I need to update my review on Chloe. She brought my 8 wk old Maltese puppy, Bentley, from Houston to Myrtle Beach, SC. Not only did Chloe take extra precautions regarding his health because he was so young. She also worked on me in the price. I was previously scammed by an unscrupulous (supposedly) breeder who not only took all of my money and didn't deliver the puppy and they also stole my identity. She worked with me on my budget. Not only was she in Houston for another transport, she made sure she picked him up the same day that I booked her. She treated him like he was also her own furkid. She drove straight through dealing with some pretty bad weather. She stayed in touch with me during the whole transport, arrived when promised. Chloe put me and my friend that bought him for me at ease. My friend said, she's an Angel. I didn't worry one bit and neither did my friend. After being scammed out of close to $2000. I would normally be leery of anyone who promised me the Moon but stole from me. I did not have one single doubt about her. There are not enough good things I can say about Chloe!
I was ripped off for $450.00 by a highly rated driver that they recommended to me. They stated that the driver had 50 trips and 5 stars. The driver ghosted me, did not show up on the date promised and kept my 450.00 deposit. When contacted, Citizenshipper took no responsibility and said I was on my own. Be very careful who you select because this company WILL NOT stand behind their drivers. It also became known after this happened that this driver was doing this to other people and Citizenshipper DID NOT notify or warn me.
Needed to transport my Uncles dog, found a great transporter Gypsies fur pal express. Kept me informed and when there was a problem with drop off ( not their fault) they kept the dog till I could make other arrangements!
I highly recommend CitizenShipper to get you a top driver for your pets, household goods, or vehicles! Make sure to read reviews on all drivers to find one that would best suit you! We used a driver named Jason to deliver our puppy to her new home. He kept in constant contact with updates and photos of the puppy's travels!
I had responses minutes after I posted the request from several highly reviewed transporters even though the travel distance was more than 1000 miles. Able to find someone, who we liked very much, and gave us real time photos and videos. I will recommend this site
Justin is awesome! He went above and beyond while transporting my dad's new puppy from Texas to California. He kept in constant contact via text messages, pictures and videos. His quote was reasonable, he was friendly, professional, prompt and obviously cares about the pets that he transports. We will definitely use Justin Loves Pets Transportation Service again. I should also mention that the booking platform, CitizenShipper, was a breeze. I had several quotes within the first couple of minutes and had our pups trip booked in less than an hour!
How can I score this team with 10 stars? In transporting my bulldog puppy to her new home, Carl provided true concierge service. He kept lines of communication open with frequent updates on his location and itinerary, frequent pictures of the puppy along with a briefing on how she was doing, how she ate and her pee and poo habits. The pup was definitely not traumatized by the trip. She was given the love and attention all pets need. Not only will i use him again, i recommend him to anyone who wants their pet transported professionally and lovingly.
BTW, he is the first transporter I've ever used who asked for the health certificate. Everyone else, I've had to remind that there was one.

Tim did a great job taking our cat to Texas. There was excellent communication up front, with Shawn. Tim even took photos and sent them to us, while in transit. I cannot recommend them more highly! Outstanding service.
It was a very difficult decision trying to go through all the different carriers. After reading many reviews I choose Bigs, his communication, pictures/videos alone with being able to watch his progress to get my pup from Michigan to California was awesome. When he arrived with his wife ( Jenny) who helped drive they were very caring and love what they are doing, they shared his journey in the car for 2 days and gave me some great feedback on his personality.
I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
Found a wonderful driver for agreed upon price in minutes. Our dog was stranded in New Mexico due to a vet's assistant telling airline 50 degrees too cold for travel. Site was easy to use found worlds best transporter for job. He was easy to contact sent pictures of our dog at pick up, all potty and food breaks, even their overnight hotel stay. Plus had our beloved beagle Patch home earlier than promised in bad snow storm with high winds here in Illinois. Will use them and recommend to anyone.
I had excellent service with Zac transporting my pet parrot from NY to FL. He kept me posted the entire trip, was professional and punctual. I would recommend Zac to anyone wanting a trusting pet transport. You will definitely be in good hands!
Look no further for your service needs. They are extremely communicative, friendly and punctual. She was always available via phone with my questions/concerns. She sent numerous updates along the journey even with pictures. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future!

I want to tell the world what an amazing person Tasha with CitizenShipper Flying Pets is. I searched for a long time for my five year old female Shih Tzu. I found just the perfect little buddy living in California. I live in Oregon, I wanted my dog flown to Eugene.
Tasha communicated with me from day one and kept me informed throughout the process. What a wonderful person she is! If you need a pet flown do not hesitate to contact her. You can trust her to take the very best care of your pet. My dog arrived healthy and happy!

If I could give zero stars I would! The drivers service and this company seemed to be so legit but turned out to be a scam! Jason's communication was lacking, once the money was sent nothing! I let him know once I sent it and he didn't respond or answer my phone calls! And then hit me with excuses about family emergencies but still never returned my call or money. He scammed me out of over $500. Worst experience every please do not book with these people or this site! And they will not refund my booking fee after they claim to do background checks on these drivers they really allow anyone with a license to sign up. It just makes me feel like you will be scammed out of money and your pet!

We found a driver through citizen shipper that brought our 8 week old puppy up from San Antonio Texas to buffalo New York. I posted the trip, and within minutes, we had bids. I would highly recommend this site to anyone. They are reliable, relatively cheap, and can 100% help you find a driver for whatever you need transported. If I need anything shipped long distance, I will continue and always use citizen shipper. Great experience!

What a wonderful world we live in, when we are unable to pick up our furry little ones, the others who care about them are able to make that happen. I have nothing but good things to say about this website. I have had a great experience from start to finish. All the transporters who reached out were so kind. I am a nurse whose workload has greatly increased, and was unable to take off to drive a 12h round trip. I recently lost my angora rabbit, and my home felt very empty. It was so wonderful that a caring transporter was able to bring me a new baby bunny. I am so thankful for everyone involved with this program.
Let's begin with this was my first time hearing about this company that well I stumbled upon by chance. I was in need of a transport company to bring my pups over 190 miles home safely and affordability. Citizenshipper outdid itself, in the matter of minutes of posting I received numerous bids, I went with Christina! She was professional from bid to delivery. Kept me updated on my pups while in route, ensured they were in a crate and took them for a stroll. She went above and beyond. I felt comfortable because she was also verified, had a background check among other things done through the company. I would definitely state this is an awesome company to use to find stellar service.
Beware of scammers on this site. Do not pay for the shipping prior ot pickup. I have shipped a couple of times with good luck, but last time a shipper got my money. I thought that they screened their shippers, but NO...
Hi Karen, thank you for helping build awareness of some basic good techniques when dealing with the internet. Our recommendation for paying drivers for shipments if their contract requires a deposit or even the full cost of shipping upfront is to pay with a disputable method such as a credit card, when possible, and if not, then Paypal or Venmo but never with a money order or by wiring cash. If the driver states this as their requirement, please don’t book that driver. Cash on delivery is perfectly fine. We do screen our drivers, but no background checks are 100% proof-positive that a scam artist won’t be able to fool. We do the legally allowable verification and are always trying to find ways to eliminate the bad elements. Shipping your family pet can be very nerve racking, especially when you don't know the people. I am happy to be able to say that Jesse and her husband delivered our 1 year old German Shepherd puppy from Florida to Oregon. Jesse sent me updates and photos of Valor that gave me peace of mind. I paid a $140 deposit and scheduled to have my dog picked up on Saturday; the girl never showed up. I emailed the company and informed them that she was a no call no show. Michael asked for proof that she did not communicate with me. I sent in screenshots of me trying to message her all day with no response. Then he said they had to give her 72 hours to confirm she never showed or see if she did not respond. We are now past 72 hours and no one is responding to me. I am single mother and every dollar in our life counts. I now have to make the road trip from TX to CA with my 75 pound dog and 6 month old baby. Citizenshipper if you're reading this, please refund me my deposit!

You can even haggle the price a little! Albert, who drove my 2 cats from Fl to Ohio was a perfect fit. White Glove could not have done a better job, they picked up on day promised, they called a few times each day to let me know their location and delivered my golfcart from Az to Kentucky in two days which is over seventeen hundred miles. Great job and supper great price, that is why I said "fantastic".
Jesse was on time, friendly, and responsive. We communicated several time throughout my Red girl's transportation trip from Texas to Arizona.
