I need to update my review on Chloe. She brought my 8 wk old Maltese puppy, Bentley, from Houston to Myrtle Beach, SC. Not only did Chloe take extra precautions regarding his health because he was so young. She also worked on me in the price. I was previously scammed by an unscrupulous (supposedly) breeder who not only took all of my money and didn't deliver the puppy and they also stole my identity. She worked with me on my budget. Not only was she in Houston for another transport, she made sure she picked him up the same day that I booked her. She treated him like he was also her own furkid. She drove straight through dealing with some pretty bad weather. She stayed in touch with me during the whole transport, arrived when promised. Chloe put me and my friend that bought him for me at ease. My friend said, she's an Angel. I didn't worry one bit and neither did my friend. After being scammed out of close to $2000. I would normally be leery of anyone who promised me the Moon but stole from me. I did not have one single doubt about her. There are not enough good things I can say about Chloe!
I was ripped off for $450.00 by a highly rated driver that they recommended to me. They stated that the driver had 50 trips and 5 stars. The driver ghosted me, did not show up on the date promised and kept my 450.00 deposit. When contacted, Citizenshipper took no responsibility and said I was on my own. Be very careful who you select because this company WILL NOT stand behind their drivers. It also became known after this happened that this driver was doing this to other people and Citizenshipper DID NOT notify or warn me.
I would recommend citizenshipper.com to anyone needing trust worthy reliable people. They did all the screenings and I was able to safely ship my fur babies 1100 miles away.
I had my 16 week old puppy St Bernard transported to me via a land transport company. The overall experience was excellent and I can't recommend this company more
Royal Kings took my money one month in advance, spoke with them frequently, day before my dog's pick up date he said he had no driver. LEFT ME IN A VERY DIFFICULT SITUATION AS I WAS LEVING ON A PLANE AND MY DOG WAS STRANDED. STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND... TERRIBLE SERVICE... THEY SUCK..

I had a nightmare driver. Long story short, a Friday am pickup became a Saturday afternoon pickup with a drop off that should have been 7 hours later being 16 hours later. Much documentation by text of the strange behavior and about of touch with reality that became very evident as the delivery developed. I brought it all to the customer service team who stated "it was not her fault". And indicated there was nothing else to do with this driver that should not be driving.
This was the response after my detailed evidence that this driver was not all together with reality in what she was doing on this crazy two day adventure that should have lasted 7 hours:. Hi there! Thank you for your e-mail!

Seriously watch out if you choose to use this company. You could more easily just ask someone on the street corner to drive your precious pet somewhere. The risk is similar

They delete bad reviews even when their drivers damage your items and threaten to steal your money. This was the most stressful move I have ever done and citizenshipper didn't do a thing to help.

Bentley's Precious Pets was the first time I have used a transport but it won't be my last! They were punctual, kind and truly a joy to work with. I would recommend to anyone.

Have used twice. Form was easy to fill out. Both my drivers were very friendly and kept me up to date the entire trip. And my animals didn't seem stressed at drop off.

I Citizen-shipper to send a puppy to a client who had a certain budget. Citizen shipper has been contacting me for ages trying to get my business as a breeder first promising to waive their fee for the first time (this was the first lie) saying that in the reply email to Kristen Stewart she would waive the first service fee with no response. I messaged another person at Citizen Shipper…no response. I went ahead and booked with a company for travel who had really excellent reviews and I trusted to take my puppy on its journey to the new owner. She contacted me after a week apologizing profusely that she was double booked so I explained that unfortunately I would have to have someone else a family member drop off the puppy. I requested that they cancel the booking which it stated in a text to me and on the website email. I have now sent about 20 emails requesting a refund. I have submitted the emails and text messages to receive a email saying I can have another shipper (which I didn't want) I stated right on the website it states 100% guarantee shipment or your money back (another lie). Buyer beware this is very unethical and I'm glad I found out now so I will never use your company again!

Raymond was amazing. He went way above and beyond what we expected. He spent the night in an airport to make sure we got our puppy delivered the next day. Highly recommended.
