I need to update my review on Chloe. She brought my 8 wk old Maltese puppy, Bentley, from Houston to Myrtle Beach, SC. Not only did Chloe take extra precautions regarding his health because he was so young. She also worked on me in the price. I was previously scammed by an unscrupulous (supposedly) breeder who not only took all of my money and didn't deliver the puppy and they also stole my identity. She worked with me on my budget. Not only was she in Houston for another transport, she made sure she picked him up the same day that I booked her. She treated him like he was also her own furkid. She drove straight through dealing with some pretty bad weather. She stayed in touch with me during the whole transport, arrived when promised. Chloe put me and my friend that bought him for me at ease. My friend said, she's an Angel. I didn't worry one bit and neither did my friend. After being scammed out of close to $2000. I would normally be leery of anyone who promised me the Moon but stole from me. I did not have one single doubt about her. There are not enough good things I can say about Chloe!
I was ripped off for $450.00 by a highly rated driver that they recommended to me. They stated that the driver had 50 trips and 5 stars. The driver ghosted me, did not show up on the date promised and kept my 450.00 deposit. When contacted, Citizenshipper took no responsibility and said I was on my own. Be very careful who you select because this company WILL NOT stand behind their drivers. It also became known after this happened that this driver was doing this to other people and Citizenshipper DID NOT notify or warn me.
Citizenshipper was great! We were going to drive out to get our pup, but ended up unable. We looked at a couple different companies and ended up going with them. They offered great options.
It's a good platform to find local shippers. Their support via email is decent and prompt with response. Recommend going with shippers with good reviews only as quality of shippers can vary a lot
This is a great service and great site. I was connected with an awesome person that took care of my animals and got them safely home. I highly recommend this service.
I had my great pyrenees shipped form texas to washington and citizen shipper provided so many options and i was so satisfied with the service i got! Will continue to use!

Could'nt have asked for a better carrier! Lee kept me abreast of his location & time line of the delivery. Pulled right up in my driveway & helped me unload my taxidermy.

A great service. Move anything around the country for a reasonable fee. From apartments to sail boats. From dogs to others. If you need it moved this is the place to do it.

My driver delivered my cat from 1000 miles away in a friendly and communicative manner. It was obvious that he cared about animals and getting my cat to me in an efficient manner.

A great value if you need to transport a pet cross country. Friendly service and the people they hire take great care and concern for the animals they are transporting.
