I need to update my review on Chloe. She brought my 8 wk old Maltese puppy, Bentley, from Houston to Myrtle Beach, SC. Not only did Chloe take extra precautions regarding his health because he was so young. She also worked on me in the price. I was previously scammed by an unscrupulous (supposedly) breeder who not only took all of my money and didn't deliver the puppy and they also stole my identity. She worked with me on my budget. Not only was she in Houston for another transport, she made sure she picked him up the same day that I booked her. She treated him like he was also her own furkid. She drove straight through dealing with some pretty bad weather. She stayed in touch with me during the whole transport, arrived when promised. Chloe put me and my friend that bought him for me at ease. My friend said, she's an Angel. I didn't worry one bit and neither did my friend. After being scammed out of close to $2000. I would normally be leery of anyone who promised me the Moon but stole from me. I did not have one single doubt about her. There are not enough good things I can say about Chloe!
I was ripped off for $450.00 by a highly rated driver that they recommended to me. They stated that the driver had 50 trips and 5 stars. The driver ghosted me, did not show up on the date promised and kept my 450.00 deposit. When contacted, Citizenshipper took no responsibility and said I was on my own. Be very careful who you select because this company WILL NOT stand behind their drivers. It also became known after this happened that this driver was doing this to other people and Citizenshipper DID NOT notify or warn me.
I sold a boat that had to be shipped to south Florida. I used Citizenshipper and the sipper name was JP's Hauling and transport, He arrived 2 hours late in a crappy, old pickup. He ran out of gas two hours from the destination and the buyer met him just in time. A tow truck was there ready to tow the truck and the boat away. Buyer towed the boat home and discovered that the boat cover and depth finder were missing. 8 gallons of gas were also missing from the boat. My opinion, find another company!

Customer service is amazing! A driver cancelled on me and I already paid my booking fee. Citizenshipper customer service Jennefir was extremely helpful and easily transferred my fee to a new driver. 10 out of 10!
I booked a trip with this company from California to Alabama. Paid aheavty deposit of 225.00. Not o nly was the driver slow to respond to my questions, many questions were unanswered. At the last minute I was informed that a vet certification was required for my cats. I vwas not able to get my cats seen in time of trip.
I asked for a refund, as I did not travel and felt information was late in getting to me. The company refused to give my money back.
Make sure you know all the rules before you book.

CitizenShipper was a lifesaver. My puppy was stuck in OKC because he couldn't fly due to the tempature. This company allowed me to save my puppy and find a way home for him. The company makes it easy to find trustworthy and reliable service. Would highly recommend this company to anyone in need. They won't let you down!

Daniel was awesome!! I was kept up to date on his whereabouts and given an estimated time of arrival of 8-10 pm and then I was very surprised when the time was moved up to 3pm and he was here at 2:30. He took great care of my baby mini pig. I received pics while he was on his way as well. I never had to worry. I couldn't ask for a better driver! Super friendly and caring. I highly recommend Daniel for pet transportation!! I'd give 10 stars if I could! Thank you Daniel and Mary Jane for getting my baby safely to me! ?

I shipped my 1 year old American bulky with citizenshipper and had an awesome experience. The lady who transported my dog was named rebbecca and she did an awesome job of sending pics and keeping me updated through out the travel. Citizenshipper also made me more comfortable using their site because they do backround checks and the transporters are very detailed about their experience with the job and their certifications. He is very professional. He is on schedule. He will update you. He will take care of your pet, no matter the breed. I am thoroughly impressed with Mr. Don. It was overall a great experience. I feel like I was able to get quite a few drivers to see the listing. I got my first "bites" within hours of posting the listing. I gotfar more interest from shipping personel from this website as opposed to other pages with similar content. I had tried for a while before coming upon citizen shipper, using other large shipping company sites. It was easy to set up the listing and to communicate with drivers. I was able to pick the driver after a decent back and forth. The platform is quite professional and easy to use. I would use them again.

I had a really posative experience with CitizenShipper. I listed my apartment for moving and got 6 bids. I picked a driver called r and r haulers and they were excellent. Took good care of my stuff, called me all the way through there trip, and unloaded exactly where I wanted my stuff. I was pleased with the price and the driver. I asked for help with the CitizenShipper stuff a lot and found them friendly and they helped me quickly. I'm really grateful for this site and will tell my friends.

It's a good idea to talk with the drivers and make sure they know exactly what to expecct. I made sure my driver new exactly when to pickup my stuff and was very clear with my expectations.
Heis the absolute best! He took awesome care of 2 small baby puppies that have been thru so much. They were do well taken care of that by the time we got them they weren't acting like they were afraid of anything, but were prepared to take on the world! And even halfway potty trained! And only about 7 weeks old. Out transporter is awesome! Ask for Knine if you beed trustworthy, reliable pet care transport. Knine wont let you down. Coverage communication and pictures if their adventures along the way! Meeting him at the pick up just solidified my opinion. This guy is awesome!
I used P & J Transport the whole process was easy with Citzenshipper. I was having problems air transporting my 10.5 yr old Basenji to Houston from Northern California. Due to hot weather my doggie was stranded there for over 3 wks. Basenjis are highly anxious dogs. But Paula was great with him. She even let him sleep with her. Paula kept me up to date on how he was doing by text & pictures. They were prompt picking him up & dropping him off.

We bought a mini Aussie puppy from a breeder in Alabama and we live in NJ, we were going to fly him but with the limited flights during this pandemic and the fact that he wouldn't be able to fly direct it broke our heart to think of him traveling in cargo for that long- then we found citizen shipper which I had never heard of and this site saved the day, within minutes we had quotes from drivers with great reviews- we booked one that day and the following day he was on the road and delivered us our little fur-baby safe and sound. The best shipping exeperince i've every had. Creature Comfort Transporters are Supper Fast!
And they are awesome people. They worked within my budget and delivered my motorcycle in what almost felt like a day. But let me explain: They picked my motorcycle from Durham NC on a Tuesday morning and drop of at my door in Milwaukee WI on Wednesday Afternoon, and I mean Wednesday as in the next day! I consider myself to be a good judge of character and honestly would feed and put these folks up for the weekend, Jack and Basil of Creature Comforts Transporters and people you want to us if you have a choice! Did I mention that they live in Tennessee and still got this done in a heartbeat?

I was very nervous about shipping my fur baby but I unfortunately had no other options. After searching for pet shipping companies, I found some with outrageous prices and then I came across citizen shipper. The whole process from start to finish was so very easy. Within 5 minutes of entering the shipping information, I began receiving quotes from several professionals within the platform and they were very clear on how much they were charging, when they could pick up and when they could drop off. They calmed my fears by explaining the process and that I would receive photos along the way as well as be able to track where they were. I could not have put my precious fur baby in any better hands. The driver was sweet and respectful. The price was very reasonable. The driver kept communicating with me throughout the trip as to when he was stopping and driving and answered all my questions promptly. She arrived safe and sound without any issues at all. You will not find any better companies to ship with! You can rest assured they will take excellent care of your fur baby.

Easy to work for. A driver places a bid on an active shipment, communicates to the person needing the service done. If they like you, you win the bid and do the service. Citzenshipper is the middle man which makes finding breeders and furbaby owners easy to find.
I used CitizenShipper to have a cat transported from Florida to his owner in California. The site was very easy to use and I had bids on the transport right away! I ended up using LIbertys Transport and was very very happy with Bill who did the transport. I would definitely use CitizenShipper again if the need arises.

First time to Citizen Shipper and was very badly treated by their driver, RTTR. Trying to get quotes to drive 2 pups from eastern NC to Helena, MT and was criticized and degraded for living in NC... seems like my intelligence was lower than his, despite the fact I'm a former Marine and originally from a different state. Very rude treatment and the company refused to recognize the problem when I contacted them about this. I will NEVER return to this company because of it.

First, let me apologize, once again, for this drivers behavior towards you. I personally handled your request, and this driver was actually addressed and taken to task for his unprofessional comments to you.
I also apologize if you feel that my response to you was in any way rude, as I was only striving to let you know that drivers on our site do not represent Citizenshipper as a company, as they are independent contractors and do not work for our site.
We perform stringent background screenings and numerous other verifications before allowing drivers to bid on any shipments on our site. I also offered to personally find you a new driver, so that you were not subjected further to any communication, at which time you threatened to hire legal counsel for this driver remarks, which we have no control over.
I would like to reinterrate, this behavior is 100% unacceptable and this was addressed immediately with the driver in question. If at any time you would consider giving us another shot, we will be happy to take care of your shipment for you at a discounted deposit rate for the offputting experience this driver caused.
Do not use this service. We did and our dog died after suffering heatstroke due to TJ aka Tiara Royal or Tiara Alsaid negligence. She took 5 days to do a 2 day job and only kept in touch the first 2 days then disappeared until day 5. The photo is the screenshot is an old photo from the second day she had him. She sent it to me twice saying it was a diff photo of Scooby when it was infact just a duplicate. On day 5 She had us meet her at a nearby McDonald's where she left our dogs crate on the ground. He was dead, cold and decaying! She claimed he choked on something 30 min prior and she did cpr.Our vet said he'd been deceased for at least 2 days. Stay away from this company. Come to find out she is not authorized to transport, has outstanding warrants from TX and was using some other members account who she's aquatinted with to obtain jobs. This has been a nightmare. See screenshot below. That is her and her U-Haul as well as our convo on the last day.

This is a followup to my previous review. Citizen Shipper acknowledges that they do not accept ANY responsibility for the transaction, and ONLY offer to refund their fee. SO BEWARE. I am still out about $5000 for stolen merchandise, and Citizen Shopper has no information to share. AND DESPITE Their response to my other review, they have not refunded anything.

I’m sorry you have had a less-than-stellar experience with a driver you hired through our platform. Occasionally things just don’t happen the way we expect, and we try our best to support each customer and each driver when unexpected situations occur. Our customer support team works business hours and weekends to provide outstanding troubleshooting. It is rare to see or hear a complaint of lack of responsiveness. I assure you, customer support takes service very seriously. More to the point of your review, however, it states very clearly that we are responsible for refunding the fee you pay to us in a case in which a driver refuses or otherwise cannot do the delivery as contracted. You, as the buyer, are paying the shipper directly for the service. It does not go through us, we do not receive any part of what you pay to the driver, which is why we recommend paying via refundable services like Venmo or Paypal in the case of a dispute, the payment can be charged-back. As far as insurance, we do not make any guarantees aside from the refund because we don’t employ the drivers. I hope this clarifies the situation for you and anyone reading this. CitizenShipper clearly lays out what we are responsible for and what we can do. What we CAN do in this situation if you decide to prosecute the driver is to give you the information you will need to engage the authorities to get your property back.
