest pets ever! If you are needing to transport ANYTHING across the country, citizenshipper is the way to go!

Citizen shipper has great workers. The driver that pick up my dog was the best. He took good care of her and kept me informed throughout the trip. And my dog trusted him and look pleased with him which made me happy because it was the first time that my dog was in a trip with someone she didn't knew.

This business is great for those who are looking to ship all sorts of things. The shippers on the website are very reliable and you can find all sorts of quotes depending on the person and their services. Personally I transported my dog and was very happy with the quote I was given and how communicative my shipper was.

Rick S. Picked up my kittens in Eastern Oklahoma and brought them to me in Santa Fe, NM. He kept me updated on his progress and sent me pictures of my babies during the trip. It was reassuring to see they were doing fine. He made sure they had food and water and a litterbox to use during the trip. If I ever need to transport a pet, I recommend Rick S. To do the job.

First time using this service and was a little shakey. But Mary explained everything to me, was fair with pricing and touch base with me very often. She did a great job and put me at ease. She even walked and fed the puppy on the way up. Job well done. Thanks Mary's lil lamb!

We loved our Shipper Robert. He kept us updated and answered every text. We got pictures of our Baby. Our Frenchie Merci loved Robert and so did we. She will miss him truly. We chose CitizenShipper because we were offered many professional shippers to choose from. It was easy to book, pay, track and deliver.

The website is difficult to use and when you ask for help it is difficult to get a response. I recently double booked a shipment for my dog. When I explained that I needed help they were quick to take $ and still have not returned confusing double book $. This is the second week of waiting?

Honestly couldn't have received better service! Jon reached out immediately when he saw my request and actually got Max where he needed to be days in advance! (Our request was for Friday but he was available to help us out immediately and it couldn't have worked out any better!) Jon was on time, patient and so kind to Max. I got lots of responses from just regular people looking for a fast buck. You have to sort out those from the professionals. I found one and was VERY pleased with the shipping of my 5 dogs from NV to TX.

Shatara was just wonderful and took great care of my new Frenchie girl, giving her bathroom breaks, water and kept her eyes on her to make sure she was a healthy puppy. She worked with me because we had to switch days because of snow and the breeder issues causing a delay. I was worried about trying this service but I would use her for anything travel related. She is very nice, on time and stayed in contact with me all the way. A++++++

I was happy to have found CitizenShipper for the transportation of my two baby alaskan malamutes. It was overwhelming to find so many services and to have to contact each and every individual company for a quote, and CitizenShipper made the process far quicker to get our babies home! Very happy with the overall experience and would recommend to anyone looking to transport their furry friends!

They took my damn money and I've never received my Maltipoo puppy. They required a 30 minute therapy session for the puppy before final delivery which was about $980. I can't get a reach of the owner as well so now I've wasted my time and ALL my money on that $#*!.

We used this website to find a shipper for our 8 week old pup. What I really liked is we had multiple offers/options to have pur puppy safely shipped to us. Our first driver had to back out due to a family emergency so we had to re list a search for a driver on a shorter notice and where still able to find someone to pick up and deliver on the dates we wanted. And the person we went with was very professional and delivered us our pup safely to us with no issues.

Being professional, certified, and background checked makes it hard for scammers to be on the website. I recommend this website to all my customers and I will continue to use it personally as well!

With just one request we were able to quickly find a reputable transport. Finding someone to trust with a cat is not easy. However, we put in our request and numerous responses were available for us to check out and we chose the one we felt to be best!
