I need to update my review on Chloe. She brought my 8 wk old Maltese puppy, Bentley, from Houston to Myrtle Beach, SC. Not only did Chloe take extra precautions regarding his health because he was so young. She also worked on me in the price. I was previously scammed by an unscrupulous (supposedly) breeder who not only took all of my money and didn't deliver the puppy and they also stole my identity. She worked with me on my budget. Not only was she in Houston for another transport, she made sure she picked him up the same day that I booked her. She treated him like he was also her own furkid. She drove straight through dealing with some pretty bad weather. She stayed in touch with me during the whole transport, arrived when promised. Chloe put me and my friend that bought him for me at ease. My friend said, she's an Angel. I didn't worry one bit and neither did my friend. After being scammed out of close to $2000. I would normally be leery of anyone who promised me the Moon but stole from me. I did not have one single doubt about her. There are not enough good things I can say about Chloe!
I was ripped off for $450.00 by a highly rated driver that they recommended to me. They stated that the driver had 50 trips and 5 stars. The driver ghosted me, did not show up on the date promised and kept my 450.00 deposit. When contacted, Citizenshipper took no responsibility and said I was on my own. Be very careful who you select because this company WILL NOT stand behind their drivers. It also became known after this happened that this driver was doing this to other people and Citizenshipper DID NOT notify or warn me.
I was very nervous but Shane and Holly got my snoopy to me safe and sound and we're very helpful and understanding with me glad they could help and glad they are the ones I stayed with.
It was so easy to ship a puppy across the states and with people doing personal reviews it made it easy to pick and make sure I wasn't getting scammed.
Listed a trip for a service dog for a trip from Florida to New York and had 5 quotes within 15 minutes. Very easy to use website and a LOT of choices!
I hired them on. I drove from Kentucky to California to meet them. I waited for extra days, they never showed up. They will not tow my car because it won't run in the beginning. They knew it wouldn't run, but now they say they cannot find a driver. Cause my car doesn't run even though we could push it right on there. They would not get a driver for my cars. Their liars do not hire, do not hire. Do not hire citizenshippers, they're liars. They say 100% people got moved... That's b*******, my cars are still in California, thousands of dollars and miles later, nothing such a fraud.they kept me around for 5 extra days no word no communication no simple business contact to tell me they're never coming and never were coming.omg I'd love to sue citizenshippers.theyre fraudulent and they're operator Jeremiah what a LIAR!
