I need to update my review on Chloe. She brought my 8 wk old Maltese puppy, Bentley, from Houston to Myrtle Beach, SC. Not only did Chloe take extra precautions regarding his health because he was so young. She also worked on me in the price. I was previously scammed by an unscrupulous (supposedly) breeder who not only took all of my money and didn't deliver the puppy and they also stole my identity. She worked with me on my budget. Not only was she in Houston for another transport, she made sure she picked him up the same day that I booked her. She treated him like he was also her own furkid. She drove straight through dealing with some pretty bad weather. She stayed in touch with me during the whole transport, arrived when promised. Chloe put me and my friend that bought him for me at ease. My friend said, she's an Angel. I didn't worry one bit and neither did my friend. After being scammed out of close to $2000. I would normally be leery of anyone who promised me the Moon but stole from me. I did not have one single doubt about her. There are not enough good things I can say about Chloe!
I was ripped off for $450.00 by a highly rated driver that they recommended to me. They stated that the driver had 50 trips and 5 stars. The driver ghosted me, did not show up on the date promised and kept my 450.00 deposit. When contacted, Citizenshipper took no responsibility and said I was on my own. Be very careful who you select because this company WILL NOT stand behind their drivers. It also became known after this happened that this driver was doing this to other people and Citizenshipper DID NOT notify or warn me.
After a few scams trying to have my new puppy safely delivered, I came upon CitizenShipper. Very reliable and safe. Provides information and feedback on its transporters. Highly recommend this site.

Never ever paid for ground transport of a puppy. I was nervous. Driver was super kind, communicated well. Pup arrived after very long haul happy, fed and clean
It was very easy to use and got a lot of people giving my quotes. They were all about the same and professional. I'd recommend using this for your transporting needs.
I've gotten a few gigs from this site. They are very particular about posting any contact info before a bid is won and will lock your account and make you pay to reopen it.
I use Citezenshipper for puppy transport and it has been a great shipment each time. With very fair prices. Transporters are always respectful and nice.

I could not recommend CitizenShipper more! I received several quotes within the first hour of posting (for a trip over 1500 miles!) and was able to easily communicate with several drivers before choosing the best fit for my pup! Our transporters were wonderful, they got her to us exactly when they said she'd arrive & I always felt that she was safe the entire ride. The ability to ask several drivers about their individual process as well as accessing their profiles directly from their message made it so easy to feel comfortable in the decision we made. Such a great platform - very straightforward and allows you to create several searches. This was especially useful for our family as we were considering several different options in terms of transport. Other sites made us wait up to 3-5 days for a quote (and they were usually way too expensive with no reason why). Citizen Shipper allowed us to negotiate the price that was right for us and learn all of our options before we made a decision.
I couldn't believe how fast they responded and hit the road. To help me get a baby bird home for my daughter as a surprise.
