I need to update my review on Chloe. She brought my 8 wk old Maltese puppy, Bentley, from Houston to Myrtle Beach, SC. Not only did Chloe take extra precautions regarding his health because he was so young. She also worked on me in the price. I was previously scammed by an unscrupulous (supposedly) breeder who not only took all of my money and didn't deliver the puppy and they also stole my identity. She worked with me on my budget. Not only was she in Houston for another transport, she made sure she picked him up the same day that I booked her. She treated him like he was also her own furkid. She drove straight through dealing with some pretty bad weather. She stayed in touch with me during the whole transport, arrived when promised. Chloe put me and my friend that bought him for me at ease. My friend said, she's an Angel. I didn't worry one bit and neither did my friend. After being scammed out of close to $2000. I would normally be leery of anyone who promised me the Moon but stole from me. I did not have one single doubt about her. There are not enough good things I can say about Chloe!
I was ripped off for $450.00 by a highly rated driver that they recommended to me. They stated that the driver had 50 trips and 5 stars. The driver ghosted me, did not show up on the date promised and kept my 450.00 deposit. When contacted, Citizenshipper took no responsibility and said I was on my own. Be very careful who you select because this company WILL NOT stand behind their drivers. It also became known after this happened that this driver was doing this to other people and Citizenshipper DID NOT notify or warn me.
I listed a shipment request, agreed on a price and had a date set before I even paid the deposit. Once I paid it, the driver fell out of communication. My item wasnt picked up and after a few days, I finally hear back. I expressed frustration at the lack of communication and he didnt seem to care. Ive asked for my deposit to be refunded and they keep asking me to relist it. I have had two flaky drivers and no one else respond. I feel its poor customer service to keep my deposit when their driver hasnt held up his end of the agreement.
Citizen shipper allowed me to find the best team to transport my dogs from Texas to Oregon and they are the best people! They treated our dogs like their own family and they were just the best pros for the job.
Michael and Debbie picked up a puppy for me and brought her to my home. They contacted the breeder beforehand and made sure that everything was lined up. They called and texted me throughout the entire trip (6hrs) and they took excellent care of my puppy! She arrived happy and eager to play. I was very glad that Michael and Debbie were honest and told me when my pup was stressed at her first time being in a crate. They were able to calm her and they texted to tell me she was sleeping. This was an excellent experience. Michael and Debbie are friendly, reliable and communicative. I will refer this couple to anyone who needs a transport. I would definitely use them again!

I found the perfect person to fly with my kittens! I will never send my kittens alone on a plane! Thanks to citizenshipper I was able to Find a fantastic person to help me with flying my kittens to their new homes!

This site has a lot of people using it and it can be hard to find the perfect person. But take your time and talk to all the people wanting to help ship whatever you need to be send.

Justin picked up our new dog in NY and delivered to FL. It was a 3 day trip. 1st day, the dog was naturally unsettled. By the time delivery came, the dog didn't want to leave Justin!

This was a great site to use, I got so many quotes right away and it was fast and easy to communicate with the shipper. Would use again. We did not get the puppy. No fault of the website or the shipper... the breeder was actually sending a sick dog so it could not fly. No fault of the website or the shipper.

I was very new and inexperienced with this whole process. Thanks to google I found this site a d am so glad that I did. They made the process so easy and within hours I had a transporter that I am so glad I found!
Citizenshipper was easy to use from the start!
I easily created an account along with a short advertisement for what I needed shipped. In my case, it was my moms cat. I needed the cat flown in to Nevada from North Carolina.
After completing the ad including a description with pictures, I was matched with transporters who typically deal with shipping animals.
Once I was provided with the matches, I was able to pick through who I wanted to bid on my ad.
I sent bids out to everyone who I was matched with.
After receiving a slew of bids, I was able to communicate with each shipper privately via the Messages feature on the citizenshipper website.
After combing through bids, I was able to select the best one by accepting the bid from the shipper. Alongside the fee for the shipper is a fee the website collects. I paid $74 to the website for the service.
Five stars, highly recommend.

They were amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to ship something! I used them to transport my puppy from Florida to Texas. My puppy arrived safely and they updated me as they traveled.
Wonderful people they stayed in contact the whole way. With pics and updates. I highly recommend these people. Samantha and her husband talked to me on the phone and my girl arrived calm clean and well taken care of. And their vehicle was clean and no smells. SUPER AWESOME TRANSPORT. Will highly recommend them to anyone. And I watched on GPS the whole trip I knew where they was at all times. Thanks again Samantha GREAT JOB!
Our Shipper arrived promptly at the time she said she would. The transfer of the dog was quick. Our shipper was nice and polite and told us the approximate time the dog was to be delivered. She sent updates on her location and delivered our dog safe and sound. Her rate was very reasonable. If we ever need a shipper again we will look for her!

Citizen Shipping Shipped our Dog to our cousin who was adopting the dog. They were prompt, reliable, and kind. Angelia M. was our shipper she was kind and nice. She let us know her location a couple of hours before arriving and delivering. She was wonderful. Her bid on the travel was reasonable. We will use Citizen Shipping and Angelia M. again if the need arises.
Very happy! Very honest, responsible and honest driver he took good care of my dog totally recommend.
He helped bring my dog from Miami to canton GA he took good care of my dog all the way keeping me posted with pictures and videos. He feed my dog and he brought me back in one piece
Everything went great. The ONLY thing that was not EXACTLY as promised is they got Koda here earlier than promised. Great communication on the trip. Koda arrived rested and excited. He obviously had a good trip. These guys were on the high end of the price quite. I can see why. I did not want Koda shipped in a van with a bunch of other animals and treated like cargo. I got what I wanted, and did not get what I did not want.

I applied to drive and bid on jobs to transport some furbabies. Next thing I know I was banned and they asked my to send things like a drivers license etc. I complied then was told I was banned for life no explanation why. I'm a registered nurse and pet sit In my home with Rover all 5 stars as well as do rescue and I'm a foster on all proving I'm good at my job and loving to animals. No explanation and for life?

I’m sorry to hear that you had a bad experience as a driver for the platform; as you can see from some of the other complaints from customers, some drivers are not as careful as others and may not follow the rules set out for both customer and driver safety. If you’d like to drop an email to support@citizenshipper.com I will check out the ticket to see if I can clear up why you were banned from the platform. I may not be able to reinstate you, but it sounds like it is irritating and that you feel you never got an explanation. This is part of our promise to shipping customers, that we will carefully vet and even more carefully investigate drivers to ensure the platform is as safe as it can be. We also vow to protect drivers in the rare cases in which a shipping customer violates the terms of agreement or legal matters.
Experience was amazing with driver. CitizenShipper charges a hefty fee to use their services that is the reason I am putting a 4/5. My driver was so professional and kept us updated the entire way. CitizenShipper was a huge help getting my pup to me safely and affordably
Okay, so I unfortunately was one of those really stubborn customers who kept going back and forth. I hired a driver to ship an animal and I kept going back and forth with canceling the shipment to I want to keep it help me contact my driver. Jennifer B. Was beyond helpful and extremely patient. She tried to walk me through the cancelling process on the website and I was struggling so she handled it on her side. I ended up actually cancelling my shipment in the end so I didn't get to experience that but over all the site it really easy to use. But if you have to cancel a shipment you may have to email customer service.
But over all awesome website.
I used Citizen Shipper to find an air nanny to deliver my new puppy from San Antonio Texas to Boston and it was a great experience. Within minutes I received about 20 bids and I located my Nanny, Darby. I liked being able to read the reviews and see the profiles of the shippers. Really was a great experience.

I had to get my sweet kitty from Chicago ro me in Kentucky. It was easy to select a shipper I could trust with the profiles and ceritified checks done. Responding with the shipper was also super easy. The shipper I selected was super careful with my baby and even though there were horrible storms, she made it safely and in good time. I am super impressed with Citizenshipper and the shippers that they hire on.

I reached out to Citizen Shipper when I found out I'd need help getting a new doggie family member here from Indiana. Several people responded right away, and I chose Erni because of her stellar reviews. She did not disappoint. Everything happened just as she said it would. My pup Calla got a private Nanny Ride in an air conditioned mini van, and we got tons of updates and pix along the way. Once they arrived I got a complete report on everything Erni thought I'd need to know to help make the transition smooth. Highly recommend. Just make sure you really choose your driver carefully and read their reviews so you are getting what you want.

What you can do is relist and communicate with potential drivers to see if they will work with your needs before hiring them. If you are unable to find a driver you feel is acceptable, I will go ahead and process your refund for you.
