I need to update my review on Chloe. She brought my 8 wk old Maltese puppy, Bentley, from Houston to Myrtle Beach, SC. Not only did Chloe take extra precautions regarding his health because he was so young. She also worked on me in the price. I was previously scammed by an unscrupulous (supposedly) breeder who not only took all of my money and didn't deliver the puppy and they also stole my identity. She worked with me on my budget. Not only was she in Houston for another transport, she made sure she picked him up the same day that I booked her. She treated him like he was also her own furkid. She drove straight through dealing with some pretty bad weather. She stayed in touch with me during the whole transport, arrived when promised. Chloe put me and my friend that bought him for me at ease. My friend said, she's an Angel. I didn't worry one bit and neither did my friend. After being scammed out of close to $2000. I would normally be leery of anyone who promised me the Moon but stole from me. I did not have one single doubt about her. There are not enough good things I can say about Chloe!
I was ripped off for $450.00 by a highly rated driver that they recommended to me. They stated that the driver had 50 trips and 5 stars. The driver ghosted me, did not show up on the date promised and kept my 450.00 deposit. When contacted, Citizenshipper took no responsibility and said I was on my own. Be very careful who you select because this company WILL NOT stand behind their drivers. It also became known after this happened that this driver was doing this to other people and Citizenshipper DID NOT notify or warn me.
This company is quick, secure, responsive and guaranteed. I had multiple offers to transport my Dog safely across 1500 miles within minutes of signing up. Our experience was amazing our driver was patient and flexible. If you need something transported I would look no further.

The booking process was easy and straightforward. The bids were competitive. The courier who took my order was communicative and professional. All around a good experience. The online platform allows for bids to be compatible while assuring that drivers and companies are reputable and safe. Reviews are available and background check information as well. The site has additional articles and such for people who maybe are booking services for the first time and don't know standards, etc. it makes a pretty intimidating process feel approachable and personal. I didn't experience any problems but I'm sure they would have been handled well.

I was very apprehensive about having my puppy shipped out to me. I did not know if I was going to be able to find someone that would be reliable and trustworthy. I loved how easy CitizenShipper was to use. I was very apprehensive about trusting anyone with our family pets in the first place... let alone to travel halfway across our nation! I received several bids, I was able to visit with the people so I could feel comfortable with the arrangements and know what they offer. It was a wonderful experience! My Dad is in a care facility in Washington. His reunion with his old dog is a memory I will always cherish.

I was able to get a good deal on shipping some furniture in a relatively short time. The transporter showed up in a clean moving box truck, my items were well protected and they were very prompt and professional.
I was looking for a way to transport a dog to its new forever home 700 miles away. Someone told me about citizenshipper and it was very simple to use. I like how you can post what you are looking to ship and the shippers send you messages and quotes to your inbox. I did not feel rushed when making a decision and I was able to take my time and go through and read reviews on drivers and make the right decision.
When I read about how it works to ship your dog on an airplane, I realized this would be terrible for our pet, but I was unfamiliar with the alternatives. A search on the web led me to citizenshipper and once I submitted the specifics of our need, not only was I referred to a number of potential carriers (about six), but I was able to correspond which each of them to determine who could serve us best for the appropriate cost. Steve Benton did a great job escorting my dog over 1200 miles. He sent numerous forms of social media throughout the trip and delivered a little early even! You can trust this man with your beloved fuzzy buddies!
Barbara was absolutely wonderful. She took my sweet little boy Onyx (65 lb Black Lab lol) quite a long distance and kept me updated on their trip through texts and pics. Onyx looked happy and comfy and clearly enjoyed his adventure to our new home! I would definitely recommend Barbara for anyone wanting their pet to be treated like more than just cargo!

What a great service! I simply post what I need shipped and within moments I have bids! I was able to have durable medical equipment that was cost prohibitive to ship via all the usual: UPS, FEDEX etc, shipped at an affordable price.
My experience was top notch. Chris, my "citizen shipper," was a dream to work with and everything went super smooth. As a retired military family with numerous moves under out belts, we are fully versed in moving household goods. This could not have gone better! I was able to track my shipment real time which was a really nice feature.
