We used it to transport our new puppy from Tennessee to Massachusetts. I placed a request and got two dozen bids. The driver I chose had excellent reviews and their bid was the least expensive of all. And I was not disappointed, even they were beyond expectations. They informed me about every little detail and treated my dog the best. I highly recommend this service.

Hello. Ive been transporting pets by way of air travel via CitizenShipper for a little while now and Ive had excellent experiences. The negative reviews on this site has nothing to do with the actual website but more with some shippers. I think CitizenShipper does the best they can to make sure their shippers are the best suited to do the job but as you know some bad apples fall through the cracks occasionally. CitizenShipper gets a complete 5 stars from me.

I was working with a breeder about 700 miles from my home, and was not able to drive down myself to pick up my puppies. I looked around at different pet transport options, and found the reviews for the citizen shippers to be satisfactory. I was impressed with the speed that I received estimates for transporting my puppies. The driver that I selected was professional, punctual, and kind. CitizenShipper connects you with a nice group of trustworthy drivers.

Stole thousands of dollars from me for a cat. They continuously sent emails asking for more and more money. For insurance, for vaccinations, etc. They only accept ZELLE, or Cash App so beware that that those companies won't reimburse you. They can try and take down my post everyday but I'll be posting every single day!

I'm so glad this exists. It opens up the possibility of getting a best in a different location, thus a lot more options. The shippers I've used have all been wonderful!

Basically, you detail your shipping locations and pet, and you'll receive quotes and messages from potential shippers. You can vet them via their reviews, and discuss the quotes/timing with them in the messages. If you're flexible, they can and often do adjust the quote.

After you book someone, you can discuss how their payment will work. Some shippers will take PayPal, Venmo, etc, while some may want alternative means. You can discuss this with them before booking too, of course. I chose to pay 1/2 up front, and the other half once delivered.

There's a fee to use the service - just a heads up, so maybe use that as leverage to get a better quote? Haha.

I'll definitely use CitizenShipper again in the future, and would recommend it to anyone needing transport for their doggo.

Professional! Outstanding! Incredible! Kind! Compassionate! As a professor at Howard University and the District of Columbia I am a quick judge of character. Gabriel was beyond great. I HIGHLY recommend him for any pet transport. I really enjoyed how he communicated during the trip from Washington, DC to Redlands California (outside of Palm Springs). I selected him blindly because he was the only driver with all 5 stars. Gave lived up to and beyond my selection. As I stated I am a quick judge of character because I have spent so much time with different personalities. I will recommend Gabriel to any family, friend or reader that requires the transport of a pet. Not to mention I had a 70 pound pittbull and a cat. He told me that my pets were so well behaved and gave him no problems. I could carry on more but hopefully this review has made him top of the list for selection.

Raymond was so friendly & great communicator. He sent pictures throughout the trip. CitizenShipper has many drivers & will bid for different price points you might have and tons of delivery options. If your looking for trusted people than this site is the best for your delivery option for shipping your pet. We had looked at prices through Uship & American Airlines but we found our best match with the driver of Pet Transportation on CitizenShipper.

I liked Daniel at first sight, and that means a lot to me when transporting my pets! He seems kind and genuinely caring about my kitten. He did an outstanding job all the way around, getting to the new home right on time! Both the customer and I were very happy with his service, and will look to him again in the future. Citizen Shipper hooked me up with an awesome drive to transport my 2 cats from California to Oklahoma. My cats were traumatized by the move and I as well. Pet transporter required a deposit. Took my money and never went or received the puppy. No way to recoup my money or call support to find out where she is. GPS tracking guaranteed. Didn't happen! Blocked now from her.

Absolutely excellent service! David was above and beyond a 5 star review. He was very responsive to any questions I had, he was not only on time but arrived a little early. David was extremely personable. He sent us several of photos and videos of our pup throughout his destination. Stopped for several potty and water breaks. Will definitely use David in the future. Citizenshipper is easy to use and convenient. I was able to post and find a wonderful, peer reviewed and background checked transporter to assist me with bringing my new puppy home. I was given a coupon code to use to make the booking fee more affordable. Posting was easy with drop down menus that specified what breed of dog I was having shipped and her weight, I was able to communicate with more than one transporter before making a decision and was presented with a multitude of price ranges and service types.

This was my first time using citizenshipper. I was in a panic when the shipping companies I usually use could not ship my customer's puppy. I am thrilled that I found CitizenShipper for my dog's transport from the Washington D. C. area to New York City. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed the service to be completed relatively quickly and filling out the necessary information to get a quote took just a few minutes. From there, I began receiving quotes almost immediately and was able to choose from 6 or 7 bidders within half an hour. The platform made it easy to learn more about the bidders and read helpful reviews, then once I'd chosen the transport provider we were able to keep in contact via CitizenShipper direct messaging. I needed to ship my dog from Maine to Los Angeles and someone recommended this web site to me. I entered the details for the shipment and within two days I received nearly 20 bids. After communicating with several I picked one and booked the trip. Once you book, you pay a fee to Citizen Shipper and you get the phone number of the shipper. The shipper wanted full payment up front via Venmo without providing an itinerary or any other details. I asked for pictures of their driver licenses, a W-9 tax form and evidence of insurance and the shipper went dark. I repeated this experience twice more before giving up on the web site and blocking the credit card charges to CitizenShipper.com. This web site is full of scammers. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Because of website issue or user error. I did not see a $150 extra fee on top of the transport. Immediately contacted the company and asked for a refund. 3 days later finally someone emailed me and told me to bad. The dog is aggressive and now we can't ship. They will not refund the booking fee even though I stopped and emailed immediately after finding out what happened. Instead of helping a rescue they think it's ok to charge something that wasn't meant to be.

This Company has allowed me to start my own business working for myself driving animals to required destinations by their families or new families and giving them unconditional love and support the whole way! I Love Citizen Shipper! They have connected me to soo many Fur-Ever relationships!

Luis with Lenny's Metro Runner was amazing! Being that this was the 1st time I've ever used a service like this he made everything seamless and effortless! He kept me informed of their progress and even sent video! If I ever move again and need to transport my cats I will call Luis first!
