I need to update my review on Chloe. She brought my 8 wk old Maltese puppy, Bentley, from Houston to Myrtle Beach, SC. Not only did Chloe take extra precautions regarding his health because he was so young. She also worked on me in the price. I was previously scammed by an unscrupulous (supposedly) breeder who not only took all of my money and didn't deliver the puppy and they also stole my identity. She worked with me on my budget. Not only was she in Houston for another transport, she made sure she picked him up the same day that I booked her. She treated him like he was also her own furkid. She drove straight through dealing with some pretty bad weather. She stayed in touch with me during the whole transport, arrived when promised. Chloe put me and my friend that bought him for me at ease. My friend said, she's an Angel. I didn't worry one bit and neither did my friend. After being scammed out of close to $2000. I would normally be leery of anyone who promised me the Moon but stole from me. I did not have one single doubt about her. There are not enough good things I can say about Chloe!
I was ripped off for $450.00 by a highly rated driver that they recommended to me. They stated that the driver had 50 trips and 5 stars. The driver ghosted me, did not show up on the date promised and kept my 450.00 deposit. When contacted, Citizenshipper took no responsibility and said I was on my own. Be very careful who you select because this company WILL NOT stand behind their drivers. It also became known after this happened that this driver was doing this to other people and Citizenshipper DID NOT notify or warn me.
Recently hired this company to transport my Lhasa Apso from NV to NY- 10 days later Chloe arrived mal nourished, starving cough and cold.
Beth Vander you were a nightmare. Daily lies and excuses! ASPCA should know about you! My Chloe showed up at 4am crate filled with urine, not even a wee pad...
Larry Van Dyk, a citizen shipper, picked up my cat, Lucy, from WSU veterinary hospital after her cancer radiation therapy (poor thing!) and brought her home to us. Without Larry we would have had to drive 7 hours each way to and from the hospital which we did when we took her there. Didn't want to do that again! Lucy arrived home in her crate just fine, except, of course, for the radiation after effects. Not a pretty picture! Larry was great! I highly recommend him. If I wouldn't have found Citizen Shipper I don't know what I would have done! Citizen Shipper was professional and fair priced. They do a thorough back ground check on their drivers and let you know everything up front. I recommend using them for any kind of shipment.
Citizenshipper provided me with multiple quotes within a matter of days! I had the opportunity to work with Crystal and she was absolutely amazing! My budget didnt allow me to meet the bid amount that she originally offered but she did not hesitate to accommodate! She was very understanding and very sweet! This website was very organized and easy to navigate. I would transport my fur babys again through this site!

Jump Express did an amazing job with my puppy and the transportation, i will never forget the 2 ladies. My puppy was so in love with them, he thought he was going back with them. If i need another puppy transported to me i know for sure i can depend on Juml Express

I was looking to ship my dog from my moms to mine in a different state. The idea of having my dog catch I flight that I wouldn't be on kinda wasn't appealing to me and that's when I found CitizenShipper. I posted my ad on their site talking about what kind of service I needed and I got tons of responses from experienced and certified people. It was really easy and I'm really happy with my experience.
I had an antique sofa and love seat that needed to be shipped almost 500 miles away, that professioanl shipping companies gave me a quote of $1,300 and up. I found citizenshipper and the lowest quote I received was $250. The person aas professional and curtious. I will use again.

I was able to get my shipper booked quickly and with confidence, knowing that I was protected should anything happen (like another last minute cancelation). Using CitizenShipper to transport my dog from text to Arizona was so easy. I placed an ad and within minutes I received responses (some were just autoreplies) from drivers willing to transport my dog. I gave it a day or two to review all the bids (some bids were 4xs more than what I ended paying!) I was able to message the drivers directly and all questions. When I made my selection I booked them and communicated via direct text to set up the travel schedule. I loved this service!
I was helping a disabled friend re-home her beloved dogs, after her wife died. Many people in her life counseled my friend to have the dogs surrendered to the county shelter, where they probably would have been euthanized. Citizenshipper connected me to about a dozen offers. I picked Cross Country Animal Delivery! Jesse was lovely. Worked with me to get the price down to fit my budget, promptly answered all my endless questions, was very responsive to every text i sent, braved a tornado and a hurricane! This was an amazing choice! Great pricing and the driver was amazing with my animal! They brought my pit bull from Texas to West Virginia and was very communicated with his well being and updates on arival time.
I had an awesome experience with JetPetz - specifically Cory. I have never had an animal shipped before so I was super worried. Cory was awesome at keeping both the breeder and I informed both prior to the transfer date, during the transfer and even checked up after.

I had a very easy and successful experience through this site. I was looking to transport a bunny on very short notice. I had several bids on the transport, all were kind and friendly. I went with Megan Anderson and she was stellar! I was kept up to date on all progress and changes. There were several, fires and detours and all that. She navigated these situations very well. My bunny was excellently looked after and cames straight to us even though it was late. Megan even took the time to walk us through the payment process. She was really wonderful.
Very reliable! I was extremely pleased with everything the driver did for us getting our puppy!
She gave me a time frame and even with the snow she made it on time! I loved every part of the process all starting with a picture when she picked her up and tons more along the drive! She gave me an app life360 which showed me how fast she was driving, where she was, and how many times she stopped and for how long she stopped! It was great seeing the progress of the drive with our baby girl!
Best part the driver ended up being a vet tech assistant! We ended up getting special 1:1 care for her! So much better than having your pet with 20 other dogs and wondering if they get potty breaks. Making me feel so good if anything was wrong the puppy was in good hands for an 8 hour drive!

Our Chow Chows were very happy with Emi. While a two thousand plus mile move is stressful, the dogs were well taken care of. Our one dog who was very skiddish with people was actually a lot calmer and allowed family to pat him.
CitizenShipper helped connect me with potential pet transporters when I wasn't able to transport my dog myself. It was easy to use, and I received several quotes. I was able to review the driver's information and decide which I wanted to use. The cost of using CitizenShipper was expensive, but it saved me some time.
I hired a pet transporter with Citizen Shipper. There were issues with the first one I hired, so the company personally sent more suitable drivers to me. Ultimately, I got my cats transported on my timeline, at an excellent rate, with an excellent transporter.
This was my first time using Citizen Shipper, so we weren't entirely sure what to expect. We were routing our new puppy from the breeder to our trainer in another state amidst COVID-19 and many airlines ceasing to transport pets in the interim.
The platform was fairly straightforward to use you input in the details of your trip and then receive bids from various pet shippers. After receiving two different bids and communicating with these shippers regarding details, reading the reviews on Citizen Shipper and Google, we elected to pick one of the bids and had an easy experience. Remaining communication after booking the transport happens directly with your selected service. After the transport finished and the pup arrived, it was super easy to upload a review for our driver since she did a great job!
This was the best find. I was able to have my baby girl transported from NM to AZ within a timely manner and very affordably too. Once I was given the quote and paid for the service I was provided with all the necessary information. I was even able to track my little girl and I knew where she was at any given moment.
Upon engaging citizens I was given the largely name of the company I hired. The reviews for that particular driver were completely inaccurate as were the reviews. Citizens posting indicated the the driver was the delivery person when in fact he subcontracts out his routes to unknown drivers. His reviews on independent websites were awful
I chose a shipper from CitizenShipper and was very pleased with the result. The shipper I chose was exceptionally responsive and his communication was outstanding. I was a bit surprised by the CitizenShipper fee and was not happy about that, but the end result was worth the shipping fee and the CitizenShipper fee. Overall, a very positive experience. The shipper was You Call We Haul, which I would highly recommend.

Wall-e was so relaxed and happy when he arrived. TJ kept is in the loop on her progress and sent pictures. Wall-e was so comfortable that when YJ got ready to leave he was going to get back in her car to go with her. Very happy!
The fees were resonable and the shipper search and reviews were easy to use and understand. There was good follow up after we selected a shipper and after our shipment was delivered. We had our pets shipped during a last minute military move. Will use again.
Was nice to be able to get so many quotes (20+) from one source to transport our 8-wk-old puppy. Only complaint was that the fees seemed quite high for the service effort required (ca. $92, which was in addition to the charges paid to the driver). These charges increase greatly with the quote amount, which doesn't seem completely reasonable within the price range. Too much volatility. Don't know why the fee is so dependent on the quote being booked (after all, no more effort from CitizenShipper is required to book a $400 transport vs. a $2500 transport. Furthermore, when I first tried to book a driver, the fee was $82 but the charge wouldn't go through for some reason (even though my cc info was correct). When I resubmitted my booking request, the fee had been raised to $92. Seems like the charges applicable when my RFQ was first submitted should have been honored.
