I need to update my review on Chloe. She brought my 8 wk old Maltese puppy, Bentley, from Houston to Myrtle Beach, SC. Not only did Chloe take extra precautions regarding his health because he was so young. She also worked on me in the price. I was previously scammed by an unscrupulous (supposedly) breeder who not only took all of my money and didn't deliver the puppy and they also stole my identity. She worked with me on my budget. Not only was she in Houston for another transport, she made sure she picked him up the same day that I booked her. She treated him like he was also her own furkid. She drove straight through dealing with some pretty bad weather. She stayed in touch with me during the whole transport, arrived when promised. Chloe put me and my friend that bought him for me at ease. My friend said, she's an Angel. I didn't worry one bit and neither did my friend. After being scammed out of close to $2000. I would normally be leery of anyone who promised me the Moon but stole from me. I did not have one single doubt about her. There are not enough good things I can say about Chloe!
I was ripped off for $450.00 by a highly rated driver that they recommended to me. They stated that the driver had 50 trips and 5 stars. The driver ghosted me, did not show up on the date promised and kept my 450.00 deposit. When contacted, Citizenshipper took no responsibility and said I was on my own. Be very careful who you select because this company WILL NOT stand behind their drivers. It also became known after this happened that this driver was doing this to other people and Citizenshipper DID NOT notify or warn me.
CitizenShipper will upload details that you have about your pet and driving distances, and drivers can then respond and let you know how much they charge and what other services they offer. I found it very easy to navigate as drivers will initiate the first conversation and you can compare prices. It also provides some screening and vetting process as you can look at the driver's profile and ensure that they have good ratings and a small cancellation rate. My driver was excellent and my dog was shipped via car from the west coast to the east coast safely. I am very happy with CitizenShipper (they also gave me a refund when the first driver cancelled on us!) and would not hesitate to use it again. That being said, your experience will only be as good as your driver so make sure you talk to the driver first through the app!
My wife and I were looking to transport our dogs from Nevada to Oklahoma and we're struggling to find a good resource. We were lucky to find Citizenshipper. They were able to connect us with someone that did a great job transporting our dogs at a best price.

John was great to me and my dog in a truly difficult situation. He came right away and made molly feel safe and made a 1400 mile trip in less than 2 days. Excellent care, excellent service, great guy to trust your pups with.

Andrea was amazing! She is so beyond kind and brought my puppy to me from Michigan (to Colorado). She was with me every step of the way and took a ton of photos once she got him. I tried Citizen Shipper for the first time when I needed transportation for my puppy I purchased. I received over 5 quotes and picked one that transported on an airline. They met my expectations and very courteous. I highly recommended them.
Found a puppy in Tennessee, I live in NY, used citizen shipper to transport her. It was easy, efficient and my new puppy arrived happy and well taken care of. I was sent updated pictures frequently and there was good communication.
Great job and very professional. They connected me with a number of bidders and walked me through the process. The person they connected me with was also very professional. He kept me up to date with tracking, images, video, and messages.

I stumbled upon this site on google and decided to try it. I was looking for pet transportation the next day. Within minutes I had over 12 bids. I quickly exchanged messages back and forth with the shipper I found to be the most accommodating for our needs. Megan from GoCritters was exceptional! She organized the transport of our puppy that evening and was able to deliver our puppy from Pennsylvania to Massachusetts the next day! It was quick and very affordable! I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs pet transporting!

I needed to find someone to take my huge Alaskan malamute 10 hours away to his new home. I posted on the site and immediately had numerous offers to get him there. Great, easy to use site with reliable drivers. He is in his new home and I couldn't be happier!

We used Citizen Shipper to find a Pet Transporters for a new puppy we purchased in Morrison, Tennessee and needed to get her to Hutchinson, Kansas... Citizen Shipper notified individuals that they thought we might check with and many also sent immediate bids for the Job. We hired R&M Transporters out of Georgia. Their Quote/Fee was very Reasonable and they set a pick up date very quickly and delivery date for the following. They drove to Morrison, TN. And then immediately turned around and headed for Hutchinson, Kansas and we had our precious new baby at 9:30 the next morning. This husband/wife Team drove all night and took great care of the little one... Just Can't Express how Happy we were with them! Highly Recommend!

I had been having much difficulty finding a mover to transport my furniture across the country from the east coast to the mountains in the west. After an unsuccessful week of exhaustive searching, I took the advice of the individual from whom I had purchased the furniture and posted my listing on Citizenshipper. Within a few minutes, I already had a reasonable bid for the transport, and the process from there on out was seamless! It was exceptionally helpful that I could read all of the reviews of my mover from previous customers, which made me feel much more confident in the booking. The only criticism I have of the website is that it is not immediately apparent that a 20% booking fee is added to the cost of the bid that is accepted. This is different from UShip, which incorporates the 20% booking fee into the total bid. Other than that, I am thankful to Citizenshipper for connecting me with an outstanding mover!
I was in a bind trying to get my puppy from Arizona to Illinois and every person I was or company that I was speaking with were not being reasonable with time frames our price. Joe came across my ad and I personally love his work ethic. His communication is amazing, his price is more than fair, he was efficient and he seemed to take care of my puppy. Mike was wonderful! I cannot say enough how accommodating, present to the needs of my cats and their humans... He transported two very pedigreed short hair oriental cats from their home in Ohio to their new home in Nebraska! Great experience! Had never heard of Citizen Shipper before but it was super easy to use, and I found an excellent person to transport the family dog across the country.
Only thing I would note is that the fee Citizen Shipper charges (in my case $150) wasn't obvious until I had already selected a shipper. I thought the fee was fair but would have appreciated it being made clear sooner in the process.
This company help me find someone to drive my cat from Texas to California. I like how people are able to place bids for the drive and you can see the rating of this person as well so you know you are getting the best price and choosing a reliable person for this important job!
This driver was wonderful! I definitely recommend his services. He was on time, sent periodic updates with photos, and was friendly. When we first met, he took the time to get to know our dog before placing her in his car. His vehicle was super clean and he was very professional throughout. I would definitely use his services again!
If you need to get your pet somewhere but you can't take them yourself, this is the way to go. I've used CitizenShipper twice now to take my cat to and from Boston to South Carolina. It is a great option when you can't do it yourself and there are some people with great experience on there!
Several offers came in and I had freedom to select on my own. I could eliminate and select based on my personal needs/criteria. Initial communication was private, but I could converse with each offer and made my selection securely and without pressure. I liked going thru Citizen Shipper. I felt I had control over this important (to me) decision.
