I need to update my review on Chloe. She brought my 8 wk old Maltese puppy, Bentley, from Houston to Myrtle Beach, SC. Not only did Chloe take extra precautions regarding his health because he was so young. She also worked on me in the price. I was previously scammed by an unscrupulous (supposedly) breeder who not only took all of my money and didn't deliver the puppy and they also stole my identity. She worked with me on my budget. Not only was she in Houston for another transport, she made sure she picked him up the same day that I booked her. She treated him like he was also her own furkid. She drove straight through dealing with some pretty bad weather. She stayed in touch with me during the whole transport, arrived when promised. Chloe put me and my friend that bought him for me at ease. My friend said, she's an Angel. I didn't worry one bit and neither did my friend. After being scammed out of close to $2000. I would normally be leery of anyone who promised me the Moon but stole from me. I did not have one single doubt about her. There are not enough good things I can say about Chloe!
I was ripped off for $450.00 by a highly rated driver that they recommended to me. They stated that the driver had 50 trips and 5 stars. The driver ghosted me, did not show up on the date promised and kept my 450.00 deposit. When contacted, Citizenshipper took no responsibility and said I was on my own. Be very careful who you select because this company WILL NOT stand behind their drivers. It also became known after this happened that this driver was doing this to other people and Citizenshipper DID NOT notify or warn me.
Jason was professional, on time and I felt so comfortable leaving my baby in his care. He sent texts and videos letting me know what their status was the whole time.
Citizen shippers was the best Terry was as professional as they get he delivered my puppy to me safe and sound I will 100% use him again if needed if you want a transporter Terry is your guy his rates are reasonable and he is very reliable, He keep in touch with me the whole way, Thanks you for the great experience,

I needed to get a 10 week old pekingese puppy from Philadelphia to Salem Oregon. I listed it then got responses. The shipper I choose was Adam Kurs, he was on time, kept in touch everyday with pictures and texts. The puppy arriveded happy clean, bouncy. This was the first time I ever used the site. I highlly reccomend their services.
I used Tommy R to transport my mother's beloved cat from MS to my brother in Ohio. He did a great job and "Ling" arrived safe and sound. I would use him again if needed.

We hired Emi to be a pet nanny and pickup, and deliver a rescue dog from Utah to Oregon. The whole experience was great. I highly recommend this business.
Wow, what a breath of fresh air, a one stop shop, no more hunting, millions of calls, back and forth calls or waiting. This lists with a few easy clicks, (no joke!), immediate replies with quotes to your needs, you can reply, post pictures, be very accurate, research each business and read real reviews on each. They will have disallow with you, you can talk with a nanny via the app, (no need to give out your phone or email till you decide to choose one), then only to stay in touch with transporter and then only if you want. (As I was moving, it was just easier to stay in touch with cat courier),
But what ever you decide, you can see all your options both on your computer or by phone on their app. Get updated via email or text that there's a new option. Filigree favorites or de- select so that your focusing, making it easier to wittle down the choices. I'll only be using this in the future and have already toils several others including a moving company who needed this solution about this amazing option.
Just try it and see.
